Great place, Great prices, Honest people. Had the resonator on my exhaust replaced, they did quick work for a great price. The tech Nick showed me the issue and let me know how they were gonna fix it.

I have never been here but the reason I looked it up was we were watching a video from the 1950-53 salt flat speed week and there was a speed racer, pretty cool looking silver car, I was curious as to whether the company was still in existence. Congrats and I d be interested in how the car did sponsored by your shop did that year!!

I was referred there by Ty's down the (Keystone) street. I went on a Thursday afternoon and they put it right up on the lift, gave me three choices and prices, and I picked one and they had it done quickly. I felt badly, as I had my wife come to pick me up...but she didn't need to as it was done so quickly.

I took my car there on a Monday around 10am. Was told they would get to it by the end of the day to give it a look and have an answer on a solution. They called me back by noon. Told me the issue I okayed the repair and I had my car back by 2pm. Great service and reasonably priced.

I got work done @ the Ralph's Muffler& Brake Service Keystone location a couple of years ago. I have a lifetime warranty for replacement. I went a few times in September & October 2022 to get replacements per warranty and waited several hours each visit; on two visits I waited from open to close. Walk in customers were serviced while I waited, pads did not get replaced. Rude workers. One worker said "I was going to wait all day" (the brake guy). The service I was there for should take 30 minutes probably less. There were several open bays. I waited for owner to come(employee told me he usually comes in before noon), he never showed up. I was not waiting for the owner to do work but to speak with him about the service. I did not receive a full refund. I usually do not write reviews, however, I had to due to the worst service and customers service I have ever experienced. As some of the other reviews have stated, customers time is not valued and from my experience I was not treated as a valued customer. If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE! Ralph's Muffler is a no-nonsense independent business that I will continue to go back to anytime I have muffler issues! Just be aware that they don't do reservations. It's first come, first served and they are only open until 1:00 on Saturday, so get there before they open at 8:00 if you want to get the work done. Prices are competitive and they do quality work. First rate business!

Brake dude replaced a caliper bolt that must have "fell off" after they did pads and rotors. I appreciate him getting right to my car. He had me in and out within 20 minutes.I won't be bringing any new business to Ralph's. In the old days, I believed I was getting a deal when the place looked grimey and the employees were less than professional. If you can't care enough to clean the place up or have employees start the day in a clean uniform, I can't believe you care about the work and service provided.

Ralph's has welded my exhaust braket multiple times at no charge. This time they recommended I get a new bracket from the Subaru dealer. They told me what to get and they said they would put it on for me. I got to meet Allison the granddaughter of Ralph's who did the work. It is a family affair and she learned welding from her family. Hat's off to this business that is full of integrity, reasonably priced and they are teaching the next generation.

I had taken my car to Bob Rohrman on east Washington Street because it was making noise. They said they needed to replace the whole exhaust system and it would cost me over $5000. Of course I don't have that kind of money. A friend suggested I come to Ralph's muffler and I did today. I arrived before 8am and was the first one at the door(that means I should be the first person to be helped. This woman who was sitting in her car said she was first. I didn't argue with her and that's another story). Another way when the mechanic looked at my car he told me that it needed a flex pipe. I said, I was told I needed a whole new exhaust system. The mechanic showed me the problem and told me that it would cost me $160 something. Well that is a long ways from $5000. I told them to go ahead with the work and it only took 10 or 15 minutes. WOW! From 8am to about 9:30am and they are finished with the car. Shame shame on Bob Rohrman. Why would you charge that much money for something so simple. After all these years of giving them my business I will no longer go back. I can't trust them. Thank you so much Ralphs muffler for your service and your honesty. Thank you Jesus and God bless all of you.

Price is good but customer service is terrible. If you think you're having issue with your muffler do not tell them that. Just tell them that you think you have an exhaust problem so they look at your entire exhaust system. Otherwise they will only look at the muffler and charge you for the muffler. That was my experience.Update: I took my vehicle back up to the shop, they ordered a new muffler, problem solved.Service: Exhaust

They will fix your exhaust pipe by welding at a reasonable price instead of asking you to replace the whole pipe. They also do their work quite efficiently. I will definitely do business with them again.

I came to have my exhaust and because im a woman i was over charged. When i returned to this location i showed a picture of what they had done and asked how much it would cost to do that job they said it would cost less than 200. they charged me 303 dollars when i came and had that job done. The first guy i dealt with cussed me out and then called his "boss" and they then did not try to listen to my problem or give me some of my money back. they also stated i should have gotting an estimate first in which i did when i first brought it in. The job they did took less than 30 mins and the piece they put on was a 12 in flex pipe. They also called the police as well. Im very discustedwith how i was treated and how much i was over charged.Service: Exhaust

Great place to get your breaks done. Called in and got a quote. Brought the car in and dropped it off. Called me back and gave me a quote for the work. Exactly what he told me over the phone. Picked the car up that evening. Done. Paid. On our way. Overall a great experience and we'll be going back

Ralph's Muffler and Brake Shop is a great place. You can get mufflers welded back on. They do pretty much everything that I have needed done. They are also very fair with the pricing. The mechanics there are honest men. They tell you the truth and what to expect. They do that while giving you a free estimate. So if you haven't had the pleasure of getting your car fixed here, next time try them first unless they are full. They tend to fill up pretty quickly.

We were noticing a burning smell in my wife's car and the engine light came on indicating a possible issue with the exhaust system. When I took it to Ralph's they told me that I had a bad front convertor and the flex pipe needed to be replaced. I told them to go ahead and do the work. After the work was completed the engine light came back on within a couple of days indicating the same issue we had before. We also noticed the smell of burning oil. When we took it back to Ralph's the mechanic that was on shift told us that the initial source of the problem was oil leakage and may not have been the convertor itself. When I looked under the car with the mechanic there was quite a bit of oil leaking onto the convertor and it had already turned it purple . When I questioned the manager (who did the original diagnosis and work) he told me that he did not notice the dripping oil and denied fault. Ralph's had charged us $1,067 to replace the convertor and the flex pipe. This was work that may not have needed to be done in the first place. The only advice I was given by Jerry (the manager) was to take the car to a dealership and address the source of the oil leakage. No offer to absorb at least part of the expense. I am very disappointed - be warned.Service: Exhaust

Instead of pin pointing where the noise is coming from, I was told to replace some parts and that MIGHT fix it. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on something that MIGHT fix it. I was prepared to spend money to fix the issue, not for you to GUESS what the issue is.

I was referred here by a trusted mechanic and I see why! They were great I was in and out in an hour and a half! I love how they are first come first served I was able to get my car taken care of when I needed it! I would HIGHLY Recommend them to anyone. Opened the shop over an hour late, stated my car would definitely be looked at today. Called 4 hours later and they said I was next and then they closed without calling. I used a spare key to pick up my car that night. Called the next day and they then stated we are about to do it now. How, when I have my car? He then tells me they said tomorrow and I said no you told me I was next a 2 pm and I was also told it would be today. Not sure what's going on here now but I won't be back.Editing my first review. Went back for another service and much better experience. Glad I gave them another chance!

Although the staff was nice, they really have efficiency issues. I sat on a waiting list for three hours before I was told that they would not get to my car before they closed that day. I went there because they have worked on my car in the past and done a good job, but sitting and waiting for three hours and then knowing I be waiting for another two to three for them to work on my car isn t worth the money I thought I would save. My time is valuable too.

They are first come first serviced I got here at 7:30 I was the first person here and I we as nice enough to let three ladies go ahead of me it's 1:00 and I'm still wait on them to put rear brake pads on my car. . Never coming back tomorrow this place
