This is my 3rd time ordering a part and it didn t come. The first time they totally ordered the wrong part. After this, I ll be doing business with Advance auto. I do have time to keep going back and forth. This is holding me up.

I called this location to see if they could order a part for me. I was told the item would be available to pickup in the afternoon. I already had to return the same part once, so I called and asked the team member to confirm that it had been delivered and to describe the item. When I arrived not only could they NOT bench test the part I had brought in under warranty, the new part I ordered was incorrect, even though I was assured on the part had the necessary provisions during a phone call an hour before. The staff told me I should try to disassemble the core I had brought and retrofit it to the new (wrong) part. When I asked the staff member if he could help me do that, I was told 100 dollars. I don t work for free . This was the same staff member who told me on the phone that the part had the correct the manager offered excuse after excuse for why I had to spend my time and money to collect a part that would not work for my application. I agree with another reviewer: this man should work at a junkyard.

Great service met a young man there named Steve and he was great. He was very knowledgeable of his job and he showed me everything I needed and gave me friendly service. I live on the east side but this one is on Michigan Road. and I will continue coming to this one.

Bought a battery, sales associate " installed it ". Drove home and parked the car over the weekend. Monday morning got to work and the car died. Lifted the hood and the battery wasn't connected! The lazy associate just layer the cables on top didn't connect them at all!

The best experience at a parts store I ve had in a long time! I called around the city for any Husqvarna push mower tune-up kits, and nobody had it in stock. It s an older mower, so understandable. When I called this O Reilly location, Mickey picked up the phone and clearly walked me through what to do. I got to the store with the list of parts, and he helped me personally and quickly. I went home and tuned up the mower with no problem. No return visits back to the store or anything. If you ve got Mickey to help you out, you re in good hands!

Very helpful staff, clean store, and the right part every time I go. Thanks for being a valuable resource for an owner of an old car. This is the only auto parts store I go to because the competition doesn't even come close.

Updating my review because this location has gone downhill. Prices just keep going up compared to competitors and their website says stuff is IN STOCK when really it isn t. This isn t like a one time issue or one item. I had a whole shopping cart filled on my computer that said it would be there. No oil no filter . No bulb. And only replacements were $10 more per so I m going down the streetNice people still working there but I can t justify wasting time here

Not that bad of an experience, but watching the clerk get my stuff was like watching someone moving in slow motion. He got half my order thinking that was all of it (even though the items normally come in pairs?), then slooooowly crept back to get the rest. It was like he was distracted by everything and not really paying attention. Then when he rang me up, the machine charged everything twice. I told him that and he said "oh yeah it's been doing that, well it'll be $250". Like he refused to fix it and charging me twice was the only solution. Another employee had to come over and fix it for me (one who moved away the speed of a normal human). Finally got it to the correct price of $125 with a few clicks. Not a terrible experience, just weird. And definitely don't go here if you're pressed for time. Got everything I needed though.

I've been here several times and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff are really good - not necessarily auto mechanic gurus. But they know enough to help you out in a pinch.Clean and presentable, decent prices and they seem to have parts in stock that day - at least the basics.Anyway I'll continue to come here and avoid the other two car part stores in the area.Oh and they have a really good military and veterans discount.

Very knowledgeable staff. Impressed with their demeanor and the overall speed of service. I also felt like I completely had everything on the first trip. Everyone hates that, the need to repeatedly go to back to the store, because you forgot to get the smallest item.

Had what i needed (to make SOMETHING work for a PCV grommet that they didnt have in stock) but i had to find it myself.... idk if employee was just tired or something but he told me they didnt even have a single rubber grommet to even show me.... i ended up finding many by myself.. including the multi-size kit i ended up buying to make something work while i bought and wait for the correct one ELSEWHERE.

My thanks to the parts department at O'Reilly, I am a carpenter. Not a mechanic. That being said, I like the smell of wood, I can't handle the smell of gasoline, Grease or oil, or anything at ALL, smells of a mechanic work.I can't afford a mechanic for what I make, I follow the breadcrumb trail. Whatever my God provides. So, I have to do my own mechanic work.I have mechanic in my family, and they are the most patient people that I know. Anger does not work with Mechanics Work.I needed an 8" brake line, they had it in stock, that's good. First stop, O'Reilly's, they are the parts store and I'm very thankful. The gentleman, Mickey that helped me, put it right up on the computer and walked over to the brake lines and picked it out and I bought it $5.00. Went home and installed it and prime the brake lines and I'm back up working. They are very helpful and knowledgeable! This is the part store. This is the picture of Mickey the gentleman that helped me when you see him say hi, I'm very thankful.

The auto tech was knowledgeable and got the parts we need directly. The price was very fair and comparable to discount retailer's online, however, O'REILLY'S kept my old part, which the online dealer would have done, but instead of getting half the price back they added a limited warranty and added a lesser return fee, which was used up by the the warranty. I hate trickery.

I will tell you that this was the worst experience because Mickey thought I would steal the machine to check my engine light, I just wanted my son's car checked out not to be made like a thief, even when I offer my driver's license to hold this is rediculas dont go if the store manager is not there they dont know customer service and no excuses.

I've been to auto part stores like AutoZone and had better service. I've also been on their website and found everything I've needed. I first call O'Reilly and spoke with them about a part I needed for my car. I was told they didn't carry the part I needed and while I was speaking with the representative I pointed out that the part was listed on the website. Then the person stated okay I see it you have to come to the store and pay for it upfront before we can order it. So I go to the store and the part is $100 more than what you have listed on the website. I show the representative at the store the pdf of the part I need and he tells me that his manager is on lunch and that I need to come back later or another day. Are you serious really? I tell him I had to get a ride to the store in the first place and it's sleeting outside and you want me to come back? So, their website doesn't match the store computer and if you need management make sure they are available before you make the drive to the store. SMH

Julius helped me change a head light. Not only was he very kind and helpful to me, I also watched him treat others with a great deal of respect, patience and concern. Thank you!

Went into the O'Reilly store 6300s on N Michigan Road looking for a hard to find cap to the overflow anti-freeze reservoir in my Infiniti G37X...while they didn't have a cap w/ an exactly fit, but the guys on duty, incl the Mgr went out of their way to help me securing the opening of the reservoir...been a loyal customer to O'Reilly stores for a long time, and will continue to patronize these stores after tonight's transaction!

Not very helpful here. I asked for a piece to my car and even brought in the old one, they showed me the section it was in and said I would just have to sort through until I found something that I thought matched

Not a great day for O'Reilly Auto Parts, I went in for rear brake pads and rotors, received a quote for $188. A quick online and I found numerous parts providers offering the same parts, same guarantee ranging from $95-$169, most offered free shipping. Needless to say I passed on OAP. Ironically Autozone had the parts, same guarantee for $135.

Always has the parts or supplies I need at a fair price. Today I found an impulse display with the exact funnel style I didn't know I needed, for only $1.39!
