11/24/23 i traveled 3 hours 1 way to see a 2011 gmc yukon 2500. I had watched this truck for 3 weeks. I messaged him back and forth for pictures carfax underbody videos etc. Ortiz himself was very upfront quick to respond etc. Had a couple things wrong but he bartered with me made it right and was honest with me. HONESTY is so hard to find nowadays. I would buy from him again. I love this yukon. Dont listen to the other had reviews. Nothing in life is perfect. But this place is pretty close.

WARNING !!!!!!!! Take your car here at your own risk this guy knows nothing about car repair he causes problems so you have to bring your car back later to be fixed again uses used parts lies and says there new leaves cables unplugged didn t know I had to go behind a mechanic to make sure they did there job and didn t mess anything else up that s what your paid for sir your out here doing people bad causing unnecessary problems company is in process of being sued caused me over 5000 in damages because he doesn t know anything about car repair thanks sir will see you in court very soonService: Electrical

So I purchased a vehicle from Ortiz auto sales and within 1 month the car broke down I mean inoperable! Before the vehicle completely broke I took the vehicle to Ortiz to have a bearing replaced of witch he said was completed his mechanics did not install the brakes and caliper correctly and sent me back out on the road with CHILDREN in my car, upon taking the vehicle to an actual dealer they found that car was sold to me in an unsafe condition from the go so I decided to contact Ortiz and talk to him about what the dealer found and was told by Mr. Ortiz to deal with it.. i wish i had not purchased this vehicle from him further more, I need every future buyer that approaches Ortiz auto sales to know that this man is selling unsafe vehicles and HE KNOWS!! Shop safe people hope that this doesn t happen to youService: General repairs & maintenance

Ortiz is a great place for auto repair and very reasonable. He was very understanding and quick and thorough. Not a rip off shop. Ortiz has integrity and pride in his work and customer satisfaction. Only 1 I found that doesn't take advantage of females by giving a jacked up price just because you are a woman. Love this guy and much respect for treating females fair.

Honestly, I haven't even gotten the work on my vehicle completed just yet however, the team has been beyond professional and have been very communicative. The price I was given was quite reasonable for the work that is being done. My car will be completed later this week, so hopefully all is well

I was all ready to purchase a 2003 compass Jeep. But I found out that car wasn't very reliable for ME.I need a car That was not gonna tear up so quickly.Didn't want to buy a lemon and be stuck payments.

Have been here on 3 different occasions to fix 3 of my cars tires, always fast, excellent service, tires have lasted me 1+ years, definitely recommend
