Had my Audi Tuned for a good price, job got done in a timely fashion. RSP is good with communication, and care about your vehicle just as much as you.Also, had work done to my VW in a timely fashion.I couldn t be more satisfied with this company. 5 STARS !

Definitely changing my previous review. They were awesome the first time we used them but an absolute nightmare the second time around. We took my husband's car in around 7 months ago for repair work and are still to this day dealing with the nightmare they caused. During this 7 month ordeal his car has physically been in the shop for 5 months. We do utilize this car for everyday driving. Not only has the customer service been complete garbage but the mechanical work hasn't been great either. We've spent over $7,000 getting work done and the car still isn't finished but we picked it up anyway because we just can't deal with them anymore. They will tell you lies after lies to cover up their mistakes. We still have to find another shop to take his car into so we can get several concerns fixed that they were supposed to fix. I managed an auto repair shop for 5 years and I can see how corrupt this shop is. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

If you have a German car, and having that car maintained well is important to you why would you ever take it to a dealership. That would be like taking your dog to the cat groomer . They seem reasonably qualified but are they really? In my opinion any place with salesmen in the same building is interested in taking your money more than preventing you from needing a return visit.Britton and the team at RSP are good people first and great mechanics second! That s why I won t take my car anywhere else. On multiple occasions they have been more interested in fixing a problem for me than taking my money. They always provided me multiple options on what can be done throughout the process. They are the only shop I would let give my grandma a quote for something without having to be there. Enough said, love these guys.

These guys appear to be the only ones in town with the skill and confidence required to replace a head gasket - referred by West Side Auto Care. They were very responsive with updates, pictures and answers to my questions. They gave me realistic time frames, cost estimates and in house options. My car works better than before and they even cleaned it! I plan to have more work done by them.

I needed a shop in the Midwest that could do the things I m forbidden to do in my garage due to my lease, but without paying the Audi/Euro tax.Was looking for a shop that knows their stuff, I m not local to Indianapolis but Britton, his brother, and the rest of the team made me feel like one, they took care of my Air suspension install in ONE DAY while still being able to knock out other clients cars(wow!), they knew the big winter storm was coming and my situation and worked with me to get it done the professional way.I can t speak for the negative reviews, sure they can be worrying, but I m glad I overlooked them because the service, worth ethic and professional etiquette was on display, the whole crew knew what they were talking about and doing, as an engineer they were great with explaining things that I think anyone could understand and they were extremely fair on pricing.Britton values himself on being a perfectionist on the work he does and oversees and it really shows in the delivered product. He s gained a loyal customer after this experience for sure.If you re looking for any type of work on your car, even if not an Audi- give them a call and ask for Britt he ll take care of you like family for sure!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

So, I got some coilovers for my Optima installed them myself was easy since I ve done lowered my previous Optima a few times, but after I got the coilovers on and got an alignment done it was fine for a few months before I started hearing a clunking sound coming from the front. I went over everything checking every bolt and found that my camber bolts were slightly loose on top of the strut so I gave them a few twists and they tightened up quit nicely, clunk was gone for only a few days before it started again and checked everything again only to find that everything was as tight as can be. This time the clunking sounded like my girlfriends Acura when it had a bad motor mount, that has to be it cause these coilovers are new. I thought about taking it to Kia first since everything will be under warranty because of the low milage, but Kia in the past for me always blamed aftermarket parts and I just knew they would immediately blame the suspension which is why I brought it here to get them checked out and fixed since they specialize in this type of work. I was just ready to have stiff sporty but quiet suspension. BIG MISTAKE.. I feel they just took me as a fool charging $180 for diagnostics and then only checking my car out for less than half hour to say yeah man it might be your motor mount cause these things look very new yeah I had coilover covers on and only had them installed for about 3 months but that s not going to be something to stop faulty equipment. They was nice and all but come on if I m going to pay for you to look over my issues please do so or in this case not charge me for 20 minutes of you seeing how new my coilovers are. I left and made the appointment with Kia for them to tell me exactly what I knew they were going to say, It s the aftermarket suspension. I just said F it and ripped out the coilovers and threw the stock suspension back on and BOOM no clunking whatsoever like come on if they would have just checked out the suspension for real and found the noise and fixed it, I could still have my BC Racing Coilovers on but no they look flawless so they can t be the issue. I definitely will not be coming back for my future modifications. Honesty goes a long way with people.

Incredible experience! I had the motor go out in my subaru and trying to work with insurance is a nightmare but the guys at Renn made it a good experience. Once the insurance was approved they swapped the motor in a few days and I was back on the road! Joel and Britton did an amazing job! I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and I will definitely recommend my friends and will be a returning customer for life!

If they mess up, they will come up with every lie and excuse to buy themselves time and get you out the shop. Paid these guys $15,700 just to ruin my car. If you love your car don t take it here. I will tell everyone I cross paths with to NEVER come here.Edit: wow, their reply just proves they are compulsive liars.

quick edit: despite their fake concerned response below, 0 steps to rectify this have been taken DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Story Below:Visited for coolant leak and paid $1100 for repair to coolant flange, and some basic maintenance. after the initial repair , I was in Indy driving and my temp climbed rapidly, I pop my hood and the entire engine bay was soaked and there is a c clamp coolant line hanging loose. (Pic #1 circled in green) So I call Britton/RSP, who advise me to flat tow it to the shop which me and a friend do at 7am before work, making us both late. With no power steering or brakes. I leave the car there to be fixed again. Pick it up at 5:15am, and on the way home I could swear I heard like a squealing/releasing of pressurized air and didn t know why. Upon arriving home I pop my hood to see that my coolant ball was filled to the BRIM (well over the clearly marked MAX line). I contacted an independent third party mechanic who upon inspection of the vehicle found 2 more improperly clamped coolant lines, and proceeded to fix it free of charge for me. 2.5 months later, and my car is still leaking coolant. Side note. They also improperly connected my battery terminals leading to electrical issues (pic 3 of dashboard due to this)

Can t say enough good things about RSP. Took in my Trackhawk for tuning. Found some mechanical issues and patiently awaited my mechanic to correct. Tuner is very passionate and wanted the most power out of my ride. Entire staff stayed after hours to make sure I was happy with the dyno numbers. Just good people. Passionate car guys.

I had a really great experience with Renner Sport Performance. Britton and his team are professional, driven and passionate about motorsports of all types. They assisted me getting a tune on my custom rock crawler and it turned out great! The team is very busy with lots of customers which reflects well on their level of service. I typically don t let anyone work on my cars but I ran into some issues with seized bolts and they were starting to round. Rsp had been recommended to me before and definitely delivered. Let them know what was going on and they got it knocked out the next day.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Came in for a stage 1 tune and oil change for my a6 and left with a 105 hp gain to the wheel! Very happy with my experience, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They ve definitely earned my business in the future.

I went to Renn Sport Performance to check out in the near future "plans". Not only was I taken back to the shop area, by frontvdesk guy Ethan, I got to talk with the owner, Britton. He listened to what I am hoping to do, but also showed me the "machine room", listened to my "story" and gave me some great info. I will be taking my car there for some chassis dyno time in the, hopefully, not too distant future. I was very impressed with RSP's shop and people!

Britton, Ethan and rest of crew are top notch. They treat your car like their own and are super passionate about working on Audis especially. Great knowledgeable bunch. They installed IE downpipe and intercooler on my B9 S4 quickly and for a reasonable price. Will be back.

Very Fast Response time, Office guy was very friendly and professional with me. They build my motor in my car for me and gave me a fantastic deal on the build. Along as getting the job done twice as fast than any other shop i reached out for. When i came to pick the car up the owner knew me back name when i got there and was very friendly and made sure everything was to satisfactory for me prior to leaving. 10/10 recommend them and their services.

Not only did they get my downpipe in on short notice, when my water pump failed suddenly they got a new upgraded pump in for me next day and had my car in there ready to go for the install! Great customer service and definitely always do their best to help. Not to mention the great work they do! Installs are always top notch

Awful and rude customer service. Rennsport improperly fixed the vehicle we had paid to have worked on here, requiring us to tow it to the shop. Since Rennsport fixed it the second time while my significant other was at work i went to pick the vehicle up. They were short, rude, and the owner, Briton s, office was in disrepair with trash and boxes all over it like it had been trashed by a burglar or something. To top it all off the leak we paid to fix is still present and leaking 3 months later

RSP comes through again. I ve had multiple services done here at RSP from performance tuning, oil changes, brake replacement, and regular maintenance and they always do a stellar job. This time i came back from vacation to a completely dead battery. They had a brand new battery for me delivered, installed, and coded same day. I didn t even have to call a tow truck!! Highly recommend them! Needed a clutch and an intermediate shaft replaced and they did it for half the price of most other transmission shops with top notch quality as well. Very fair pricing and very professional work! Treat you like family and will come to you first with any information regarding the work you are having done. They were on top of it 110%! Definitely a place to keep coming back to.
