Very convenient. Easy to schedule service for an out of service vehicle. Up-front pricing, which seems to be the exact same as last year when I requested service. Awesome perk of having AAA Hoosier Motor Club!Also, the gentleman who came, just as the servicemen prior, was polite and respectful. And very tolerant of my high alert dog lol

Mike from My Pit Crew was awesome! He installed my new tire, jumped the battery and showed me how to get in the car when the key fob battery died. I will definitely use them again, and Mike will be the crew choice. Isaac is also awesome to work with. Quick service, friendly. I can't say enough good about this service!!

Jesse was very professional and went above and beyond. My tire could not be patched because of where the damage was located but he took the time to put on my spare tire and gave me a quote for a new tire at a reasonable price. I highly recommend My Pit Crew!

Great experience working with Michael of My Pit Crew. He was on-time (early) and in/out with a tire patch in 15 minutes. He saved me a ton of time and money. He was also very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

My experience with My Pit Crew was second to none! We got a flat Friday morning, they were out Saturday morning at 9am with the new/same tire for a reasonable price. We could ve had them out same day if we acted quicker on scheduling. They were quick, punctual, easy to talk to, and even pointed out another tire of ours had an air bubble that we hadn t noticed. We ll be calling them back out haha.They ve got a great overall team over there and I d recommend them to anyone. I believe Michael was our technician, get him if you can!

For friendly and helpful. Sharon was my phone contact and she made sure I had the correct tires ordered. Isaac came to my house at the scheduled time. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions and had all four tires replace in a couple of hours. Excellent experience.

My Pit Crew is the best! I got a flat tire this morning and was incredibly grateful for this team. I didn t have to worry about tow trucks, mechanic service hours, and getting Ubers while I waited on my car. Instead, Mike came right to my house and got my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was friendly and efficient, and made my worries go away with his calm demeanor. Thank you, this service is amazing!

My Pit Crew was the best experience! They were on time the tech did a fantastic job on tires that another shop could not do and the knowledge base for service was exceptional. Will use them again and again. So easy as convenient.

Very disappointed. I requested for a new tire. By the time staff came he stated the tire was in good shape and just needed to be plugged. He stated that I needed to get two new tires in the front to the tires being bare. I said okay. I paid $384!!!! I trusted his skill. Three hours later I went to get an oil change and they checked my tire pressure and said it was below the limit on the same dang on Tire that I was told was on good shape! I woke up this morning and the tire is still causing me an issue. I had to add more air into this same tire! So I would prefer to get a new tire like requested with a better discount on it due to me being a member of AAA and being inconvenienced for a dang on tire that was the primary issue. I will be calling and I will be needing a different driver to come fix this issue.

Michael was excellent! Fast, efficient, easy, and reasonably priced! Got a bolt in my tire on the way to work in the morning and they came to my work that afternoon and gave me a brand new tire and took the old one with them!! I was able to keep working and didn t have to take any time off to get it fixed!

My Pit Crew got back with me on a quote the same day I requested it. They helped set an appointment for the following day. Great communication, very quick, great service and very affordable to me. I would definitely recommend to use them if you need services done at home or are unable to drive your vehicle to a physical shop. 10/10 for me. Thanks!!

I was so impressed with My, Pitt, Crew.I had a flat tire very very early in the morning. They came out to my office. Only a few hours later changed out both tires inflated and tested them all without me having to leave the office. Michael , the technician was absolutely amazing. I can t recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike because of the traumatic experience with a blowout because of a chuckhole. Mike is kind considerate and above all...professional. there were many challenges that day but Mike Felecia Desiree and Page are a true Blessing to me! Will definitely recommend. The PitCrew staff deserves each 20 stars!!!

After having a tire blow out on 65 South, I decided that I needed good tires & with these lovely Indiana potholes - down that rabbit hole I went. Upon searching, calling, and price matching - I decided to go with My Pit Crew since I'm already an AAA member and receive additional benefits.I was scheduled within 24 hours after calling, at a time that fit mine. The convenience of not having to sit in a lobby for hours is worth it all, in my humble opinion. I got a load of laundry tossed in, coffee made, under eye patches on, and watched some YouTube - all while my tires were being installed right outside.It was on my time and the price for 3 much needed tires ((including warranties for all)) were better than Discount Tires, Walmart, and Tire Barn. It's a win-win tbh.My crew member, Mike, was also very nice, helpful, caring, thorough and informative ((not pushy, which is appreciated being a woman)). My appointment was at 10am & he was also 25 minutes early! Would that EVER happen while going to get tires put on anywhere else?? Exactly lol.Would HIGHLY recommend!! A+++

Great service. Came right to our house at the scheduled time. Called us when they were 30 minutes out and when they were finished. I never had to leave the office. Great service and highly recommended

Such an amazing experience! From the price to the quickness they worked with! They were Ah-Mazing! Love the fact that they came to us as we had no way to get to them! Anderson was awesome and had excellent customer service skills and communication! I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely will be my next call when I need new tires again! They were friendly all through the process and so efficient! Use these guys for your next tire change! You won t be disappointed!

Jose came to the office to replace the tires on our 2021 Kia Telluride and 2012 BMW X3. It was a cold day, but Jose did an incredible job of mounting and balancing 8 tires while also disposing of the old ones. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He provided some feedback that he saw as part of the replacement process that was very much appreciated. Now time to have those things looked at by the dealership. I would highly recommend my pit crew for your needs. They come to your home or place of business to do this for your tires or windshield wipers similar to those companies that come and do auto glass. Super convenient and they know what they are doing.

Micheal was very courteous and had the 4 tires replaced in about and hour. Great service . Less time spent than going to a tire shop. Would definitely recommend AAA pit crew for service.

The technician was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Also, the person I scheduled the appointment with was super nice. This service is so worth it. Much easier than dropping your car off and having to get others to help you with the process. I will use them again.

Everyone I worked with from here was levelly! I needed a jump start and right away Mike arrived- he happened to be one minute away from me, shortly after I was also met by Brandon, and both of these folks were kind, prompt, solved my problems and had a great sense of humor which is honestly what you need when you re having car trouble- thanks a bunch you two!

My Audi got serviced but my Mercedes could not yet because they didn t have the right tire tool. The technician did a great job. I am waiting on them to come back and fix the Mercedes.
