One of the worst experience. Called earlier to ask for price for timing belt change. They said come in person. Not sure what the prevailing rates, was charged 60$. That s fine but the work that was done was bad, they said the timing belt I brought was wrong size, I had to end up going back and forth to get a brand that I didn t want to use. It turned out that all sizes of belts I brought along was right fit, these guys don t know how to measure and it ruined my day . Find another place yo.

Let's me just say when I called this past friday they quoted me a reasonable price, They told me to get the parts come in and they will have me out in a jiffy!! Baby I purchased my parts @ 1030 am went to the shop, sat for maybe 30 minutes! BOOM car done brake pads and rotors! And friendly knowledgeable professionals. Loved it! Check them out! A1 SAME DAY SERVICE! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THX GUYS!!

These are liars and dubious. I took my car to these incompetent people only for them to continue to charge me and not fixing the issue. What kind of a bad person and mechanic does not the problem to a car and continue to charge you, rip you off and take advantage of terrible situation. Untop of that, their lackluster attitude is something else. They showed me contempt throughout my unfortunate encounter with them. Car not fixed. DONT GO THERE

I came in about as last minute as possible, and they helped me change my front brakes anyway. I would have been SOL without their help! Everywhere else opens after my job starts and closes before my job ends. I ve been bringing my cars here for over a year now, Miguel and his guys really know how to run a great business. I refer everyone I know here. Despite staying so busy, they always find time to get you in within a day or two and finish the job quickly. No run-around or nonsense like the other places. They ve replaced everything on my car from calipers to suspensions to heater cores. Very trustworthy and reputable business. Take your car here In regards to the negative reviews about prices you re charged for professional hourly labor and brand-new parts. I ve always been quoted fairly and in advance so the price was never a surprise. Waste of time, agreed on the phone for a brakepad change , nice and easy job. So when I came in they first told me they can t do it because of some huge line they have (which was totally a lie) then they jacked the price twice per hour because on the phone she told me it ll be $90 per hour after dealing with me in person she jacked it up to $180 per hour. Then she said that unless we decide to change the rotors they will not do the job, so they tried to force me into doing something I don t need just because the didn t want to do the job.

Dec 11, 2021 I want to thank Rodriguez Auto Repair in Indianapolis In for repairing my S 10 when the engine gave up the ghost. The new one is working great and I appreciate their honesty and fairness in pricing for all the work they did. It is quality work at a reasonable price in an emergency situation. Well done Mr. Rodriguez.Today I am visiting family in Indianapolis and I am on having Mr. Rodriguez do a little more work for me. Even though I live in McDonough GA if I have something that can wait to be fixed I will have Mr. Rodriguez do the work. May 25, 2022May 25, 2022Once again Mr. Rodriguez and his crew are the greatest. They found the problem with my trucks emissions system, fixed it and refused to charge me. They worked on it for a good hour and said if the fix should fail come back and they would put on a new part; otherwise there is no charge because I am their customer and they want to take care of me. These guys are tops in my book.

Do not go here. The other reviews are right.They kept telling me it was my calipers before they even looked at my car. I had my brakes and rotors done but had to take my car back the next day because loud noise and grinding was coming from brakes. They redid them the next day. My car was ok for a few days but the noise and grinding started happening again. I took my car to another shop and they told me that it was not calipers. Called him and he started again telling me that I needed calipers and was arguing with me. Had to go spend money elsewhere to get them done right. All that needed to be done was my rotor area was not cleaned off before new rotors were put on and they weren t flush because of that. Waste of money and time coming here.Service: Brakes

This guy is amazing. Hands down! I saw other good reviews so I decided I d trust him to look at a car I was interested in buying and he was great about. I called him same day and he let me come in, looked at the car, took a drive in it, and told me what he thought! I m not a car person, I understand very little about their mechanics so it was beyond helpful. And after all that he let me do it to him again the same day!! Such a nice guy. And I took his advice and love my car!! Plus after all that he wouldn t let me pay him anything for his time and expertise!!! So least I can do is tell you all my story. Thank you! Be sure I ll be bring my car here do all it s maintenance.

I went for a wheel alignment, the owner himself told me i will have to pay 25$ for them to just check it, which is no problem. He gave me an estimate which was very ridiculous, he emphasized on labor being a $1000. he said before they can fix it, i ll have to fix something else which was already a bad sign because i just left my original mechanic and only thing i needed was a wheel alignment. I left Rodriguez and shortly after my car was already driving weird. Long story short DON T GO HERE THEY PURPOSELY MESS YOUR CAR SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU MORE. BAD BAD PLACE !!! AVOID AT ALL COURT.Service: Wheel alignment

Very nice employees. They were quick to help me. Got my car in took a look then showed me what was wrong and gave me options for repair. Price was fair as well as they were confident in there recommendation. I really liked the service they provided. I'd definitely recommend them if you need automotive help and are in the area

Me and the hunny were on our way to Detroit from St. Louis. We started hearing a loud noise on the passenger side of the truck in the front where the tire is located. We had to get off the highway it was so bad. My hunny found this place not to far from our location, called and he was told to bring it on in. We were able to get into this shop and get it fixed. It only took about a hour in half. The gentleman was so nice, professional, and provided excellent service. Price wasnt bad at all. We are grateful we were able to get this fixed. 10 more minutes and we would have broke down on the highway. I highly recommend this spot.

This guy took me in on a Saturday. Replaced both of my axles for an amazing price. Super kind and professional. The mechanic was super kind and took care of my little Del Sol. I had an issue while on the highway going to work. I stopped by an auto parts store and the issue could not be fixed there. They suggested this shop. I went, problem was fixed in a few hours. They were professional and quick. Much appreciated.

I just tried to get a hold of Rodriguez as I am out of state and I explained that my car wouldn t start and if they could help run a code. This guy legit just hung up on me for no reason. He lost out on quite a hefty tip. Guess he doesn t want peoples money. DO NOT GO HERE! They are terribly unprofessional. How hard is it to even say im sorry we are too busy or any valid excuse. NO NO NO NO! Stay away, please don t waste your time with this business! They were very unprofessional with me changing agreements and pricings were completely above head, tried to charge me twice the price they told me on the phone!

I had my car towed there Friday, they made time to check it out, inform me of what the issue was and quoted me a price and had it fixed shortly after. I will be going back there if I have other issues with my car.

The are fair and reasonable. I got an engine replaced, they only charged me $1600. That was for the parts and labor. They're very nice and the toilet was clean too.... Lol ! I recamind this place to anyone having mechanical issues.

I had my car towed here because my clutch went out. He said $500 for labor because the engine had to be taken out to get to the clutch. Told me to get the parts-a clutch and master cylinder. A week later, called me to say the clutch was in but my car wouldn t start. I went there, and as one guy was trying to start it, he was going to show me the plugs weren t sparking & I guess he forgot that he had taken my plugs out! There were no plugs in place! Duh! So I said, no, my car started fine before & anyways I m out of money. He then told me he would figure it out. Called me an hour later that my car was ready & by the way didn t need the master cylinder, but didn t tell me that part while he was trying scam me about my plugs. Anyways.. went to pick up my car and he then told me my ball joints are bad and will break and cause me an accident if I don t get them changed. Had someone else look at my ball joints & found out they are fine but had been loosened! Beware of this place!

Do not go here. This man will try to con you. He tried to charge me $400 dollars to replace power steering hoses. He said the hoses were 100 dollars a piece & there weren't any of these parts in Indiana when they're more like $30 a piece at Walmart & napa. Then said it'll be a 250 bucks for the labor. Do not go here

They helped me with some brake service on a Saturday afternoon. They were very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I speak limited Spanish but they spoke Engligh even better. I would absolutely visit this location again.

called the day before and made an appt for 3pm the next day to get an alignment. i show up on time and upon arrival get told that it'll be another 45 mins until hes done with another car. i leave, come back and get told that'll it be another 45mins to a hour. the workers were just standing around! will be taking my money else where.

Don't go here I was over charged for parts and labor. I looked up parts after I was charged 500 for parts that add up to 200 and the charged me 400 for labor that took supposed 5 hours they will rip you offService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

This is a very good mechanic repairs shop the customer service mr.lopez had my car diagnosed and checked right away after dropping it off and found out exactly what the problem was and had it fixed the same day in 4 hours later when i picked my car up and it was all fixed taken care of i would recommend anyone to bring their car here for good service...
