Penske Collision Indy is a fantastic body shop! My boyfriend and I s vehicles were hit with hale damage back in June and Penske was very quick with repairs. They did an amazing job on both vehicles. Mine had a little bit more damage, nearly every panel was damaged, but within a month, they had it fixed. My boyfriend s truck had minor damage and within less than a week, they had it repaired. We will be recommending their excellent service to everyone! Thank you for your great customer service and reliability.

Penske Collision Indy is an AMAZING place.I purchased a new Truck from Penske this year and that experience was AMAZING as well.My Truck after a trip had damage from road stones and Penske Collision fixed it and the service and work done were super!This past week I had lots of damage from a hail storm here and took my new truck to Penske Collision and once again the service and repair were AMAZING.I cannot see any dents at all on my truck! The entire staff at Penske are super service people and the repair work was done very well.I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Penske and having all your service and repairs done by them as well! The entire Team is SUPER and Roberto who sold me my truck is the BEST and Alicia at Penske Collision who has helped me twice now is a SUPER Amazing Penske Associate as well! The work they do is very good so I will be taking my wife s Jeep that has had hail damage as well to Penske for repairs! Thanks Penske Z Steve Kovats

We dropped of our car after minor damage to front bumber and front grille damage. We picked up our car today. After rit has been there for 3 weeks. First they were out of parts. Then they didn't get insurance approval. So finally by the time we get our car it has almost 1500 more miles on it. What is the reason for them to drive 1500 miles on a car that needs body work done.

I got rear ended by a distracted teen at a stop sign in March. There was enough damage on the bumper to require repairs. I dealt with Brock Raugh at Penske Collision who was awesome to work with. He was responsive, explained everything to me and overall did an excellent job of getting my car fixed and handling all the insurance paperwork. The quality of the repairs was top notch as well, everything looks excellent.The only complaint I have is that the bumper applique they installed has scratches and bubbles all over it and doesn't match the excellent body work they did if you look closely which is the reason for 4 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Penske had my car for almost six weeks. They did a great job on the body but I am still missing a large piece of trim and am having difficulty calling or texting them.

When I returned home after picking up my SUV I found thick residue covering the spare tire and the whole well area around it. It took me 35-40 min to clean it up. Recently had my vehicle in for tree damage repair and I don't know what has changed from over the last couple of years because the quality of the repairs are not close to were they used to be and now when you complain about the bad work and just want it fixed right it's like pulling teeth to get someone to get back with you they just want to play the pass you to the next guy game.. wouldn't have posted this review but it's been 4 weeks since my car was worked on and they still haven't figured out anything yet I call and they say I can't get ahold of the manager that was handling your claim.. come on people you don't treat your customers like this ...

I ordered a mirror and was told I would be called when the part came in. I was never contacted. I had a day off and went during business hours. When I got there the wrong mirror was ordered. I was told a new mirror would be ordered for the correct side. I was told again, I would be contacted when the new mirror came in. I was never contacted. I had another day off ( your business hours conflict with my work hours and availability) and decided to go since no one contacted me. The cars were lined out the door. I asked if the part came in. It took a minute to find and was asked could they schedule me another time to come in and pop in the mirror. I declined and said no because your business hours do not coincide with my availability. The sidebar conversation was not a side bar because I heard what was said. Although you may have been displeased with me just opting to buy the part and take it elsewhere to have it put in. It could have been said after I left. My time is valuable just like anyone else's. No one ever followed through on a simple call that the part was in. So wasting my time for a 3rd time was not an option.

Generally very slow, unwilling to give vehicle updates or simply unresponsive to follow ups throughout service. Did not clean my car following work on car and did not really seem to care about returning vehicle completely covered in dust. Continue to find dust from the service throughout vehicle and follow up to that was totally ignored.

I had to take the time to type a review about Penske Collision to make others customers aware about my very unpleasant experience. I bought my brand new vehicle from Penske Honda dealership at the end of October 2022, unfortunately, I had an accident at the beginning of January and due to being a new Honda vehicle, I decided to take to Penske Collision. Working with my insurance and Penske Collision staff, finally got an appointment on Feb 27th (yes, a month and a half later). Luckily, my car was drivable and I could still commute to work. My insurance provided me information about other repair shop options and I wasn t supposed to wait that long, they could fix it faster; yet I decided to wait and take it to Penske because I had a great experience purchasing my car with them (thanks to Mario). The customer service manager from Penske Collision recommended me to get an estimate from my insurance before my drop-off so they could pre-order the parts to speed up the process and save me waiting time. He stated, I should expect 2-3 weeks wait, and the car would be ready . Almost 6 weeks later and when I picked up my vehicle, it was still missing the front passenger molding trim. I m glad they didn t hold it up for the missing part, but the customer service manager never mentioned that there was a missing part when I received the message that the car was ready. I was expecting my vehicle look like a brand new car again, there were some minor adjustment needed as well, but the worst part is that the shop doesn t have a clue about when the molding trim will be shipped to them because according to them, Honda Motor Company is not producing it. I can t even get a carwash because of the missing part. How does Honda launch a new vehicle if they don t have the parts to fix it?!). Also, when I took my vehicle home, the new windshield wiper fluid reservoir was broken, I put fluid and inmediately started leaking, that piece was replaced according with the itemized detail report I received from the shop.If you own a brand new Honda model. I DO NOT recommend you to take it to Penske unless you want to wait a long time and possibly get your car back with missing parts and unhappy with the result.I waited way more than the expected time and during that time I was paying a rental car, after the additional time, I couldn t keep affording one more week of the rental car, causing me issues to commute to work, and they didn t even bother to offer me a car out of the hundreds they have at their lot or pay for at least my last week of rental (as they have a partnership with Enterprise) when I purchased my Hrv from THEM.VERY unpleasant experience!!!

Brought my 2022 Hyundai Accent to them after being rear ended. The repair work needed was minor (new bumper and some painting), but they did a fantastic job. My car almost looks nicer than the day we bought it! This may be common practice, but they washed and detailed the car prior to me picking it up. I wasn t expecting that and it was a very nice surprise.Service: Body & Trim

This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I know. They don't update you on your vehicle when it's serviced and thry don't answer your questions right away; You have to go to the TOP manager to get results. I took my car to get serviced and I noticed my steering wheel was too loose while I was driving. When i took my car in, my steering wheel felt wayyyyyy better than this. I think someone dogged out my car steering wheel while in Penske possession because it rides different. Also, my trunk lock was jammed while in their possession. Some idiot closed my trunk with the net on the lock. Now my trunk is hard to open and close sometimes.I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO GO HERE!! I gave them 2 stars because my car is a chevy. I like Chevy cars but I will never go back to this dealership!! #POOREVERYTHING

I am very glad I chose to work with Penske for my auto body repair! My car was pretty well damaged and they got my. Any looking good as new! Mark was great to deal with through this process, and handled all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing work done! COMMUNICATION WAS UNIMPRESSIVE. I found it difficult to understand why I couldn t get update calls with advisor after leaving multiple voice messages throughout the 3 weeks my car was being repaired. Additionally, when I would call customer service No one seemed to know when vehicle would be finished, I was given 3 difference dates. In fact I showed up without completion verification and fortunately it was finished. I m still perplexed as to the lack of communication, I ve used Penske Collision in the past and it was top notch.Service: Painting

They were even considerate to the fact that I had to pay outta pocket for my rental, Suggested an accommodating schedule and communicated with me better than my insurance adjuster.
