I just wanted to thank Mike and his team for his patience, professionalism, and outstanding service! I had a repair that was going through a warranty company. The warranty company would not pay for the repair although it was in warranty. Mike took the time out to take my calls, make numerous calls to the company and also keep me updated on the process. Through his hard work the warranty company paid for the claim and also reimbursed me!PFM does great work and offers great customer service. I would have been stuck with a $9000 repair bill if it wasn t for Mike. Thank you again!

First time bringing my car here, and I had a great experience. I was kept well informed every step of the way, and I always knew what was being done. A few surprises came up and they were upfront about what needed fixed and what could wait. I would recommend PFM to anyone.

PFM Auto is the best. I had an emergency situation, and they were able to squeeze me in despite being busy as well as short staffed. The turn around was also amazing. They only had my car for 2 days. I also paid a very fair price for what was done. Very impressed, and will definitely be back!

I really wish I could say great things about PFM because Jason is so kind, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this body shop. We have had to chase accurate, itemized estimates, we have waited unnecessarily long for answers, we have felt they have essentially wanted to do a "root canal" for "filler" situations. Overall, they have left a bad taste in our mouth and the trust is no longer there, unfortunately.

My Camry's alternator broke just before Christmas'03. Got quote to replace alternator from multiple auto shops in Fishers area. Everyone were around 800 to 1200 ball park including labor and OEM parts but no one was able to accommodate me as it was holiday season. I wanted my car so bad for new year holidays, so called in PFM. PFM quote was on higher side of $1100 but were ready to fix it between Christmas and New Year. Earlier, I was told it will be one day work and can deliver on same day but got my car fixed only on next day. I was okay with that.So, I got my car, took it out as nothing happened and just on a Friday evening before new year the car broke again in middle of a shady neighborhood as no charge was coming back from battery.Had to abandon my car on an unknown neighborhood parking lot , took an Uber and came to PFM for help. Good thing is, they were open late on Friday and was able to send one of their guy to check up. The guy was honest to tell the battery was not getting charge feedback as alternator failed again. Had to tow my car to PFM on same day. Was left without car during new year holidays. All my new year plan went for toss. After holidays, PFM was good in replacing the alternator without charge. They even paid my tow charges.The re-manufactured alternator they got from NAPA was a lemon. They said it broke and had mechanical failure. So I am stuck to replace my alternator from same PFM and with same NAPA's remanufactured one again.I should have waited and should have gone with a different auto shop. I would have had OEM parts or should have gone with Toyota showroom, it was just 100 bucks extra. Once bitten twice shy, now, I got chills to take my car out for long drive as it had a re-manufactured alternator from NAPA which may fail me again anytime on highway and leave me stranded. So I have to sell my car and get another one. Overall not a positive experience and my 2023 did not end on good note.PFM was good in replacing the broken alternator which they fixed couple of days back as it was under warranty from NAPA, they were supportive to extend help in sending their guy and paying my tow charges, they get 5 stars for that, but zero stars for the parts they get from NAPA.

I have not used yet but would like to know the cost to replace an Engine in a 2008 GMC Acadia. It was starting up but now battery is dead. Why are these Engines going out and what is the most reasonable cost to fix? I have driven less than a year!.

This company was a God send! My daughter and I had a road side emergency. Our car had to be towed to our hotel late at night. I contacted 2 honda dealership. One did not call me back the other could not get me in for 2 weeks. I called and spoke to JASONNot only did he get us towed AND the car fixed before 5 pm so we were able to drive back to Illinois. They also did not price gouge us.

I called before I came, because this is the company my job uses for most of our trucks at Overhead door. They were recommended. The man on the phone said $60-$70 for the inspection. When I called for pick up it was $170 .. just to tell me what was wrong. I will be writing a review. It was more than doubled when it was done. Very disappointed. I had to wait until pay day just to get it towed away. Don t want u doing the work if u can t even be honest about the cost of the inspection Service: Vehicle Inspection

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. A full inspection was done and a faulty CV axle was found. This was determined pretty soon after I dropped the vehicle off. It was fixed on the spot and the wait time was reasonable. Cost seemed about right too. I could not recommend these guys more for when you need a vehicle serviced.They are efficient, have good communication, have demonstrated great value on repeat occasions, but most importantly.. they are simply a reliable operation. I ve never heard them respond with any excuses for timeliness or price (the great part is though, they never needed any to begin with).I m unsure how else I can express how satisfied I am, besides reiterating the fact that I based this review off of multiple occasions and years of repeat service - not a single interaction. It s difficult to be so consistent, but they continue to impress me.

If you are looking for a professional, caring, knowledgeable auto shop then look no further than PFM. In the past few months I have brought 2 of my vehicles to them. They explained to me what they were going to do and sent me an itemized breakdown of what it would cost. They didn't try to upsell, sales pitch, or bs me into something I did not need.There pricing is average for the industry so if you're looking for cheap pricing than I advise you go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!*We arranged for a rental car, had a 5 day rental max per my warranty, PFM decided to sit on my vehicle for 2 of those days before starting on my repairs on a Friday.*Charged us $200 more than our warranty company said the job should cost by simply stating "we do not have to price by MSRP."*They did not repair the main issue we were having, only the minor issue.*We left there with additional damage that they admittedly caused (rear drive shaft & front engine mount), and refused to repair the damages they caused. Brad actually hung up on us after explaining we would have to go to BBB or Small Claims Court.Conclusion: Brad & PFM care about Brad & PFM. They do not care about you, your time, nor your best interest.Here are the details should you wish to properly evaluate PFM:I took my SUV for 2 purposes. The blower for the a/c & heat blower intermittently stops, and when idle, the a/c stops blowing cold air. Full transparency, I have an extended warranty, so knew going into it I'd have a $100 deductible. After leaving the vehicle w/ Brad and his team (I mostly dealt with Brad), they finally called me to explain that there is a leak in the a/c lines. I asked if repairing that would repair the a/c & heat blower issue as well as the a/c staying cold a, Brad responded yes to the a/c staying cold, but not sure with the blower, would need further diagnosis. The largest reason I had the vehicle in for repair was for the blower issue! Brad turned the claim into my warranty company, and it was approved for repair. My warranty company approved MSRP pricing (which is standard), PFM's pricing was higher, and I had to pay an extra $290 on top of my $100 deductible, almost $1,900 job. Even the $290 mysteriously increased at check out lol! Without many options, I went ahead and had PFM order the parts for repair, and the plan was for them to contact me so I could arrange a rental vehicle during repair. We scheduled repairs to begin Wednesday 8/18, so I arranged for a rental on that morning. Each day from there, I called PFM for an update, and Brad said it was taking longer than expected. Turns out, he admittedly did not even start my vehicle until Friday! During this conversation that Friday, when I reminded Brad that I needed my suv back for the weekend, and that I had a car rental daily max, Brad had the audacity to say "I will not work under this pressure, you can come pick the vehicle up." Please understand, I only get 5 days of rental from my warranty, day 2 was about over, I had no choice but to have Brad and his staff finish the job. Finally, he calls Saturday late afternoon saying it is out being test driven, and should be ready. Away for the weekend, I advised I'd have to come and pick it up Monday, which Brad says in fine. Brad also mentions that he also noticed a drive shaft issue, and an engine mount issue, and said he'd place his estimates on the ticket so I can try to submit a claim for my extended warranty. Monday, I go to pickup vehicle, and when I leave, I notice during acceleration, there is a LOUD roaring vibration. I call PFM, speak with Brad, and he says that is most likely the Engine mount. I ask him if this and the drive shaft issues would have been caused by the a/c lines repair, Brad says "it is possible, that things get moved around, and do not always go back together the same way." I drive the vehicle the rest of the day, and being the sound is unbearable, I call Brad the next day, and explain that this noise did not exist prior to my a/c repair, and ask him if he will do anything to make it right. Brad says all he can do is make the repairs if my warranty company approves the new claim.Conclusion: Brad & PFM care about Brad & PFM. They do not care about you, your time, nor your best interest.Service: Air conditioning

I have been in field service for well over 15 years. I have taken all of my company vehicles to PFM for all of my vehicles needs. Every thing from oil change and tires to major engine work. The guys have always been fast and accurate with their work. I like these guys so much that I take my personal vehicles here also. Great guys.

I have to give them a 2.5 they did get me in quick that was a 5 but when it came to fixing the problem things went wrong the manager did take some money off the 2nd bill but the problem with my 30 passenger bus wasn t fix still waiting on a call to go back for a 3 time to see if they can resolve the issue overall customer service was a 5 maybe I just had a unreliable technician make the wrong guess on what was the problem and fixing things that didn t need to be fix
