I went to the O'Reilly's off 38th and Post rd. A employee named. Pablo gave me the best customer service. He was professional and made sure I was taken care of. That made my day. Thanks Pablo.

I forgot my face mask but I ask the guy cashier if I can use my shirt to cover my nose and mouth to get something real quick so he ask the lady manager, she say no. When I walk out, next customer just went in THEN...YOU BE THE JUDGE. Where the mask on that customer?

Nice friendly helpful staff. Their prices are a bit high but, with the current situations going on with COVID-19, shipping docks, most all prices everywhere are high.They had everything except one item in store. They ordered the item. They said it will be there 12 to 24 hours or, it's free.

Upon waking into the store I was greeted and the store associate was very knowledgeable about the multi inquiries ask of him. Although he was in the process of assisting another customer, he made me aware and asked that I remain in the front on the store in order to be assisted. The information provided ( after fact checking ) was accurate and on time.

A senior lady in need: Eddie was so wonderful helping me get windshield wipers. Understanding brands & cost; but the blessing was him replacing them in the rain. I was very happy & blessed. When a man with good ethics helps women. Kindness like that is minimal these days. Kudos Eddie

O'Reilly made my day! I couldn't find the bulb I needed for my Mazda. Brian helped me out! They Cashier's are Really Courteous. O'Reilly also have great prices on Car Fresheners, & Batteries

The company I work for has a fleet membership through these guys. Went to buy oil through said fleet membership and it cost more then it would with it then without it. Was pretty discouraged about that and now that my company owls aware we definitely shop.around first. Still a great parts store though.

Went in to get a brake line for my truck didn't know what size to get and the guy took me behind the counter so we can take my brake line back and match it up to be sure to get the correct one. Very helpful staff and very kind

Today was an exponentially positive and memorable moment- take a bow OReilly's reps @ 8906 E. 38th St.. Even though a newer-to-auto-parts employee; the counter person was honest, listened (and acknowledged well), was accurate regarding physical information about the particular part, and was enthusiastic and actually appealing while attempting his "upsell routine" that all parts stores facilitate. The guy actually made me feel my needs had been met and that I'd go out of my way to purchase from this location so that they receive any bonuses or other benefits stemming from purchases made from my business. Thank you very sincerely.

O'reilly auto parts is a great store and for more than just your auto needs they have a great selection of tools as well as cleaning products you wouldn't know you need until you see them. Also its an alternative spot to find supplies? Parts etc for gas or electric scooters as well as marine based vehicles. Great stuff even better staff

Worst Experienced at any O'Reilly auto parts I'm a Contractor I buy all my truck parts at O'Reilly Auto mainly because they keep track at all the parts you purchase in the system and there a Orially near my home and they treat me well. OK I was in Indy needed an oil change I always use Wix filters and get oil changed with my own filter. This Orially would not let me use the bathroom told me that manager said customers cannot use bathroom. What kind of Mess is that.
