So I went in to O'reilly's to pick up a couple quick things. Went to the counter and waited fifteen minutes why one gentleman was working really hard By himself. I go back to the commercial desk and ask them to download my commercial account so I could pay for these items on my card. When I get back there, the lady is back there on Her phone. Playing paint by number.

My car almost didn t start leaving work at 9pm tonight. I stopped at O Rielly close to home and it was still open. The 17 year old their checked my alternator and battery. Alternator is good battery is bad. He removed my bad one and put in the new one.This took until 10:10. I have a clamp holding the battery in so it took a little time. PLEASE do not give the management a hard time because the store closes at 10:00.Thank you for having such good people running your establishment.

Quiet clean and fast service. Had everything I needed and as a woman was not asked if I needed help finding anything, which I prefer. I can look it up myself and if I need help I will ask, so it was nice not being asked or followed.

They are willing to help. Become a member and get discounts on every purchase. They will know your vehicle(s) by pulling up your info.Unlike that "zone" store, you get your rewards with every purchase. The "zone" keeps expiring my reward points before I can use them.

The last few times we have been to this location it's been horrible. Treated disrespectfully...the employees are lazy. The managers do nothing they are understaffed...they significant others are always there of the employees. They never want to help. I have to drive a few more miles away to get to the good OReileys

They're usually pretty helpful here. And if you need something they don't have, they always check the other store further up Madison and have them pull it for you. I definitely like it better than the other auto parts chains around here.

After getting terrible service at Wal-Mart with getting a new battery, an associate named Tim hooked me up. He was super helpful and gave me a discount after hearing how I was treated at Wal-Mart. Not to mention he was staying after his clock out time to help me. If you need vehicle assistance and there is somewhere a little closer, it is worth the trip to go here instead.

Purchased a battery there in Dec. When they put it in the young lady stripped the bolt.I would lose power. Told me I could go to the hub store and purchase a new cable. Basically not their fault. Since I had left their store. Moral of story incompetent people working there. You can take your rewards and shove them. I will never purchase anything from your stores again!

I called at 7am soon as they opened. Guy answering phone says yes we hv two rotors. I get there he only has one.Then Mgr comes up front and says I can't find em bro.. Who tf is bro?? I see why everyone goes to AutoZone. AutoZone has BOTH MY ROTORS and were friendly as well.

Went in with my Mom to get an alternator for my Jeep and Tony started talking creepy to me. Mom called him out to on it and he basically yelled at her. Just watch out for Tony. Creepy vibe!!!
