The intake garage is nice, the people are nice, good turnaround time, and the work seems to have fixed the issue. Penske has always been good to me. I bought this car out of state.My issue, I think, is with GM. The tech said the software patch indicates the exact issue I had. If they (GM) knew about this issue, why could I not find it mentioned anywhere online? And why was I not notified? Or why did the dealer (not Penske) not update the car before giving me the keys?Will never know. But the service is excellent at Penske.

I had brakes get to the point of grinding. Yeah I know....... anyways, I made an appointment-easy, brought my car in-easy and waited. I was kept informed on the progress. No "you need this" pressure, suggestions yes.Overall this is a dealership and I feel confident here, I don't want to just hope I get a good tech at a "we do brakes" typeofplace.

I called the service department in advance of having work completed and asked for their all in price before taxes to install new rear break rotors and pads. Was quoted a price of $450. Final bill included additional $38 for shop supplies . The technician who checked me out said he didn t have any leeway on those charges. These folks need to be more transparent about their pricing. In my world, all in pricing before taxes would include shop supplies .

Service was great. The time frame it took to get the Black Bow Tie was ridiculous. I am pretty sure they forgot about it. I feel this way because, I went in to ask my sales guy about it and they had it in that afternoon.All that said I will absolutely continue to go to Penske for my service needs.

Fast, courteous and professional service. I couldn't be more delighted with my service advisor Dylan. He suggested I wait to see if the parts were available and updated me when the work was completed. My Suburban was washed when I picked it up. Excellent customer service. My family will now take their business to Penske. I don't live in this area but I would bring my Suburban back to Penske when ever I am in the area.

Team made it very easy to have regular maintenance on my Malibu. Amount was as estimated and completed in a timely manner.Trust in Penske team comes from experiences at a different brand's service center, but within the Penske family. Other Chevrolet service center experience led me to transition this first significant planned maintenance visit to a trusted name.

Dylan is an excellent person. He treats you well and has excellent communication with you as a client. I took my vehicle to other dealerships to have them fix the problem I was experiencing with my truck, but they were never able to fix the problem I was experiencing with my truck. Here with Penske Chevrolet they were able to help me and solve my problem. Overall, the entire service department, as well as Dylan and the mechanics, were excellent. I recommend everyone bring their vehicles here at Penske Chevrolet for service or repair.

I dropped off my 1996 corvette and everyone I dealt with from check-in to completion were very polite and communicated very well. Hank was helpful to check me in and Toby helped me through every step with kindness and professionalism.

Clean, warm, comfortable waiting room with filtered water, tables & chairs, sofa and TV, outlets for powering my laptop.My car's oil was changed and tires rotated quickly and efficiently. They even washed my car! I had a free oil change coupon and they did not charge me for the tire rotation which I thought was very nice of them.I'll be coming back for future service needs.Service: Oil change

I was traveling out of state through Indianapolis when my vehicle broke down. The service department worked the vehicle in and repaired it on a Saturday. Communication was great. I could not be more pleased!

My experience at Penskis is always great. Everyone is so pleasant and personable. I can't remember a time that I have had to return my car for a mistake. They work very closely with you trying to get you a good deal. Me being a woman, has never been taken advantage of like I have heard others say from other businesses. They treat me equally without bias, and I appreciate that. Penskis is the only Dealership I have ever brought my car in for repairs. I have in the past looked around other places before going to the Dealership, however that's not the case with Penskis. I prefer taking my car to them because I know the job will be done correctly without having to take my vehicle back for recheck.

Great service! Got the problem diagnosed quickly and completed the repairs promptly. Researched if the issue was under warranty or a factory recall.Very friendly and cordial staff!! This business knows what customer service is and is a prime example of knowing how to treat customers right. During my visit two tire pressure sensors stopped working but the team recognized the cost for the two sensors and replaced them for free. The service agent was understanding and respectful.

I usually have had a great experience with the service department,but this last one wasn't so great.l had my car detailed an it was done very poorly. l was truly disappointed with the service as well as the chemicals that was used. I've had my car detailed there before, and l've never experienced the strong odor that was left from the chemicals?With me having respiratory problems it was very difficult for me to even be in my own car!

They closed on a different time than what the door said, so I went the full weekend without a car. Door says they close at 4 on Saturday but they closed at 3 that day. I showed up at 3:30 and everyone was gone. I also had to lock my car as they left with my car unlocked.

We brought the car in for a blown tire to get replaced. When bringing the car in, we asked if the other 3 tires could be filled with air, which we were told yes. Upon pickup, I asked if the tires were aired, which I was told yes. I checked them myself, and none of the 3 tires were filled - one of them was sitting dangerously low around 22psi. Leaving a one star review because the representative lied straight to my face about the tires being aired.
