I went in for a battery for my 85 f150 after being told they had the battery I needed in stock over the phone so I jump started my truck to get it there just to get there to be told they didn't have the battery the recommended cold cranking amps that I asked for in stock so they sold me another battery instead of saying saying they could give me a jump to get me back home till the one I needed was in stock that battery didn't even last 3 months but when I tried to exchange it they wouldn't claiming there was nothing wrong with but of course they had the right battery this time which they were more than happy to sell me that's nearly 400 gone in not even 3 months they will rip you off if you give them the chance I was super pissed off and disappointed at the same time I doubt I will be going to that store again anytime soon if at all.

Great place Luke Combs paid a visit. Oh yeah the last picture about Autozone and wiperblades. Is he should of came to NAPA cause we would of taught him how and he wouldn't have that problem cause NAPA KNOWS HOW! We take the time and communicate with KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PARTS AND PRODUCTS. I stop in there every single time I hear something with my vehicle and they are always there to help me. The last couple of times it's been the oil and it's been raining they go out they check it I let them know how much I appreciate their time and hospitality. Here's a crew that goes way beyond their job description.

NAPA definitely KNOWS HOW to gain a customer...the weather was a tad rough on today Friday, January 28th..too nervous to go out and drive in the NASTY WEATHER...what do yo know...Mike showed up delivering my small purchase..but what he did of going out his way to make sure the item I needed to have for my car tomorrow was delivered..was greatly appreciated ...so I send humongous and a billion thanks to Mike and NAPA..keep up the great service.

Went in to Napa on Pendleton Pike. The assistant manager Mike was so helpful and came outside to personally help with an issue that I had with a part on my vehicle and advised me on how to fix the issue and directed me as to which part I would need. I was in a bind and I truly appreciated his time and assistance.

I thought I was gonna be out of luck on a Sunday but slammed my brakes on to turn in and they were the only place around that had the part I needed for my battery installation. Thank you very much Ken and Mike you guys are life savers!!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Come here for that "one-off" piece the other stores don't typically inventory.

It's okay they had one part in stock for me that I needed for my brakes and sent me across town for the other part to the other Napa I got there got the part never opened the box and went all the way home next day when I went to install I opened the box in the park was completely different I went back and they corrected the mistake but I was out of time gas and my car did not get fixed because I had to go and correct their mistake

Vry professional & always best 2 go 2 for certain hard-2-find parts 3 my cars. Usually get things special ordered the vry nxt day. Employees vry knowledgeable & reliable. I appreciate their Cust Srvc.

Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable auto parts store who has basic level customer service and whose website reflects their actual inventory.I should have known better once i visited the local store, which has 4 employees working and no customers

Standard Napa. They have top quality parts but that quality is more pricey than the cheap part competitors. I've learned for difficult to replace parts, Napa is about the only source too trust.

Online states they are open on Sundays until 6pm. That is a lie. I'm sitting in the parking lot with a busted hydraulic hose off my shop air compressor and they aren't open so I will have to shut my shop down tomorrow because they aren't open to make me a new one. Even though they are supposed to be.

NAPA is the place I go to when others fail me! Sometimes the other auto parts stores simply have a warm body working the counter.
