I want to give a shout out for excellent customer service. Brandi Crowe was amazing at communicating with me throughout the process of my vehicle repairs. Anytime I had a question or concern she quickly got back to me with utmost professionalism! She even made sure to stop out to see me when picking up the vehicle to make sure all was as expected! Thank you Brandi for attention to detail, patience with my questions, and cheerful demeanor through this process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Had to take our kids optima for a re call part staff was friendly helpful and fast even did a vehicle inspection they have some pretty nice cars on the lot as well from used to zero miles

I took my car to them to repair the drivers side door and they completely destroyed the interior of the car and then charged me $12,869 to replace the dashboard and steering wheel, that they destroyed I strongly suggest if you need anything fixed on your vehicle do not have them touch it

The service was horrible, and the staff was just as horrible. My car was only at the shop for 3 days, and I decided I wanted to pick it up due to Brandi Crowe's attitude, and she was very unprofessional. Every time we spoke, she was snappy and rude for no reason, so I decided I would rather not do any business with these people. After telling them, I wanted to pick my Jeep up and take it somewhere else they stated that was fine. Drive there not even an hour later, and no one could find my keys. Everyone there had me pissed they were very ignorant and didn't care. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. Please save yourself the headache.

This place I wish I can give 0 stars. They are absolutely STUPID. Sorry for my choice of words but that pretty much sum things up. Starting with Both BRANDYS that work there is so unprofessional and rude. THEY ARE RACIST so if you re not white with money you won t get any help from them. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. They had my car for a month and still didn t fix it. They made more damages to my car and tried to cover it up like I wouldn t notice and still didn t fix it. Gave me the run around upon pick up time of my car and couldn t find my keys. THE MECHANICS THEY SUCK! DONT DO NO BUSINESS WITH KIA. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Thanks for getting the Jeep repaired. They did a great job on body work. Keep in mind you have to be patient due to the time it takes to get parts now days but that is out of there control.

Beware they only fix what you can see you'll get home and realize you got a whole lot more problems and I'm not going to take care of them do not go there

They put 8k of old corroded parts on my new truck....wow. Fast forward 2 years I was rear-ended incidentally my truck ends up back at the same body shop the same issues they put used dirty parts on that don't work they just do the cosmetic things and then if you want anything else fixed do you have to pay to take it to another body shop and if they determine it was related to the accident which usually they don't and you end up owing them money or they keep your car so I think this time around I'll take my vehicle to another one and see if I had better results because I know these body shops work with the insurance so they're going to screw you before they screwed the insurance.Service: Body & Trim

PUBLIC BEWARE!! Here is your warning to avoid doing business at this location. Unless of course you like dealing with emotionally unstable managers who lack any kind of professionalism. We had the dissatisfaction of dealing with KENT MURPHY s inability to properly communicate. His lack of problem solving skills masked with his emotional instability lead to the worse professionalism I have ever encountered in a professional setting by a manager at this level. KENT literally behaves and interacts with his customers like a child who pouts and acts out when he is questioned or challenged. The best thing Ray Skillman can do for this man is to get him some therapy, anger management and conflict resolution training! Our experience was awful every time we had to interact with this location. Everyone there feeds off all of the managers negativity. How depressing for everyone that works there!!

Was really upset that I just bought my car from them two weeks prior and that it took over two months to be repaired, I know with shipping delays it was partiality not their fault. With that being said though in the two months they had it my brand new car developed rust on the breaks from sitting so long and was vandalized. They neglected to lock it and over $50 was stolen out of my car and when I called to tell them that I didn t even get an apology and they wouldn t check the cameras because it was there too long to pinpoint. On the upside it looked nice once I finally got it back and it was repaired.

I had dropped my car off to be repaired after and accident and was treated Absolutely Fantastic. I hadn't had an accident for 40 years so this was all new to me. They gave me a phone number for a rental car and called almost ever week giving me an update on my repairs! When I picked up my car I was very picky about my inspection and didn't find one thing wrong! My car was perfect! Thank all of you for taking care of me and my car!

Great service, with a pleasant atmosphere, and great quality work. I received great communication, between myself, insurance company, and the collision center as well having my vehicle returned ahead of schedule.Just another reason why I have done business with Ray Skillman, and will continue to do business with his company in the future.

Terrible service!They lied to me about my car, lost parts of my car, and were incredibly rude, Brandi in particular. I had to have it towed somewhere else to be fixed. If there was a zero star option, I definitely would have picked that.

With parts on backorder it's taking a while. Jason was wonderful to work with he kept me updated. The problem is the insurance not covering the extra days.

Had rear bumper damage. Great service and great work. The people are amazing. Nicole Gabreal is a fantastic mgr. she made me feel like a was appreciated and that was all important. Thank you for the wonderful job. I will recommend your shop to any body

I have gotten 3 vehicles from this facility. The customer service is beyond approach. The facility is always clean. The service department is friendly and fast. They pay attention to detail and do not try to upsale you. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle.

Ask Taylor and have her to have Pat do the sales they are very great people and they will do anything to make you happy it isn't all about the sale I been a year deciding if I wanted to get a vehicle and they never got irritated nor mad because I didn't get get it right away but they always let me test drive everything and was very patient with me thank you for the very good service and professional work

I had to go in to get an estimate on my car. It was quick and simple. The people were nice and they had lots of drinks to choose from and a tv to watch while you wait at the collision center.

I want there for the oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. He gave me car back in 15 minute.when I asked him for the multi-point inspection report, he said they don t provide report like that. Then I left the place. My brand new car started noise & difficulties in it.So, next day I want to different service center and they found that air-filter box was open and also the oil cap was loose.Never go back there.Service: Oil change

I went in to get an estimate as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist. The lobby area was very clean and the wait time was grand. The gentleman who helped me with my estimate was very helpful & kind. Thanks for the excellent customer service
