I just stopped by to buy a part for my car. I happened to get an important call as I pulled in. I waited in my car to finish it to be courteous to the people inside. A few minutes later, one of your team members came out and asked if I was coming in, I said yes but I am on the phone right now. He didn't like that and nodded his head and walked away. After a while, he came out again gesturing with his hand for me to move my car away. I was the only car on the lot, besides another customer and his own car.After helping one or two customers, he came out again asking me to either come in or move my car away. I said again (nicely and politely) that I am on the phone with IPL for an important call. He didn't like that again and said move your car. I said well, there are enough spots (only another customer on the lot). He insisted that I move my car. I said did you tell that to the that customer (pointing at the car parked diagonally in a disabled-only spot). He said that's my car!!I said, well you can't park like that either. He said I am calling a towing company to tow your car. I said and I am calling the tow truck to tow your car for parking this way AND in a disabled spot.Of course I left because I wouldn't do business with a company that wouldn't pick their employees carefully and train them properly!Description: late thirties, black male with long braids.

I have previously had very pleasant services at this store. However on June 11 2022 at around 6 PM I dropped in to get some automotive fuses. I walked straight to the aisle where the kept the fuses as I am kind of familiar with the store, but could not find the one I was looking for. I approached the lady at the counter seeking her help (She was the only one available). She bluntly told me to go look for the item at the aisle, that despite me explaining I already done so. She did not even bother to find out the exact item I was looking for, didn't even look at the computer on her desk to check for stock availability. She insisted if I could not find whatever I was looking for at the shelves she was not in a position to help. As you can imagine I was really disappointed at the service, and hope they work on having better trained attendants.

Im so broke i couldn't pay for my core of my battery, so Gaylon came out and took out my battery for me and replaced it even! Just absolutely amazing service! Thank you Gaylon you're awesome. I roll with O'Reilly now.

I stopped in to purchase headlights. The woman who assisted me was spot on!! She suggested that I purchase both high and low-beam bulbs. As it turns out, one of my low beams and one of my high beams was out! That's the way to upsell!! By being right! Thanks for help!

This is a wonderful auto parts store. I called to find out if they had the part I needed. The person I talked to was knowledge and helpful. At the store I spoke with the manager who advised me about which part to get. He ordered the part to come in the next morning. Since I am a novice in terms of car repair, I asked him if he would install the part. He said, of course, he could easily install them. When I took the car in, he discovered that I could do with one part instead of the two I ordered. He suggested that I return one of them and took care of the return. He went way beyond what was necessary for him to do.

When there to purchase new windshield wipers, ask for installation. The girl waiting on me asked the guy could he put them on, he said he didn't know how.I went out side and started reading instructions and he came out and put them on. My driver side wiper was catching on the passenger side wiper and thumping the wind shield, I returned to store a week later and asked if they could look at it. I was met with condescending looks and remarks, the guy who put them on stated he put on a million and didn't remember mine, but that day said he didn't know how. So I left infuriated. On the other day as I pulled in to my job, windshield wipers were not in use but flew off my car. A coworker assisted me and had to buy a new one cause that one is broken. And it's doing the same thing.I would never recommend them I should have went to Autozone!!

I got a radiator for My vehicle, it was faulty. Trying to exchange has been hell. 1st, I put in the order for the replacement, they told Me Wednesday. Wednesday they told Me Thursday. Thursday, they say the order was never placed . I can't get My money back, and I have to go another week without My car because I have to wait on another order to be placed. Meanwhile I'm losing money because I can't get to My Clients nor give them a day when I'll be mobile...bad business guys

I had a bad battery in my vehicle, the O'Reilly's @ 56th + Georgetown was the fourth auto parts store I had been to. NO ONE had the battery for my car, and even all jump boxes were sold out. Mariah, who should get a raise, went out of her way, and found a jump box at another location 10 min away. So I drove there and purchased the jump box as an investment. Although I did get my battery replaced, you never know when a light may accidentally be left on, etc which could drain the battery. Now, I don't need another person and their car to give me a jump. I can do it myself. Thanks, Mariah!!!

Horrible location. Poor customer service. Managers are not helpful. Would not ever purchase another item from this location or franchise, if the other stores are like this location. Zero Stars!!!!!
