The sales girl I have had and I m sorry but I can t remember her name was very friendly and bubbling and did everything to find the right car. Granted the cars were late models and had some issues with then from electrical to no heat and ect. But her and the sales manager found car that nice and clean in fantastic condition and made the numbers work for both of us. Thanks again!

I must say, I ve had my car 10 months now and have had no major issues with it. It was easy to get approved , and as long as you make your payments on time you re good. Veronica B. was very helpful and accommodating. I d definitely recommend this car lot.

My first experience was not great. I visited to view a vehicle listed on Facebook marketplace, I was told it had sold which happens. The person that I spoke with was not very helpful. He did not introduce himself or even offer his name. He seemed hesitant about telling me about any of the vehicles available, he kept telling me he didn t have anything that would work for me yet he had not asked me what I was looking for. He told me they would be receiving a shipment that night and to call the next morning which I did. I was transferred 4 times during the call, then placed on hold for 13 minutes before I finally decided to hang up. A few days later, I was still in need of a vehicle and on a short timeline to purchase one. I decided to give them a second chance. I m glad that I did. The woman that helped me on my second visit was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She asked me what I was looking for, she showed me the available vehicles that fit my wants/needs. She even took me into the cleaning bay to view a vehicle that was almost finished being detailed. I actually ended up purchasing that vehicle. She did not try to upsale, she asked me what my down payment and comfortable budget was and was able to get me into a vehicle that day only going $2 over my desired monthly budget. Now that I ve had the car for a few weeks, I feel the purchase was worth the extra $2. Had she been my first experience, I would have given 5 stars. I would definitely recommend PLS to anyone needing a vehicle, especially if they find themselves in a unique situation that makes obtaining traditional financing difficult

I come from Lafayette, Indiana to purchase my 2003 Lincoln towncar.there was absolutely nothing stressful about my experience. This Dealership puts the meaning in forget the rest come to the best. HORRIBLE PLACE! SERVICE SUCKS AND CARS SUCK TOO! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE! THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN A DIRTY CAR WITH A BROKEN KEY AND THE CAR WAS NOT ROAD READY! THEY DONT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY KEEP GIVING THE RUN AROUND WHEN ASKING FOR UPDATES! I GOT A CAR ON MONDAY AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE IT FOR A WHOLE DAY YET DUE TO CAR PROBLEMS. THEY WANT ME TO KEEP SCHEDULING TO COME INTO THE SHOP LIKE PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO WORK.

I forget who my sales person was but she was a female anyways I bought my vehicle last year around the end of February . I put $1000 down on my car. Once I was doing my paperwork and after I already paid they informed me the car couldn t leave the lot today because it wasn t up to parr. I needed a car at the time so I was okay with it because I knew people who previously got a car from them and I trusted them. Days pass I still don t have my car nor is there any communication . 7 days pass I finally get upset and tell them they can either put me in a new vehicle or I need my money back. 5 mins later they tell me my vehicle is ready. I went up there and heard the manager and my sales person talking about how we need to be more patient and if we want are car fixed the correct way we need to give them time. If I wanted my car to be fixed I would have fixed the vehicle I already had NOT my new one! I get my car and not even a week later my back tire blew while driving down 465 I DIDNT have a spare in my vehicle! I told them I didn t have a spare and nobody even tried to get me one! A month later I had issues with the front end braking system they told me they couldn t get me in for a month . My car was like a death trap when you stopped it shook uncontrollably and they never once seemed to care but they always wanted their money. Boom a few months later my heat and A/C a went out nobody tried to fix it.. a month after that my starter went bad nobody tried to fix it they would always say they are backed up a month out how am I supposed to wait a month for a starter? So I got that fixed on my own .. well yesterday I was driving and my entire tire came off my car! With my 4 year old in it! I ve had nothing but issues since I got that vehicle back in February last year! I haven t even had that car a year!! They don t care the only thing they can say is we apologize for you inconvenience . I highly do not recommend getting a car from these crooks! They sold me a lemon and knew it was a lemon! I blame myself cause I should of knew when I didn t walk off the lot with it that day I d have nothing but issues. I will find my sales person name and I ll come back and put it on here. You guys are wrong! You take peoples money with pride knowing you are selling lemons! I 0/10 recommend this company.

Jerron was excellent. I sent my certificate of insurance to the while Jerron was doing my paperwork. Firstonths they charged my account $105 for insurance. I couldn't get a call back finally I got someone one the phone and was told sorry for the error I asked for the amount to be returned was told they had no way to return it. Was told call my bank and place a stop payment on it. I called my bank it was to late it cleared my account. Did I forget to say this is three days before Christmas.

I was recently shopping for a vehicle but kept hitting roadblocks at every dealership I went to. I went to several. Being a single mother without transportation and rare childcare available makes my time extra precious. So I made sure each dealer I spoke with promised I would get a vehicle before I wasted my time. And I was repeatedly let down. My circumstances are unique and I made it very clear how important it was to observe that. After 5 different dealerships, hard credit pulls, let downs and tears I crossed paths with Jerron at PLS auto. Finally someone actually looked and understood my unique situation. And most importantly, fought for me as I wondered how many times I would be shot down again because people would NOT READ my situation. It wasn't difficult but it wasn't standard so everyone I encountered treated me like a number. Jerron treated me like a human and I am so grateful beyond words. I now have a vehicle that fits my family's needs and definitely recommend PLS (especially Jerron!) to anyone looking for a vehicle. Jerron observed, evaluated and took action to make things right. Good people.

honestly bro, the first car i got was pretty bad but they treated me EXTREMELY WELL when i came and got my replacement vehicle, customer service was above phenomenal and the man got me up and moving within less than an hr. now the new vehicle i am in is thee best i have had so far & i am overall pleased with my experience with PLS Auto, i will always come to them for a vehicle i can pay off within 3 years
