I had an excellent experience from top to bottom. Johnny Sparks is the man. He met me with a smile, answered my many many questions about the vehicle, made sure all of my concerns were taken care of immediately with their service department, took me on an enjoyable test drive, and was very flexible when it came to the negotiating table. I got a very fair deal and enjoyed every moment of my time at the dealership. Most dealerships make the experience drawn out and are hostile negotiators. Even when I pushed hard for a deal, Johnny was in good spirits. He even baked cookies. I ll definitely be coming back next time I need a vehicle. Well done Ray Skillman!

The same way I can write a review of disappointment, I definitely can write a review of praise. Tim Hannel and his team made a bad situation of my aunts, alot better. She drove away happier, with a car and payment she can handle on her own. Thank you All. A returning customer who now will return again for next purchase.

Go see Paulo Rodriguez if you're looking to buy. He is a great salesman and goes the extra mile making the whole process easy. He even drove me home to drop off my vehicle so I could drive the new one home. I'm very happy with his service and the dealership. Fair place. And Paulo is the man! Seriously. Talk to him.

Imagine going in for a recall, and the dealership damage your sensors then scratched your car. When you bought it to their attention they called the police and lied that you have a weapon. All because I am a black man. Then because they are friends with the cops that showed up ( they called each other by names), one of the cops tried to scare me by telling me I am not getting a police report while putting his hands on his gun. It's not until I asked for a supervisor that another cop decided to give me a report.Shame on them not only for having horrible practices but for being racist.

How do I get the service department to actually service the car? Car is under warranty. I book appointment online 3 times now they haven't been able to find me in the system. They always say they'll squeeze me in and I wait 20 minutes. Then someone comes to get me and says I'm all done. Still making the same noise I've reported each time

I recently brought my car to the Mitsubishi center at Ray Skillman after an accident and was fortunate enough to work with Kacie, Chris, and Brad. I was truly blown away by the exceptional level of customer service that her, Chris, and Brad provided. Kacie's intelligence and professionalism were unparalleled, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such talented individuals. Called for service on my 2011 outlander sport needed front end checked was told there was a diagnostic fee. That s fine. I also asked to check the blower motor for the heat as it is intermittent I was told that would be another diagnostic fee so each component of your car requires a diagnostic fee. I bought my outlander sport from Ray Skillman. I ve done business with Ray Skillman. I don t understand the diagnostic issues for each component signed. Disappointing former customer.

My aunt had a terrible experience at this location. They took advantage of her, she's a 70yr old lady who gets $1200 a month. Her car payment is $613 and insurance is $250 a month. She misunderstood the charges. The next morning she tried to reason with them but they said sorry lady you drove off the lot, the sale is final. We don't care you misunderstood. Do not go here. And to do this to a returning customer is HORRIBLE. Her great credit is RUINED when they could of simply canceled contract

I thought Ray Skillman on Pike Plaza Road was the best. The salesman was very courteous, nice, help me find what I was looking for at my price range. Yes he did a good job and I bought a nice SUV.

Had a trouble-free experience at Ray Skillman Mitsubishi West. Came in for a recall and a front end alignment. The service writer realized my vehicle was modified and had larger tires than spec, so she wanted to confirm with the techs it was OK to align. Tech came out and said it was doable. He seemed knowledgeable and it made me feel more comfortable having my vehicle in their care. After it was aligned they provided me the alignment report which is always nice to have afterwards. Overall a good experience so far.

I have been purchasing vehicles for 3.5 decades. I am no nonsense when it comes to any purchases but definitely Items that require years of commitment. I appreciated, commend and recommend purchasing a vehicle from this group of gentleman (Terry H.(The Uncle), James (Baby Face), John Sparks (Hot Rod) and Patrick Bradford (Jason Bateman). It was my spouses first vehicle purchase, and the experience was what I would have hoped for my first 30 plus years of purchases.Authentic, Reasonable and Personable young men providing respectable service a Husband, Father, Grandfather would want for a spouse, daughter, son or friend.I will be recommending and ushering my family and friends to purchase from this location.Thank You Again For The Best Car Purchasing Experience In 30 years.

I would give zero if possible. We have bought several vehicles from Rayskillman over the years and was my go to dealer. Had an issue with 2 tires was told they would be ordered and appointment was the next morning at 8 am. She took off work with her being a nurse call ins are very limited not to mention burnt a vacation day to find out the tires weren't ordered. No call ahead to say hey we messed up. Not to mention they have been servicing this vehicle since new. I had let go the times the intake wasn't properly put back together causing noise or missing plastic holders underneath allowing the plastic to flap around after service. I work for a large mechanical company as a service manager and this is not the way you provide service. Nothing offered for a waste of time, money, or vacation days. This I believe was the 5th vehicle from different rayskillman dealerships and the last I will ever buy from a rayskillman dealership. Take your vehicle somewhere else for service you don't need the dealership to do it just a record of it being done. J&F auto is a great mechanic shop on the Westside that provides great service and actually doesn't waste your time by setting appointments and never ordering parts needed for the appointment. She told them they would no longer have to worry about her coming back for service. They didn't care. Way better shops out there to deal with that will follow through at better prices and perform better quality work. I have never had an issue with clips missing, intakes not put back together properly, or parts not getting ordered or at least notified before the appointment anywhere else I have had vehicles serviced. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else there are way too many good service centers to support a service center with no appreciation for longtime customers. Like I said I let a lot slide because she believes in dealership service, and it wasn't huge issues but definitely lack of attention to detail and care at this dealership. Use at your own risk.Wrote this before reading the real horror stories of their service. Wow this has to be the worst dealer to get service from, it is really amazing just how much worse they have treated other customers.

They made buying a car much easier than the horror stories I read had me expecting! Called to confirm that a car was in stock and had the correct specs, then had it locked in the next day. They don't bundle a bunch of useless add-ons and dealer packages to squeeze money out of you. There were some extra services that they were quick to remove when asked to. The services may be valuable to someone, just not me. Dealer fees were standard or lower. Dealer markup did exist, but they were extremely flexible with me and it was perfectly reasonable for both sides. Big shoutout to Trevor and Dillon for the quick and hassle-free transaction! Ray Skillman will always be on my list of recommendation for future buying!

Making financial decisions is always hard , but the team made it easy. Terry H and Andrew R helped us with our interest rate and got us a new 2022. They jumped through hoops to make it happen and we are in love with our new outlander.

Our seat belt got stuck in the passenger side door and door wouldn t open. We re traveling from out of town to Chicago. I called and Chris said to stop by. Chris and his staff showed us awesome customer service and helped us out in a tight spot. Thanks so much to him and the service worker that helped us! From a Vols fan, I appreciate the help from a Georgia fan!

Great overall service. Very professional. Had me in and out. Recommend some things. But didnt press the issue. Definitely made sure my oil change was done and topped everything off. Will definitely continue to go here and only here. Good work over here and would Recommend this to anyone

My experience was really good! The only thing I would like to advise the service crew is to remember to reset the light that shows my car needs service. If I don t remind them, they forget and I have to make another trip to the shop to do it, or being bothered by that beep every time I ignition my car. Also, please keep the volume on the television a little lower, generally everyone is on their phones and the television is a bit annoying. Thank you for the effort you do to keep your customers satisfy. I really recommend your business.

The staff was great and well experienced. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. I spent over 3 months doing research about which car to buy and how to handle buying through a dealership. I asked for the out the door price I was given the the out the door price with no hassle and that set the tone. From there we went to the dealership where the staff went out of their way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and got the exact vehicle we wanted. The price was the same price that was agreed upon via email and all available warranties and package were explained in detail to make sure that I knew what I was getting. Overall best experience I could've hoped for and I can't wait to buy my next mitsubishi from Ray Skillman mitsubishi.

I brought my Mitsubishi Outlander to this location for brake replacements last week. After the inspection I was told it also needed new transmission fluid okay, no problem. I pick it up on Monday and by Monday evening am having serious transmission issues. Up until my work with them, I had never experienced any kind of transmission issue. They re telling me I won t have my car back until sometime next week because one of their techs is out sick. They also refuse to provide me with a rental in the meantime. Correct me if I m wrong, but this auto mall surely has someone else that can work on my car in the meantime. This is seriously poor customer service. If I wasn t required to keep my car there to be fixed due to their negligence, I would absolutely have it towed elsewhere.

The salesman Mike was really nice and wanted to really help us but we waited for hours one night waiting on the finance crew and then was told to come back the next morning in which we did! Get there the next morning, the salesman had gone to a different location to get the car and was having it cleaned and we were told we were approved with the down payment we had! An hour later we are told that they need more money and that they would put us in a different vehicle in tiredly. That s not good business if you ask me. Our hopes were brought up and we were excited but we left more disappointed than before.

I was rushed when I asked about an issue I believe my car was having and was told he could not help and to just drop it off. I really value my experience and was kind of shocked but oh well. I appreciate the servicing of the oil change.

Brought my car here YEARS ago, and found myself in need again of a trusty mechanic. This staff is bar none - Amazing, they were all genuinely helpful, nice definitely not the stereotypical mechanics. Patrick was awesome! Scheduled me the same day- even found 2 recalls I missed. They are stuck with me now and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
