My vehicle was hit by a lady who ran a red light. My insurance (progressive) suggested Reynolds Body Shop they was able to get my car in within a very reasonable time weeks before anyone else progressive suggested. The completed the work on time. When I picked up my vehicle they cleaned the entire inside! I have 4 young children so you can only image how much of a mess it was but they have it looking new again! Every staff member I spoke with during the time they had my vehicle was nothing less than respectful and knowledgeable. Hopefully my car never needs repaired again but if it happens I would definitely bring it back to them! Here are some before and after pictures of my vehicle.Update: I had an issue with my tire not to their fault (maybe had a late effect due to the accident I was in I m not sure) they had my vehicle towed to their shop got the part & replaced it in less than 24 hours to top it off my tires weren t very good they was due for new ones.. they replaced all 4 tires for me. When I went to pick up the vehicle I spoke with the owner he shook my hand multiple times thanking me for my business! I have never felt so trusting in a shop (especially as a female) as I was when my vehicle was in their hands. I would recommend this place 100000xs to anyone!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Roy and his team are extremely professional and know exactly what they're doing. I had an issue with a car door that was bent forward and Roy went above and beyond to help me find the most cost effective solution that made it good as new. I really appreciated how honest he was about everything. He even took the time to fix some minor things for free that I hadn't even originally noticed! My dad has also had great experiences with this shop and was in fact the one who first mentioned it to me. Please check them out to at least get a free estimate and professional advice on what you may need, and I wish Roy, Dorothy, and the rest of his team the very best :)

My mom was in an accident on 3/8, my daughter and myself were also in the car. Her car was taken to a tow yard and then her insurance recommended she have Reynold s pick it up. It was determined her Kia Soul had frame damage and was a total loss. She was told she could go clean out the car. I went with my mom and this was especially hard on both of us because my dad (obviously my mom s husband of 48 years) had passed the day before the accident and his stuff was in the car. We wanted his wheelchair more than anything but my mom s car was hit from behind and there was no way to open the trunk. The AMAZING woman who was working helped us put the seats down and pull it out. She also helped open the glove compartment, my knees had jammed it in the accident. She was so kind and offered any help me needed. I could tell she saw the heartbreak in our eyes from my dad passing and now dealing with this car. I thanked her multiple times but don t feel like that was enough.

This shop was very quick with the repairs to my vehicle. I expected to be without my car for a couple months and because of the holiday season I was not expecting fast service. I was so wrong. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner but anytime I called for an update they called back within 45 minutes. My car looks perfect and actually better than what I expected because I've had really bad work done at other shops. They didn't make me pay the deductible and just told me Merry Christmas, pulled the car up to the door and told me have a good day. Who does that other than a company with wonderful service. If I ever need any work done I will return because they are all about the customer and their satisfaction.

My mazda6 was parked and hit by an Amazon delivery truck, I was recommended by a family member to take my car to Reynolds body shop and, I just wanted to say that everyone I spoke with there were very nice and helpful! Dorothy and Roy were so nice!Even though my car was held hostage! JK. You also did a fabulous job! Thank You!I would definitely come back, but hopefully I don't have to

Took my Kia Rio in from an accident. I was really impressed with my level of service at Reynolds. Kind courteous efficient and timely. The guy that runs the place is very courteous and informative. Reynolds collaborated very well with the rental car place making it a lot easier as well. They will certainly get my business next time.

Excellent customer care and outstanding service!!! They took care of my car with intelligence, did it very quickly and I can t tell that anything had happened at all! No dents or scratches where I had dents and ripped metal. They matched the paint perfectly on an old car too!! Very friendly employees that got my jokes! They were nice and looked at my car a week later for me when I had a few questions. If I ever need body work again, I ll definitely go back to Reynold s!

This place I love. The staff very friendly service is excellent and comforting. They literally fixed my car without me paying anything out of pocket after it was stolen. They even repaired my back bumper paint swap I did a while back and it wasn t even in the estimate they gave. Sure it took a while to get back and service on the phone didn t give me no info/update but I m happy they took they time and everything with it. I would definitely recommend them if a person I know is in need of body work

I have taken multiple vehicles to Reynolds for years. Since they were a small little hole in wall business. I'm so happy to see they continue to grow their business. They are upfront and honest and will work with u, regardless of issue . They do a great job giving you a reasonable timeliness and they stick with it They do awesome work !!!! I have never had a complaint about the work they have done. They keep my cars looking awesome!!! Thank you Reynolds!!! You rock!!!

They replaced the front grill , bumper cover, and skid plate. They matched the paint perfectly, finished in a week, were super polite and friendly. I can highly recommend Reynolds Body Shop for any car repairs you might need. While I was on vacation, my 2023 Kia Forte (Lease) was broken into and attempted for theft. Most likely due to the social media (TikTok) trend on how "easy" it is to steel Kia's. The steering wheel column was ripped apart, the back right window was broken and shattered all over and the front bumper had damage as well. After I had contacted insurance, the car was picked up and towed to Reynolds Body Shop. Throughout the next 3 weeks, Ryan and team were very responsive and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Today, I was able to pick up my car and I couldn't be happier as it looked like new again. To my surprise, they helped me out with my deductible and I had to pay $500 towards my bill instead of the $1000 deductible from my insurance. I am very grateful for the friendly and excellent quality service I received by Reynolds which made this nightmare experience a whole lot better to deal with. Thank you so much!

I have had Reynolds Body Shop do multiple projects on my car. Whether it was a new coat of paint or fixing and replacing my front bumper, they not only did a great job, but they they got my car in and fixed right away. I recently had Reynolds body shop complete a large dent repair that was from the fender to the rear of the truck. It was done in timely fashion and was please of the work. After taking a look over on the truck, I noticed a spot that had hadn t been address or maybe missed. I called the shop and let them know about the missing area and I was very happy with their response. They were very understanding and willing to fix it right away. No one was upset at my concerns and the owner personally spoke with me which I definitely appreciated. They went beyond the scope of work and I d be happy to bring my vehicle back because I know they will do right by me each and every time.

The good: Body guys and mechanics are great. Car came back basically new and all the panel gaps and body lines are correct.The bad: Their paint guy needs to slow down and/or be beaten with a hose until he cares about his job again. Between the pretty severe runs and the bad masking and overspray inside the door it's clear he was in a rush. Unfortunately this is where a lot of body shops fall short because a good painter is hard to find because the good ones have their own shops or demand what they're worth. If I had noticed the flaws earlier than I did I would have taken it back for a correction but I'm not the kind of person to come back a month later asking for free work. Its my fault for not doing my due diligence and fully inspecting the paint earlier but the overall work was so good I didn't break out the laser eyes until I went to detail it weeks later.Also now my mirror (that they replaced) doesn't return to the original position after exiting reverse but I usually have that disabled anyway so it's just a minor annoyance. More annoying is that now the mirror just goes straight to the bottom when I use the memory function. Just another thing I didn't notice quick enough and will have to fix/have fixed.Overall I'd recommend them any day if you don't need paint unless they've gotten a new guy in the past 6 months. Service was great, people are friendly, and aside from standard body shop delays I was pleased with the work. Just tell the paint team to slow it down a bit, I know things get hectic but fixing mistakes is more costly than slow labor.

I was rear ended and my insurance company (progressive) reccomended them for the repair. Everything went smoothly and everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Communicstion was great as well. The work was completed quickly and it looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside of the vehicle and washed it before I got it back which was a nice surprise. Highly reccomend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

EDIT: Important enough that it goes to the front. A week after getting my truck back the door on the side where the repair was made would not latch. I got it secured and went to the shop. Roy got on it immediately. It seemed like maybe there was a minor mis-adjustment. Done in 20 minutes. 3 weeks later I'm about to leave Indy for Chicago and the same thing. It's 6am and I have to leave. Thankfully there was a spare car. Roy was able to get the flatbed out to pick up my rig. It turns out that what was causing the issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with the repairs Roy's team worked on. At 135k miles, it was a normal wear and tear issue. I told Roy to send me an invoice. He declined. I insisted. He declined and said he just wanted me to be happy with the truck he sent back to me. This had absolutely NOTHING to do with the work Reynolds did on my truck but the fixed it and it cost me zero $ What a great bunch of people.Now on to my initial impressions/review: Great communication leading up to my repair. They worked with my wife as I was out of town and we got the insurance company to take another look at the damage. Ended up getting considerably more payout for the needed repairs. They came highly recommended and I can see why.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. The customer service was amazing. The owner took the time to give us a quote and go over exactly what we wanted. They got my car back to us way sooner than expected and the prices were amazing. Also, as a woman taking her car to a body shop you always worry about being taken advantage of or ignored, etc. That is not a concern here. The staff were all genuine and respectful and they didn t try to convince me anything extra needed to be done. Amazing place.

I m highly impressed by the work done on my car. These guys did a terrific job with my car. Mr Roy the owner knows the business so well and he was also very kind. It feels like the car never got in a wreck in the first place. I ll come back again whenever I need body repair and I d highly recommend to anyone in need of body work repair.

I can t even explain how amazing these guys are with collision repairs. Brought our Chrysler van here after being recommended by Progressive Insurance when it was involved in a collision.Reynolds took complete ownership of the repair from start to finish. Not a dime out of pocket., approx 3 weeks later our van (which my wife adores). was delivered in like new condition, looks and feels better than ever. It s as if they magically cloned it with a like new version of it. Additionally, they completely detailed the interior including washing everything (floor mats, etc), .*****Please******do not think twice if you are considering this location. !If I could give 10 stars . , I would have. Tim gave an honest estimate for a hit-and-run accident my husband was in within 5 minutes of us walking in the door! The customer service here is incredible. We are excited to have found an auto body shop to call home.

We brought my car in for an estimate to deal with a damaged front bumper. Mr. Reynolds was pleasant, efficient and the price quoted was exceeding reasonable. He then said the parts would arrive in a few days and he was correct. We brought the car in for repairs....Perfection!. Paint, bumper...as if it had never happened. This is a family owned business and they were polite and easy to deal with. Word of Mouth recommendations mean everything and we would enthusiastically recommend them.

My wife and I both had our cars repaired and repainted by Reynolds. I can't say enough positive things about the result.The Reynolds staff is customer-oriented, friendly and did a great job explaining the work. They got me on the schedule promptly and did the work in just a few days. One of the best body shops in town. Way better than any big chain collision repair. The work is always mint and I've never had a problem with my vehicle after these guys have worked on it. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone whose insurance will let them pick a shop of their choosing.

Read to the end.. it will blow your mind!!!Where do I start... they lost my car after they towed it in.. asked me if I was sure they were the one that towed it. Then they told me oh yeah your insurance company totalled it out. I said it needed a bumper repair and a tail light.. what are you talking about.... then they wanted me to sign an agreement that I agree with the estimate and to the repairs. I questioned this because I never received an estimate. This is what pissed them off...The very rude owner told me they aren't going to do an estimate if they aren't doing the repairs... why would I allow them to tow my vehicle in if I wasnt going to have them fix it?! He told me they won't give me an estimate... unless I agree to them doing the repairs and how busy they are... and I could have driven the car with no tail light (even though this is illegal) .. they told me how my insurance company State Farm is terrible and they drag the repairs on... granted state farm did pay the wrong shop for the repair and i called them and they were going to fix this... but I was never notified my car was ready..I had to call them. When I called they said "oh yeah, it's been ready but we are not going to release it until we get paid" I had assumed state farm had corrected the problem..I called state farm and they overnighted the payment so it would be received in the morning. I called at 11:30 and they said they hadn't received it... they said they would call me when they did. I waited until 4:15 and called back... they said they still didn't receive it...I called state farm and they said it was delivered before noon... well.. why was I told at 4:15 they didn't have it!! Mind you Reynolds closes at 5 and they aren't open on weekends.. this was a Friday. They called me 5 min after I got off the phone with state farm to tell me they just got payment!! Liars!! So I paid my deductible over the phone went to pick up the car... they already closed... looked down on the ground and noticed a huge puddle... but didn't think about it at the time... my 21 year old daughter gets in her car and breaks down on the highway... "someone" drained the antifreeze out of her vehicle! I think they were pissed that I questioned the estimate... so draining the antifreeze would get even....I don't know or understand the reasoning behind this.... they are just lucky nothing happened to my daughter on the side of I70.... we would be looking at a whole different scenario..... I will be contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint with the bbb and maybe my friends at fox59....I am not taking this lightly... Now they are trying to intimidate me into taking this review down by having their attorney contact me. I have said nothing untruthful and them personally attacking me shows what type of professionalism they possess.

So I had came in to get a few dents fixed on the back of my bumper. Once I got the truck I noticed that they did a poor job at fixing it. Roy the owner was so rude. I was very insulted. He was just trying to show off for his secretary, but what comes around goes around Roy. Treat people poorly and bad things happen in your life. I honestly think maybe he was on drugs. The way he got so angry so quickly. He called me out of my name and then proceeded to tell me to never come back to his business. I can't believe that he did business like this. He had such a good reputation and now I just don't understand how somebody could be so unhappy, but all the money in the world doesn't make you happy. I will pray for him though.
