I went in for a simple oil change with no wait and was told it would take 40 minutes only for it to take two hours plus an attempt to rebuke me when I asked why things were taking longer than they should. What made this worse was at the end they tried to strong-arm me into getting new tires, complete with price quotes which I immediately shut down citing that they had acted in bad faith by doing that. What prompted the one star review was that when I called to speak with management about what happened, they weren't in, and despite being told they would follow up with me about it they never did. This entire experience irreparably damaged any confidence I had that they can service my vehicle in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience with the service department. Ryan guided me through the replacement of my transmission and my brakes and gave me updates at regular intervals. And they got the work done so quickly! It was same day service! I am so impressed. The price was reasonable and they got another replacement covered by the manufacturer because they searched for a recall. I highly recommend this place!

We was on our way home when the computer module crashed, the car stop running. Got it towed to the Ray Skillman Chevrolet, explained that we was from out of town going home.Stacy took care of us ( we didn't have an appointment) found us a computer module and got us back on the road home (Miami-Garden, FL.)P.S.That gave us breakfast and lunch while we were waiting.

Had my 2018 truck for 3 days to replace starter. NP. Picked up and had it for less than 16 hours & would not start - the exact same issue to begin with. Took it back to Penske Chevrolet on 96th Street for repair.

I recently traded a vehicle to Ray Skillman for a used Cadillac Escalade ESV. We negotiated a few repairs during the deal and Jae in service handled everything professionally. We will return for sales and service.
