Man did I need that visit bad. These guys are very polite and professional. Actual Hoosier hospitality here. Stopped in during my lunch and made it back to work before it was over. They estimated an hour wait and it was really about 30min. Once they got the car in they got to it right away. Didn't let it sit in the air then run to the back and smoke cigs like some shops I've been to. Will be coming back for sure!

They are the kindest people. They work with you and understand you. They don t rip you off like most places do. Also they work fast but correctly on your vehicle. I ve been coming to them since I moved to Indianapolis 2&1/2 years ago and will not go anywhere else. Never had a problem either. 10/10 Had the manifolds replaced on my F-250. Great to work with, got me in right away (it s first come first serve), price was very reasonable, they communicate well. Kudos to Josh for everything! They do a lot more than just mufflers and exhaust. Give them a call, highly recommended

Got there at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday and they took me in and said it would take at least an hour. So I took a bus to go out to breakfast which took about an hour there and back. By the time I got back my car was being inspected. I was told the price and diagnosis. I was satisfied with both and told them to go ahead. 30 minutes later my exhaust was fixed and I was on my way. Great service and price. I would recommend to anyone in the need of similar repairs.

Great experience from the crew. I came last week and got an estimate from one guy followed this week with another guy to get the work done and he quoted me xheaper. Now that's a win win all the way around.

I had an exhaust repair here a few weeks ago. They got me in the same day and repaired only the necessary sections needed at a very fair price! They were even friendly to boot!-These Ralph's shops around the city must have different owners because the one on North Keystone avenue has turned into a worthless place. Its like only one guy works there. It used to be good too.Service: Exhaust

This shop was great! We had someone try and steel our converters. Brian took us in on a moment's notice when everyone turned us down. He welded the cuts back together and had me back on the road to St. Louis in a short amount of time. Just told me "someone did you wrong so we will do you right!" Very great experience and very good Mechanic and staff. It is nice to know good people are still around! Thanks!Service: Exhaust

Had a stolen converter, called them up to see when to come in, they said I can come whenever as they ll do first come first served and I was very lucky to have been served right away!I was expecting the worse from conflicting stories online about price and insurance claims but I was very fortunate again to have them give me such a good price due the damage being minimal as far as what happened to it.They quoted me and did the work immediately. The people were kind and conversational while I was able to wait for the work to be done.Since this is the third time this has happened, I ll be sure to be back next time. Thanks, Ralph s!

Replacement of my catalytic converter and the did excellent. Had my car to me within the hour, I was able to bring my own part! Would recommend these guys to everyone.

I had a power steering line that had rusted completely through from the salt. It was freezing, couldn't do it myself nor did I have the $500 I thought it would cost. Stopped into Ralph's on east Washington and they had me up and out the door with in an hour and a half. $$310. Was the total.I was so happy and pleased with these guy's. I will never hesitate again! I was very impressed at this location. They are very nice, down to earth, honest and hard working. They instantly knew what I needed and gave me a great price. In fact, since they were fair and honest with me I did some upgrades while I was at it. Highly recommend this location. They did an excellent job replacing my muffler and changing it to dual pipes for me. They exhaust tips are perfectly placed and were intstalled very professionally.Service: Exhaust

I just went out there just to get a price to install a new muffler on a large box truck and was not expecting to get the work done asap.. They got me in after about 15 minutes, gave me a price of $260.00 and said that they could do it right now.. Found a small leak on my brake lines too... They did a great job and I was in and out in under 2 hours.... I highly recommend them and they are much better than the south side store on madison avenue.Service: Exhaust

Went in thinking I needed a catalytic converter replaced and they could have easily just said they agree and charged me for a new one. Turned out to just be a loose heat shield and they welded it at no charge for me. That's how you gain a customer for life.

Excellent customer service and work - the mechanic kept me informed and was thorough. He even found some "shotty" work done by one of the mechanics at the Keystone location. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I had a muffler issue that was driving me crazy so I thought why not shop local. I'm so glad I chose them everything went well and I was out of there in no time. I pulled up to the counter told them what I wanted and the rest is history they took over from there. Immediately placing my truck on the rack and firing up the torch. All I could hear was metal dropping and torching. Seems to me that's all it took was some professional people to get me going. Going down the road is smooth and quiet. They did reccomend I get an additional hole they found fixed soon. So guess what I'll be back. Highly recommend these folks for quick, professional and courteous work. Keeping it local helps.

Service provided was good but professionalism was lacking. Mgr. yelled at the young girl working the counter after charging me what he said the price was to be, I ended up paying an extra $100 to keep her from getting yelled at even more.
