On October 26, 2023 I purchased a brand new Mazda CX-30, 2023. This is the first time in purchasing a vehicle that I can say I didn t feel any pressure to make my purchase, the sales manager, Franklin, my sales person, Austin, and my financial team Brian and Alex were simply amazing! Before I drove off in my new vehicle, both Alex and Franklin, made sure that I understood the basics of how to operate my new SUV. I truly found my experience to be a very positive one, however, the only thing is that I think they forgot to wash my SUV before I drove off with it, but I still wanted to give them a great review.

I had a wonderful experience here! Just bought a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 and everyone I worked with was amazing! Franklin, the service manager, was AMAZING! He made me feel like family & made sure I got everything I wanted! Mike/Michael was great also! Really down to earth guy and didn t beat around the bush. And lastly, Brian in the finance department! Really great team overall and definitely will be a lifetime customer!

Staff was very helpful from the beginning. Allowed me to take my time and browse the vehicles, answered questions and helped however needed. Mikayla did not hesitate to bring around any car I was interested in so I could see all of my options. I do not believe I would have got the car I did if not for that. 10/10 experience and love my new car!

I was actually going to call this dealer and very likely buy a nice looking CX-9, but I live about 5 hours away and read all the reviews on this dealership. I changed my mind just by reading these reviews.Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this dealership. It really helps out future buyers like myself weed out the dealerships that just plainly don't care about their customers. It's sad that dealerships don't realize that the consumers have a voice and how important it is to have a great customer satisfaction rating.Hard pass on Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda.

My family has been involved with Ray Skillman for multiple years. Even back when they were a Dodge dealership. My soon to be wife ordered a Mazda 3 with them during the pandemic. When the car arrived they did a "market adjustment" of $700 if we wanted the car. Code word for up charge.I will never forget this. And I actively tell people not to order a car there. The service department is outstanding. And will go beyond reasonable. But I would recommend not ordering anything from there.We were in the market again for another mazda. I definitely didn't go by Ray Skillman. Hope it was worth the $700. They would have been our first stop.

Bought a 2023 Mazda cx9 last week. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Our main point of contact was Noah then we were also assisted by Daniel and Franklin. Everyone was professional, courteous and responsive. A couple of things needed to be taken care of in the car later, which they fulfilled w out delay. I would deal w and highly recommend them again. .

We bought a 2023 model Mazda from "Skillman Northeast" on Nov. 11th 2023. Advertised as "no accidents or damage reported, advertised as a "used car". Price listed on the car sites was "fair" or "good". Called and spoke with Nick. Told me it was a "loaner" for people having their cars serviced. Made the drive across the county to see it. The car was a very dark blue, and was parked in the shade when we arrived, it almost looked black. We walked around and saw nothing wrong. We test drove it and decided to make an offer. Because it was listed as a fair price already, I didn't try to lowball the deal. Won't go into the financing process, which was I believe was a little suspect. They only had one fob at the time and we were promised the other would be mailed to us. Got home with the car, I parked in the sun, got out and noticed a small dent in the hood. I looked closer and the entire hood was covered in hail damage, the roof also had damage. Unbelievable. I took the car back on Monday and asked to speak with Franklyn. He said "hail damage, we'll have to fix it". Was told their dent man was in on Tuesday and I would have the car back the next day. Gave me loaner to drive, that was good. No one called me on Tuesday, No one called me on Wednesday, so after work (3pm) I called them. Was told the damage was too much for their dent guy, so it was taken to a body shop. No time frame was given for the repair. We wanted to use the car for a trip to D.C. for Thanksgiving. Didn't see the car again for 15 days. We didn't get it back until Nov. 28th. When I picked it up, they had only repaired the hood, but not the roof damage! They did eventually repair the roof. But that took more time and more trips. To be fair they did give me a loaner. The key fob was never mailed to us, but they made another one and I received it when I picked the car up the second time. I'm thankful that they repaired the damage and gave me a loaner. But the whole process was stressful and caused me a lot of anxiety. Poor communication, unreturned calls, a halfway done repair. Multiple phone calls and trips across the county. It would have been better if they had just divulged the damage from the start or had had the vehicle repaired before they sold it. I find it implausible they didn't know about the hail damage if they really had been using it as a loaner. This deal cost both of us time and money.

Ray Skillma Buy here pay here is in the business of lemon cars. My transmission failed 1 month after buying & I told them prior the transmission was slipping in service. Took my car to the dealer 1/4/24 and I was without a vehicle or any update for a week. Leaving it to me to figure out my work transportation. On 1/11/24 I got a loaner car wit the check engine light on! In house finance expect me to still make a payment after figuring out how to get to & from work a whole week with no assistance from them. I called about a loaner vehicle before I ever got one and the lady said it s first come first serve & there s a list. She never added me to the list but instead said we will call you. Never got a call until I emailed the owner & his general mangers. If you have poor credit or file bankruptcy, don t use any ray skillman in house finance team! This is my second experience with them & it has truly been a nightmare in just 1 month!

I came in after realizing that my power liftgate was obstructed. I spoke to someone in service and they warned about parts costing about $1200 to fix. After arriving at Mazda, despite the shop being backed up. They got me right in and had the problem solved in less than 10 minutes. No charge. I m beyond thankful. Excellent and expedient service.

Most deceitful and false dealership around!!!! Period. Sales associate lied about a truck I wanted and then claimed it had just been sold. Wasted a half day of my time! Keys to another truck were supposedly lost??? Until an owner of Ray Skillman called and made whomever find the keys! Not even close to the truck I wanted, or the price range. Then, given an unbelievable low trade-in price for the Suv I was trying to trade-in. Ended up walking out with the sales guy behind me, asking " What's wrong " and saying they would make it right!!!!

I recently had a terrible experience with a car dealership, and I feel the need to share my frustration. This nightmare unfolded at "Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda," and it involved two individuals who have left me deeply disappointed: Mike Wright and Steven Boyd.This marked the second time I had been misled by Mike and Steven, and they seem to have perfected the art of deception. The initial encounter was unpleasant, but this second incident was the last straw.I had been on the hunt for a specific car model, and despite my past experience, I decided to give "Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda" another chance. I called to inquire about the car's availability, and Mike Wright assured me they had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, even guaranteeing a test drive.With high hopes, I arrived at the dealership. Steven Boyd welcomed me, but it quickly became clear that he was just another participant in their deceitful game. He led me to the lot and showed me an entirely different car, falsely claiming it was the one I had inquired about. I was bewildered and explained that this wasn't the vehicle I wanted.To make matters worse, when I pressed the issue, Steven Boyd told me that the car I sought had been sold just minutes before my arrival. Their brazen lies were infuriating, and it reminded me of their first deceptive encounter when they claimed to have a car in stock when they didn't.My frustration and anger reached a boiling point. I had wasted my time and been blatantly deceived again by "Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda." It's abundantly clear that these individuals have no qualms about lying to lure potential customers into their dealership.In conclusion, I strongly advise others to avoid "Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda" and the two individuals, Mike Wright and Steven Boyd, who seem adept at deception and false advertising. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Save yourself the trouble and seek an honest and reputable car dealership elsewhere.

I recently purchased a new Mazda and am so happy with the sales associate that took care of my husband and I. Mikayla greeted us with a warm smile and continued to provide great service. She has a kindness and patience that you don't always find in the industry. After looking at several different color combinations, test drives and conversation - I arrived at the CX-5. I would highly recommend this dealership with Mikayla by your side.

If I could zero stars I would. The dealership never cleaned the car out. The floor boards were gross and I found out that the brake caliper on the front end has a stripped bolt and my car has not been braking properly. Very dangerous and unsafe. You guys absolutely need to make sure you inspect your vehicles better

I called Ray Skillman northeast after locking myself out of my 21 CX-5. The key fob was acting up, I was late for work, and was just having a terrible morning. Big shout out to Jon Derek in Service for walking me through troubleshooting steps. He even asked for input from other techs with more experience after his suggestions failed to yield results. Ultimately the problem was resolved, a tow to their shop was avoided, and Jon was incredibly professional. Their team went above and beyond on all fronts. If I ever need to go to an authorized dealer, they are top of my list!

Kelly is by far one of the rudest people to ever walk this earth. I don't see how she is employed for Ray Skillman. Everyone else at this location we interacted with was polite and helpful. Kelly is the only reason I gave 1 star because she had a bad nasty attitude and look from the moment we said hello. I will most definitely be contacting corporate about my experience with Kelly. First off all I been in touch with these people since before I had a job. I worked 12 hours today told them I just started my job CLEARLY 3 times before I made an appointment. Told them I just fixed my credit and I need a car for me and my kids. I need transportation to work and they told me that was fine. I get there they ran my credit and basically told me find a co signer after I seriously stated my situation. They played me I felt horrible they do not work with you at all I was so tired I wasted my time that really crushed my hopes. Gets no love from me!!!! And I had proof of the income that they told me was ok. LIARS

I would give them zero stars if I could. They will blatantly lie that a car is there even if you ask them to be absolutely sure because of the distance you have to travel... I have been there 2 times now to look at a specific car and upon arrival, it will always be gone.Then they proceed to try to sell me another car that I don't even want at a few thousand dollar mark up. Classic underhanded sales tactics from the oh-so shady people working there. Names to avoid: Mike Wright and Steven Boyd.Hope this helps at least one poor soul. And to the salesmen, you can still make money and not be a terrible human-being.

I'll have to say that this was among one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless. I explained my financial situation to Savannah (my wonderful salesperson who is pictured with me next to my car) and James (my financial guy) and both offered sound advice for financing, payments, insurance, warranties, etc. and different vehicles to try. I never once felt pressured into purchasing the car I ended up buying, and was even told that if I didn't like it after a week, I could bring it back and get something else until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Ray Skillman NE Mazda...make sure to ask for Savannah!

I recently purchased a car from Ray Skillman Mazda Northeast, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Franklin, the sales manager, handled most of the transaction over the phone and online, which made the process incredibly convenient. I was able to work out all the pricing and trade-in details on their website, so when I went into the dealership, everything was smooth sailing.I want to give a shout-out to Sean, the salesperson who took care of the paperwork and accompanied me on the test drive. He was a laid-back and non-pressuring individual, which I really appreciated. When I mentioned that I didn't want any add-ons, he respected my decision and didn't try to convince me otherwise. Franklin did come back out and offer some add-ons, but I politely declined since I'll be moving soon.Both Franklin and Sean were not only friendly but also extremely easy to work with. Their customer service was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my family members or friends. Overall, my car-buying experience at Ray Skillman Mazda Northeast was exceptional, thanks to Franklin and Sean.

I have been a loyal customer of Ray Skillman NE mazda for some time now, having purchased two brand new vehicles here. I'm not sure what is changing with their morals but after being a loyal customer here for years I am very upset with how the service department is handling issues. On a brand new car, with less than 30,000 miles on it now, and covered under warranty, they will not resolve an issue I am having. Even after being told it is covered under warranty, but giving me this obnoxious run around. An issue that hundreds of people with newer mazdas are experiencing, and on a brand new car, I feel just stuck. I'm at the point that I am very much doubting my decision purchasing this vehicle from them and I just don't believe it's right how they are treating their loyal customers. I will be looking at other dealerships in the future. This dealership is not the same anymore.

Ray Skillman Mazda NE is excellent! I recently went in for an oil change and had some issues with my display screen. Alan was very customer focused and made sure everything was covered under warranty. They gave me a courtesy vehicle that worked great and was an easy process. I prefer using the dealership services over any other oil change location.
