The shop did great work on my vehicle. I received my estimate in 24-48 hours. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and picked it up Friday the same week. My vehicle looked GREAT when I picked it up. Absolutely no complaints. Amazing customer service from the people in the office. I will definitely refer friends and family to this business.

My family has had a few great experiences with Panel Craft. But lately, I'm noticing they are rarely open during their posted business hours, not answering the phone ever, the same wrecked cars are sitting out front for LONG periods of time, and other signs they either aren't open any more or their business may be struggling.I'm still willing to give them a try, like I said, past experiences were great. But I will definitely do my due diligence, once I'm able to actually get my car in to be looked at.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great paint and bodywork, was disappointed when I got home and looked closer and saw they bent my chrome front ford plate and put rusted to small screws on to hold it. It had chrome caps on the bolt heads on the plate when I took it in and they didn't put them back on.

If I could give zero stars I would , DO NOT buy a car from them , they re complete rip offs, I came 2 hours away thinking I was going to buy a car with around 150k miles, with nothing wrong it and a clean title. I travel all the way there and the car has 181k miles , get down the road 5 mins and the front is smoking because the brakes are locked up and a few other issues with it. The guy hid in the back and made his wife do the dirty work and when he did cam The inside he tried to run into his office to avoid us . This place is a JOKE! They didn t even want to make it right when I couldn t do anything to get the title because i had to send paperwork off to get the title and it was a salvage title when I was told it was clean . I messaged the guy and he didn t even respond until I called him off a different number. I was also told the car was a 2004 and it was actually a 2002. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! I can only imagine how their other services are since they can t even sell a car the right way and tell the truth about it ! Place is such a JOKE!!

Do not use this company they lied to me from the beginning. They told me to drop the vehicle of Monday morning to get the frame looked at. The told me it would only take 2 days. It ended up being a week and the only had in the shop for 2 hours. The also told me they could provide a print out of the Measurements. Which they failed to do so after picking the truck up. They told me that they do not have a frame machine to do the measurements and they charge my insurance company money for my truck to sit there do not use this company at all

Hired them to paint the new grill for my new Jeep Wrangler. I had some custom request to be done with it. They achieve the EXACT results I was asking for and the results exceeded my expectations. Quality of work and paint/clear coat were superb.Price was very competitive with several other shops I checked with.Done in a very timely manner as well. I will be taking ALL of my future work and parts to these guys. A+ :)

I couldn t ask for a better experience. I ve worked with Panel Craft four times over the last 5 years (not my fault lol) and they ve offered nothing but best service and quality work every single time. If you want something done right the first time, they ll get the job done well. Recommend for both consumers and businesses.

I would not recommend. They repaired my back bumper and when I got my car I noticed the lining in my trunk was not put back. After following up multiple times with them, they kept telling me the replacement part was coming in. They eventually just stopped answering me.

If you are need of a Eastside hack job run by scum bags then this is the place for you. One of those places that shouldn't be in business but is. Also if you buy a vehicle from Ray Skillman Northeast Buick on E. Washington St. this is where they take their vehicles that get damaged. So buyer beware. Avoid that place as well.

Best body work hands down in the state. They specialize in high end cars and can do anything from cars, motorcycles, buses, or boats. It is a locally owned family business which makes it even more appealing. Always a great solution for any emergency auto body repairs or needs!

My 2001 Tahoe had 14 years of chips, scrapes, small dents, minor rust and some unfortunate (manufacturer defect) paint cracks on the hood. I had decided to keep it for several more years to avoid the new car cost upgrade. I wanted it cleaned up and was referred to Panel Craft by my service manger at a Chevy dealer. I did research and got 5 quotes. Panel Craft was among the most reasonably priced and gave a quote that was inclusive of what I needed where others wanted to nickel and dime each chip. Panel Craft needed a couple days more than the original time estimate and helped me with the cost of a rental - it was so worth it. My 14 year old Tahoe looks better than new. I was amazed and so satisfied with the work they performed.

Quality of work was poor and took twice as long as it should have. The owner displayed the worst when it came to customer service. His father working at the desk is the only reason I gave more than one star. They damaged the vehicle (repaired it), but had to verbally spat with owner for them to provide a rental until they finished damage they had caused.

Took my car in on November 19th was told they would call me they would call when my front and back bumper was replaced and painted. A week went by I called they said because of the holidays it would be first thing this week. I called today and they said Friday of this week no explanation or anything I explained my only source of transportation and need this to keep a job during the first call. This place is the worst auto body shop by far.

Always come here when i cracked something. Nice work done for my bumper, kinda get now why my car little bit delayed but overall friendly people and funny customer service.
