There is one guy who works in the back who is not only funny but is honest and will give you the right price for what your looking for. If he can't find it in his store, he will look until he finds it. Great guy, great customer service.

Parts were late and then not on the truck when they were supposed to but the guys are awesome at communicating mishaps and working with you to resolve the issue!

These guys help me with quite a few issues I couldn't get exact perfect advice but I wasn't expecting expert mechanical advice from O'Reilly's but they are very very knowledgeable the one on Washington Street by Lynhurst check them out! They have good deals on oil right now!!

Been in here a dozen times when I lived close by. More times than not, I've had poor customer service. Also been quoted a shipping fee on parts they didn't have in stock, too. I don't even bother unless I absolutely can't find it at the other 3 auto parts store that are all within 1 mile. I've even had the store closed early on me while I was IN THE PARKING LOT.There are a few good employees who do help you out though. If you can get service then great, but it's a lottery I don't like playing

The store said they had the parts in stock but the parts on the rack behind the counter were so unorganized that the associate nor the manager could find them. After waiting for them to dig through the racks for 15 minutes, I just told them to find the part I needed in any brand and I would pay whatever the additional cost was.

O'Reilly really stepped up to have my part for my car after AutoZone didn't come through. They had the part shipped to the store the next morning. AutoZone takes a few days, O'Reilly is going to be my new car parts store from now on if I need something very fast. I usually order from Amazon or eBay if I don't mind waiting.

This was a very simple part pick up. My mechanic called in a part. I was about 7 minutes away. When I arrived, the young lady had the item pulled and ready for checkout. In and out. My kind of transaction.

I came in today to buy a replacement battery for my truck and after they pulled up the pricing for the battery i almost fell over, i literally could not believe how high the prices were at these stores, i mean i am alot older than i was the last time i bought a battery but i did not think for a second that the prices had went up that much, i thought from my past experiences that if you bought a battery without having your old one for exchange that you would pay full price , but if you brought in your old one that the price would be like 45 or 55 dollars, not over 100 dollars even with the exchange, then the rude employee told me basically if i didnt like it to go to a junk yard and buy one from them, i am deducting two stars for the high pricing and the bad customer service, and i wont be back thats for sure, get your act to together guys or no body will want to do business with you.

Tried to order a gas cap at East Washington store, salesman contacts West Washington store telling them to place order from warehouse. When I got to West Washington store some 7 hours later they not only didn't have the gascap, but had no record of ever ordering it. Bozos at best.

We stood in line for 15 mins while one employee was helping a customer and the other stood there talking to an employee from another store waiting for the previous employee to help him get the one from another store's discount never once were we acknowledged or did they offer to ring our 2 items while waiting toll finally I put down our items and walked out. Horrible customer service this is the first time I have had issues at this store VERY disappointed

They're ALWAY'S POLITELY explaining thing's in great detail. And if they are out of stock of a part they're quickly, recommending ordering it too come in or they refer you else where to another location of their's.

I love O'Reilly's customer service some of the ones I have been in is work all the time in the world to go into and probably 90 to 95% of all of them that I have been to has been awesome
