I was VERY pleased with my experience at Ray Skillman. Most dealership experiences have me leaving feeling like I had been taken advantage of in some way, but that was not the case here at Ray Skillman. Rodrigo was very helpful, courteous, and upfront about everything. I came in looking at this Honda Odyssey, he had the auto report ready for us to look at, knew about the vehicles history, and we left feeling good about the car buying experience.Whenever the time comes for us to need another vehicle, definitely going to see what they have at Ray Skillman before anywhere else.

Where do I begin? This was my first car buying experience and I was so nervous! The GM Jeff, salesmen Nick and Austin, and the money man Jake helped me so much Together they worked well as a team to answer my questions, listen to my concerns and address them, and made me feel very at ease through the whole process.They also have some delicious cookies and an amazing coffee machine

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent car service I received at Ray Skillman Kia West. My visit, which was supposed to be a routine oil change and tire rotation, turned into a nightmare that has left me deeply disappointed and concerned for my safety.Upon leaving the service center, I noticed something was off with one of my tires. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the tires was loose, posing a significant safety hazard not only to myselfbut also to other drivers on the road. It is utterly unacceptable that such a critical oversight occurred during what should have been a simple maintenance appointment.What is even more distressing is the lack of responsibility and accountability demonstrated by the service team and dealership. Rather than owning up to their mistake and taking immediate actionto rectify the situation, I was met with indifference and excuses. This level of disregard for customer safety and satisfaction is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your establishment.As a loyal customer who has entrusted my vehicle to your service center in the past, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. Not only have I been inconvenienced and put at risk for my safetyas well and others, but I have also lost faith in the competence and reliability of your service department.I urge you to take this complaint seriously and to implement measures to ensure that such negligence does not occur again in the future. Additionally, I expect prompt and appropriate action to rectifythe issues with my vehicle and restore my confidence in your service center.

The best experience I have ever had!! Patrick did such an amazing job. I can t say enough about how he went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I bought a Mazda CX5 in the summer and this was my first maintenance appointment. He sent me video detailing everything that was done on my car and did such a great job explaining everything. He also surprised me with some Ray Skillman Mazda West thank you gifts.I was able to come in 4 hours early than my original appointment on very short notice. I will be back for all of my auto needs!!Thanks for everything!!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated my recent visits to Ray Skillman Madza West. You have a very nice facility and coming there has always been a good experience. Although I have liked everyone I ve met at your dealership, these three were outstanding in every way.DAREN WARREN I ve had my 2007 Mazda serviced by your service department for a number of years and Daren has been my personal mechanic. I ve known I could trust what he told me, and appreciated the care the department has taken with my car even though it wasn t new or an expensive model. At 79, knowing I can trust my mechanic is extremely important since I know nothing about cars. My satisfaction with the Service Department and especially Daren was the reason I decided to come to Ray Skillman to find a replacement car.KEENAN HOFFMAN I can t say enough about Keenan s friendliness, service, helpfulness, integrity, knowledge and all-round professionalism. I liked him after our first meeting, but after talking to him a couple times, I knew I wanted to buy my next car from him. He listened carefully to what I wanted, and when I didn t buy the first car he showed me, he never changed his attitude in the least. He kept looking and helped me find exactly what I needed. Because of Keenan and the service department, I only shopped online and in your business without looking anywhere else. I d definitely recommend Keenan to anyone as the best salesman ever.PEYTON MANRING Although that name almost fooled me, I enjoyed meeting and working with Peyton. He was very helpful from the beginning and took the time to help me get everything I needed for a price I could afford. He did a great job explaining all the documents, and I never felt pushed or rushed into signing anything. I knew I could trust what I was told, and appreciated his friendliness and professionalism. I had only one complaint: I was hoping he d throw in one of those Lego cars he has in his window. To me, they were just an example of the quality I found in dealing with him and your dealership.Thanks again for having such great personnel in your dealership. I ll be back for service from time to time, and definitely would recommend your business to everyone.

I started going to this location because it was closer to home and I am so glad I did. Nick is amazing and my service is always done in a reasonable amount of time. They keep you updated throughout the entire process. Clean environment, friendly people and plenty of nice snacks in the waiting area. 10/10 experience every time!

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my vehicle from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. It is said that "time is money." They spent a fortune on me of their time making sure I had the car of my dreams and being patient while I decided. They were always kind and considerate and even fed me home-baked cookies and sodas when I came in. It seemed like they were hand-picking cars I might like to see and called me to let me know what was available. I never had service like that before. Not pushy. Just letting me be me. Personalized service is what I got from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase. I believe it will pass the test of time. Now that that's over, I can go have fun!!! Happy hunting at Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. Oh yeah, now that I have a good running vehicle I can go back to work also.

We bought a Mazda CX 50 a few months ago and took it in for service this week. Never have we had such a positive experience at a dealership! Advisor Daren and technician Larry were so knowledgeable and thorough. We have had such a positive experience with Ray Skillman Mazda that we will be repeat buyers at this dealership for years to come. (And the coffee and freshly baked cookies were an added plus).

I have very mixed feelings about my experience with the Hyundai service department. I took my car in for service and ended up having to leave it overnight night. This was a new car and I wanted a full work over with an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers, and air filters. When I picked my car up, I didn't get any feedback about any issues. I noticed my car just sounded louder. It was like I could hear the tires turning and my brakes just didn't feel as strong. About 2 weeks later, my washer fluid msg popped up. When. I checked my washer fluid, and I realized I had no coolant either. I called first thing the following morning and while they did not feel responsible I was told to bring it in. With in 5 mins I was shown a coolant leak and a oil leak. I ask how it was possible the mechanic didn't see anything when I specifically asked for an inspection. I was told the mechanic was fired and this is apparently why. At that point I was immediately confused and wondering if anything I paid for under that hood took place. I had to leave my car because they were going to attempt to have my warranty pay for this. I was clear I didn't know if anything was done right and wanted it all checked. I expressed my concerns and they graciously gave me a loner car. It was so kind. 2 days later the warranty companies inspection came back and they said the issue was preexisting to my buying the vehicle. I couldn't believe it. That was an issue for the dealer I purchased the car from to resolve. On 1 hand I feel like I paid, what is a lot of money I didn't have, to have this car inspected and serviced but don't know if what was done. On the other hand they attempted to help with a car and calling the warranty. When I returned the loner and picked up my car, I didn't get any notes or confirmation that all my services did take place. I was given a 1k estimate and left to sort this out with the dealer. My tires still sound loud and I just don't know that I trust going back. I'm indifferent. I'm going to take it to a reliable mechanic I know personally and if something is wrong with my tires, then we will have a huge issue, and at that point, I will need my money back. It's hard to pay for a service you can't prove happened.

I d give a negative if there was one. I sent my car for servicing, they sent me a whole list that my car passed all the inspection. My gas light came on and I asked why my light is on. They told me they dont dig in there if my light is on. What is the meaning of servicing a car. Please explain to me.Worst reception ever. They re very expensive too that I ll not recommend.You lost a customer.

Do not purchase any and especially used Kia s as AsIs they are faulty and they KNOW it!!! That s why there are so many of them on the lot! They burn oil , I ve had my car under a year and my check engine light came on several months ago and they don t care as long as they get their money! My car is now down, I m pretty sure it s the engine and it s all on me !Update: I was forced to do a voluntary repo because I wouldn t pay $8000 for a new engine on a vehicle that s known to have faulty engines etc and has had several lawsuits for faulty everything. And I want my new damn battery back too!!!

So, I wasn't even thinking about a newer car. I was on the website just browsing, trying to learn about the Mazda cars, as my daughter purchased a BEAUTIFUL 2018 Mazda 3 that looked as new as the 2021 Mazda 3s on the lot at Ray Skillman Westside Mazda. I saw a gray 2015 Toyota Avalon with 54, 500 miles on it and it looked amazing. The sales price was fair and I (kinda impulsively) bought it. New Toyota Avalon XLEs can cost over $40k and the payments can be more than mortgage or rent. This car is gently used, amazingly comfortable, still has a couple years' warranty and my payment is manageable and fair.I want to shout out to Grayson, my sales associate and Mike in Financing for making my experience a simple one and for the help in Financing. This whole experience has been wonderful and I have the car of my dreams.

These people don't care about customers unfortunately. Dont get into a situation they will not work you the lease/finance dept . Even if you have made all your payments. So unfortunately dont go to Ray Skillman. I did have a great experience at the dealership im Avon with the dealership but this has ruined the whole experience.

Good online scheduling and backend tech that lets them text you if they find other service work that may be necessary. I appreciate the efficiency of being able to click a link, review the info, and sign... all self-service, while sitting in the waiting room. Makes everything faster with less waiting. A free car wash with your service is also a nice touch.

I brought our 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited into the Service Department because the highway gas mileage has been about 28 MPG which is significantly less than what the EPA ratings indicate for this vehicle. This is prominently displayed on the window of the vehicle and a major reason why I purchased it. I explained how I drive in ECO mode and use cruise control on the highway to avoid sudden acceleration to conserve fuel. I also mentioned that I have a 2018 Honda CRV (not a hybrid) and have always averaged about 32 MPG on the highway which is what the EPA rated MPG is for it. In fairness the vehicle averages about 37 MPG in town which I am very pleased.I had a wonderfull experience at the dealership because I sincerely believe that the vehicle was properly checked out so that's why I gave the high review here.However, I am very disappointed that this vehicle doesn't provide the fuel economy on the highway that it was advertised to have.

Make sure you take a mechanic with you, or you'll end up with a car that needs $11,000 worth of repairs and thanks to an undisclosed accident my gas tank could explode if the car is running for to long.
