I've been with the company for only 8 months (Women's point of view) & The manager (James) Has got away with doing a lot of unprofessional stuff since he has a reputation for being loyal to the company and making them good money. James will micromanage, belittle, and Raise his voice (Sometimes even curse you out) Like you're one of his many kids If he feels he's not being heard enough Or taken seriously. He is Bipolar & He will make flirtatious comments but once his wife gets around he will Change up and either be Aggressive or short-responsive. The company won't fire you because they don't wanna have to pay you for unemployment. As long as you're a customer, You will be treated equally.

The employees decided to close the storage for them to be recorded and calling their friends to show them what was going on outside Well they told me sorry I wanted to record this I open it in a bit that was their response to me. I will say that's not acceptable.

The store manager James and his associate correy; helped me save some money. I went in to buy a part for my truck and when I brought said part to a mechanic I was told it was wrong and I needed a more expensive part. After some investigating on the manager and his associates part they found I was being bamboozled. Great guys and I would recommend them 100 percent of the time.

Man if only all the O reilly stores can be like this! Over the years, the staff have come and go, but the consistent great customer service that I ve received really warms my heart. Every time I tell myself, go write a review or call corporate because they need to be recognized! This past Saturday, Joseph & Miguel both personally helped me take care of my aunt s car. Joseph was off the clock and didn t even mention it until the end of the service. Miguel was out in the cold changing my battery for me! We see a lot of bad customer service nowadays online, but it is essential to promote the good service we get when it is shown! You are much appreciated!

Today I thought my battery was dead but after a diagnosis I found out my cell was bad and it wasn t producing enough juice . I went and found me a battery and the crew was so helpful even let me leave my car in the parking lot , provided me with the tools I needed to replace my battery. All the guys were so nice and polite. Great customer service !

Met a staff with the name Makai today. She was more interested in attending to calls on her snapchat than attending to customers. Her rude and uncouth countenance would definitely drive customers away from this location. Will never shop here again, all things being equal!!!

Very helpful staff. Ordered some brake pads from this location on their website for pickup. When I arrived the staff didn't seem very familiar in using the system and seemed to have sold the pads I had reserved but they were able to just give me some of the better pads for me at no extra charge, so I'm happy!

This is the only O'Reillys I have not liked and would not recommend. First time here they have volger music playing with bad language over the speakers. Which only bothered me bc kids were present. Then the 2nd time there they closed 8 min early and just wave me off. Not professional at all. I would recommend anyone but this one. Poor staff and management. O'Reilly's you can do much better!

I'm not a person who knows much beyond the basics about cars, and I don't enjoy going to a 'car place' because of it. But I am now a loyal customer because of Joseph, who has been so patient, kind, and helpful when I've needed help. Great customer service!!!

Very knowledgeable people. They'll go out of their way to find the part you need. Even with me having a 30 year old truck. I've been taking my business there for the last 8 years. No problems.

Nice folks but gave me the wrong universal joint. Also gave me something I might have needed but didn't use without asking. That fella may be gone though. Only had problem that 1 out of 20 times. Close/convenient. Open until 10PM. Had to go to 24 hour AutoZone 5050 W Washington in order to keep working. Buy your auto parts on eBay whenever possible to save money.

great place for auto parts. Ask for john he will help you find the parts you need. He seems rude at first but that's how he is, his people skills are great, he will make you laugh by the time you're done.

Best O'Reillys on the west side. John was very helpful and helped me with the Freon that I needed. Very knowledgeable individual. Will be coming back here for my auto parts.

so someone needs to tell the Afro guy to invest in some deodorant. Asked John how they allow him to work like that, told me that management must not care. he was helpful in getting me my parts and was outta there in minutes. I would just avoid his Afro co worker.

Went in to get my AC recharged a while back and was having a bit of issue while trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, luckily Gabriel was able to help me out and by the time I left the air in my car was blowing a lot colder that it was when I went in there

Bought new wipers already inside customer service sucked but at check out asked the employer to put them on for me nice friendly guy but literally while driving an hr later both flew all the way off my vehicle so.clealry didn't no what he was doing

I have been on hold for 15 min the first time so I hung up and called back . The man asked if I would hold shortly and I said, you already had me on hold for 15 min . Russ told me he had a line and if it was important then I need to come in . I said I was at work and on break and he put me on hold . I am still on hold as I write this and my time is now at 15 :43,44, and climbing as I text . Not happy
