Really great customer service. Even through all of strikes that have been going on, it was hard for me to get parts for my overland build that I am doing on my new 4Runner. Sometimes it hard to justify buying parts on my own but Premiere made purchasing parts easy and also convenient. I ended up getting some OEM TRD PRO style wheels for my new 2023 4Runner. I did not like the factory wheels and tires that came on my truck for this model year. I was able to get my wheels mounted, balance, and installed all in house.Would definitely recommend Premiere for Toyota truck modifications! I will be coming back soon to get my truck finished with them. Now I can pull my boat with ease with my upgraded tires and not those small OEM wheels and tires I had.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

Brought my 2004 STI here for a major repair along with a few upgrades. Honestly cannot say enough good things about Premiere! Everyone who works here is awesome and super welcoming.Specifically have to call out Pete and Kaden here as I worked with them a ton over the course of my project.I appreciate Pete's ability to keep me updated on the project and relay well thought out and concise information to me over the phone. I've had bouts of anxiety before waiting on updates over long periods of time at other shops, but Pete always kept me well updated over the course of the project and he was always very honest about where they are and what the timeline looks like. He did an amazing job facilitating this project and I appreciate his great communication skills.Kaden was very professional in telling me what happened to my vehicle and detailing everything that needs to be done, as well as recommending other replacement and upgrades that made perfect sense along the way. He was very patient with my coming to the shop like it's a day care to check on the car and the progress and just generally talk about the project and what could be done. When we decided to frankenstein a bunch of different year STI's parts together, he made it all look and work as if it were OEM right out of the factory, or honestly even better.I've had bad experiences with shops of all sizes ranging from giant corpos like Firestone to smaller independent shops, but Premiere and it's staff has definitely restored my faith in automotive shops.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

Krag, John, Tanner and crew took my pretty cool car and turned it into a work of art. It is obvious they love what they do. Workmanship was professional. Turn around time was quick. They are very honest and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be doing more mods here, as well as bringing in my other cars. Do business here and you will be happy with the results.

I have always had my Challenger detailed and serviced here. One thing I know for sure is the service team was able to diagnose a boost related issue I had been fighting all season from drag racing. I was able to get my car in for a diagnosis, and their technician was able to figure out the issue within their hour of diag. I then ordered the correct parts and rescheduled for my appointment later on when the parts arrived. High quality service by far. Late 2017 I was in search of a shop that was/is a all in one shop with good customer interaction and haven t looked back since. John runs the shop exactly how he would want himself to be interacted with if rolls were the other way around and the crew and him are family to me at this point. From something as simple as a quick wash to a very intensive full build they can do it all and do it all the right way no corners cut. Always recommended for any automotive needs.

I was given this auto sports shop name by a competent mechanics shop for detailed rotor/brake work. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met by their unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I was told brake rotors & pads would be ordered and available within a week and car would be serviced the same day. Didn't happen. Parts cost $930 and took two weeks to arrive. Labor is $400+ in addition. Scheduling was impossible and they wanted to keep my vehicle for two days. It takes approximately 4 hours to install. They were dishonest and insincere in their business professionalism. Now, I am out the funds and I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

Update on prior review. Peter Kouch, service advisor contacted me via email and said he would send a check for $804.68. NO CHECK HAS BEEN SENT. This is a very dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them.Response from Premiere Auto: Considering all of the variables involved with both of us in this situation, I honestly feel it is unfortunate that you feel your experience with us has deemed a negative Google review from you and that you ve elected to not remain a customer with us. Because of this, while our standard policy states that we do not accept returns on any special order item, I spoke to my manager and he has agreed to refund you for the full parts amount which is a grand total $804.68 that covers the rotors and pads that we ordered for you. Please let me know if this works for you and if you prefer to pick up a check from our facility or if you prefer to have us mail it to you instead.Update on business response. Peter is a very dishonest, deceitful business man. He has lied about the issues to save the company's good will. Customers will see through this. I had my vehicle initially checked by my dealer, Ed Martin. They confirmed the roders are warped and need to be replaced. Peter said he would drive my vehicle to confirm there is an issue. He never did and has continued to lie. He charged me $125 to check the issue in addition. If this business was a fair company they would have refunded my money as said in writing. They never planned to do so. I don't have the parts and can't take these parts to another auto shop due to their insurance liabilities. You must install the businesses parts where they are purchased. I don't have access to a mechanic. My father is deceased and as I have found out with this incompetent and dishonest business, you can't trust them and you find out their true intentions during the time of their workmanship. They have proved they are not of their word and want to take advantage of their customers. This isn't the way to build your business. Customers beware!!!! Make sure you know the business before paying any amount upfront. The work should be performed prior to your payment. Didn't happen and they probably would have damaged my vehicle or perhaps not applied the new roders, assuming I wouldn't know the difference..... Very dishonest businessmen and now I know why Peter wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. Red flag!!!!

Great customer service. I've dealt with them other times but this last time I came to them for a detail. They were offering 20% off so I got a detail with a ceramic coating. I dropped the car off at 3 in the afternoon and I was already impressed that they were able to get it at the time they close at 6pm. They ended up getting it done even quicker at about 5. They did an amazing job on the detail as well. Would definitely recommend them for any detail, repair or performance needs.

This is a great shop. We needed the rear fenders rolled/pulled on a Lincoln Mark VIII to clear 285/30ZR20 tires. Premier did the job while I waited and created the desired fender clearance without damaging the paint. The team was friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. We will be sending more jobs to Premiere and recommend their work highly.

Customer service was wonderful, was able to call in, get my answers, and got my car repaired with in the week. Lots of nice cars in their shop.Their detail department was great as well I got my car cleaned while it was there as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

Krag and Peter were great!!! Real honest work and even more importantly making sure that my car was safe . Best shop in Indianapolis - period. Great customer service, 100% honest, fair pricing on all their work. Had them work on my Porsche and BMW. Better work than Tom Wood Porsche - wouldn t trust anyone else in the area with my car - great work and full transparency on everything they do.

These guys are awesome and helpful when it comes to what you want done to your car. Brought in my 2009 Mercedes Benz C63 for some VRP long tube headers and VRP engine mounts.Luke was very helpful and kept me updated on my cars progress.

Where to start......Read their reviews, saw the pics, and I was impressed. Contacted them initially via email with a few questions. Kole messaged me back in a timely manner. He answered my questions, and got me straightened out. Booked a date to get my G35 in. A bit down the road on the schedule, but you'll soon find out why. Other shops I talked to balked when I told them what I needed. I needed some pretty extensive work done on the motor (more than I could handle myself) involving a good amount of man hours. Had to pull the motor to do the work. Also needed an exhaust installed, and a few other things done. These guys are top notch. As soon as I pulled in the lot and saw the amazing cars they were working on, I knew. I found "the shop" in Indy. John kept me in the loop with everything they found and on what they were doing. He saved me a ton, and I mean a ton of money on my bill by being knowledgeable about better parts that were cheaper on cost. My car runs, sounds, feels, and drives perfect now. I couldn't be more grateful for everything they did and the money they saved me. They impressed me and my wife so much she suprised them with homemade brownies as a thank you. Best service I've ever received in the automotive service industry. Keep being great guys! You'll be the only place touching my vehicles from now on. Thank you John, Krag, Kole, Will and Ryan. And anyone else I'm forgetting. Great group of professionals.

The owners and employees of this shop are very professional and friendly. They did an awesome job rolling the fenders on my G8 with no issues whatsoever. The shop is very up-to-date, clean, and welcoming. Don't hesitate to get in touch with John and Kraig for any of your auto performance needs.

They did a great job painting my calipers. I plan on them doing more work in the future. Like adding a spoiler to my 2019 impala and detailing the paint with a ceramic coat finish. I can't wait

A quality detailing company. Easy to work with, explained services and features. Delivered what they said they would. Gave them a car that was rode hard, not washed or cleaned for months. Caked with dirt and gunk everywhere. Looked like a new car in and out, removed all sports int the interior and removed paint and scrapes on the exterior. A great job, for a reasonable price.
