I brought my car to New Era because of the proximity to our house, around the time they first opened. We had another mechanic that we were using, but the turnaround time would sometimes be up to a week. These are super knowledgeable, affordable, and fast! They ve been more than willing to work with us on picking up vehicles after hours, which is greatly appreciated for someone who works 9-6. I will continue to bring my vehicle to New Era, as I know I can expect quality work every time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Andy and his team are the best! He looked over my van very thoroughly and wanted to make sure it was top notch, since I would be driving around with my children. He took time to explain in great detail what was wrong with the van and all the options to fix it, all while keeping me informed every step of the way. He cares about his customers and is very fair in his pricing! We will be using New Era Automotive from here on out! Thank you, Andy!

We ve been going to another shop for 20 years and they couldn t get my vehicle in for over a week and I didn t have a week to wait. I looked around for other good local shops and found New Era. They got my vehicle in right away, was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away and the price was fantastic! They kept in contact with me the entire process which was nice. Andrew was great! Being a woman it can be hard to find a mechanic that doesn t talk to you like you are an easy paycheck, but he was respectful, did great work on my car, and didn t try to charge me for anything extra that wasn t necessary. I wouldn t trust anyone else in the area like that and it s great to know I have a mechanic that is the epitome of respect and committed to his craft.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Let me start by saying I am very particular on who I let work on my vehicles. The guys at New Era were phenomenal. They were honest, fair, made my repairs perfectly and treated my vehicle like it was theirs. They called me after my ride home to make sure everything felt right, and have stayed in constant contact with me ever since. I will definitely be referring them to people I know and I personally will be bringing all my vehicles there for service. We have been struggling with our van doing some strange over heating of the engine. Andrew and Irvin have worked to try to figure her out on multiple occasions now. Spending extra time to go over the cooling system through and through. She has just been a troublesome lady. They are so patient and communication is amazing. Very open, honest, and timely. They even offer to drive me where I need to go when dropping her off. I feel confident they are interested in doing the right thing. Not just for my car, but for me and my family. BEST SERVICE SHOP EVER - HANDS DOWN!Many thanks to Andrew Davis and his professional team At New Era Automotive.I was greeted in the parking lot by Andrew and Billy. They both listened intently to the problems that I was experiencing with my vehicle. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues, and they began the repairs right away.The job was quite extensive, and they kept me well informed during the repair process. We've been using Andrew for our car needs since the days when he worked at Monroe Muffler. He always provided the best service there, and it's only gotten better since we've followed him to his own shop. My experience was above normal expectations! I took my car to have struts and sway bar links installed because the big chain shops couldn t get it in right away, so I called and they got me right in! Parts were replaced and couldn t be happier! Although I couldn t get the alignment there the car drove and handled beautifully. I took it to have it aligned today and the shop that aligned it said the alignment was just a bit off, before I took it to new era I couldn t hardly keep it in my lane of traffic! Right on new era! Have my business from here on when it comes to me spending my $$ can t beat it!!

I bring my truck and my girlfriend's car here and the service is excellent. The technicians know what they're doing, the prices are fair, and they do the work at a good pace. I can't recommend them enough.

Andrew was seriously helpful and FAST. Every other shop within 15 miles blew me off and told me to wait for weeks. Andrew was incredibly chill and friendly, and gave me a very fair price. These guys did such a fantastic and honest job for me. I usually take my car to the dealership but it s too far and inconvenient so I wanted to try something different. my car has a very complicated computer/sensor system but they were able to navigate it. Andrew performed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle for me while I m 600 miles away. He took care of my interest and diagnosed several issues that would have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. I highly recommend New Era in the Indy area. My dad has introduced me to this mechanic and this by far the best automotive repair shop I been too. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and ACTUALLY work with you. I had never been here before and stopped to ask them to check my car after the brake lights came on. They were quick, amazing to work with and diagnosed/fixed my car same day. My car battery died the previous night and had to leave it at Steak n Shake across from New Era Automotive. In the morning I planned to stop in to see if they could help remove my old battery. The service mechanic, Nick was more than willing to help remove the battery. We took my old battery to Autozone and Nick offered to look out for us when were heading back to my car to install the battery. Nick installed the battery and my car started! So thankful that Nick and New Era Automotive were able to help! Would reccomend them to anyone! Thank you so much!Service: Battery

I have a very difficult car to work on a BMW. Have been to a few shops in area no luck. I tired New Era on a friend's recommendation and I was thrilled. Andrew is the best! Worked on my truck on his day off. Provided video and text messages with updates. Provided detailed nformation as to what was going on the entire time. Best shop with the best prices I found all over Indy. I loved the how quick I was in and out. Great customer service and have some very cool BMW and Harley Davidson motorcycles in the lobby.
