Love this place, and have come here for a few years now with multiple vehicles. Steve is an absolute legend, and Alex and Ed have also been really great to work with. They invite you onto the floor and show you issues so that you can see them with your own eyes and understand what s going on. Super kind, honest, and competent, which is unfortunately a rare combination in places like this.

They have a great team over at Monro. I came in for an appointment I thought was scheduled through a third party but of course they did not contact Monro at all and in the middle of the holidays. Ed quickly figured everything out and got it organized. Even with a full day of work he managed to squeeze me in and do all the work for a very very very good price. There was even a mixup that they immediately fixed without any questions. Have not had better service anywhere before. I ve had tire issues for a year since the last repair job I had done elsewhere and they fixed a year long headache in less than 20 mins. I will for sure be back with any future issues I have.Edit: And shoutout to the manager and tech. Great dudes!

They had great customer service! Edward Robinson got me together he made sure my car was well taken care of. The man that worked on my tire did a great job as well. This shop is highly recommended!

I came to Munro for a replacement tire and an oil change. Edward Robinson helped get me a discount on the oil change, and even though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, Edward helped me find one that was available and helped me get a discount on getting it on my car. My car is back to running well, and I appreciate how they were professional and shot straight with me. Would highly recommend Munro and Edward.

I went to Monro and spoke to Ed Robinson. He was very professional. He explained to me what my price differences would be per diagnostics for my vehicle. I also had an issue with my vehicle as to where I had a rattling issue and he made sure that I didn't leave his establishment in a unsafe manner. I didn't get any work done although I was impressed by the empathy from Ed Robinson. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a honest and safe mechanic.

Ed and Alex were fantastic! I was up the street with a flat tire and they got me in instantly and inspected the tire and found the issue and did a prompt repair. I don t know anything about cars and was notably very anxious and they put me at ease. It was also affordable. Highly recommend!

Grateful for Edward and Alex who helped me out this past Sunday. I was just passing through and had a small mishap with my car on the drive home. They got me taken care of and back on the road in a flash, plus they were super nice and courteous!

Ed was super helpful and saved me a few hundred dollars. I thought I needed a tire replacement but it turned out to be a quick fix. Really appreciate how quick and efficient he was. Can see myself going back for other issues when they arise

A big thanks to Steve who fit me in same-day to replace my muffler (and right before a holiday!) right before a trip. He was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.After replacement, I noticed the muffler rattled when accelerating. I went back at my earliest convenience and Steve was more than happy to adjust the muffler (for free). He even test drove the car to make sure it wasn t rattling any more. Thanks Steve!

I saw that another reviewer took Chevez s picture so I decided to join the fan club! He s a friendly and polite guy who was professional and took care of my brakes quickly! The place has fair prices. As an Uber driver, you all know I ll be back!

I had a flat tire and they were able to find the source of the leak then patch it. I was surprised how little it cost and that they were able to fix it right away.

Edward went above and beyond to help my daughter and I when we were on the side of the road needing a new tire. He was genuinely concerned for our safety and worked to locate a tire they did not have in stock to ensure they would be able to help us when we got to the shop. The customer service he provided was outstanding and very much appreciated!

I came to Monro because I had something stuck in my tire causing low tire pressure. They patched my tire and got me in right away. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I appreciated that they were direct and didn t try to sell me new tires like the big discount tire places. Highly recommend Monro!

My PSA regarding Monro Auto Service on Keystone - DO NOT take your vehicle here.I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and safety inspection back in May. They did the oil change and reported that everything was in top condition. My vehicle started making odd noises, so I took it to another shop. They said that my brake pads were at 5% and close to failure. They also said that whoever did my most recent oil change did a horrible job because they put way too much oil in it, which can be just as harmful as not having enough oil.For your own safety and well-being, let alone that of your vehicle, do not use this place for auto repair or inspection of any kind.

This place is fraudulent and a scam!!DO NOT GO HERE!!I took my car in to get an alignment done and was told it would be $1200 bucks because they had to replace several other parts. I told them no and took the car home. Not Teo days later my coolant light went off, so I took the car to a dealership. Not only was there no leak in my coolant line, but they aligned the wheels without having to replace any parts.From this experience I can only deduce that they not only tried to scam me I to letting them perform an extra $1000 of work to do the alignment, but they also drained my coolant to get me to come back in so they could scam me for more money.I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!

Guy at a red light told me I had a nail in my tire right at 6pm. I took a look and sure enough there was, and I recognized that it could easily be repaired. Quick search showed this place closed at 7pm, vs competitors at 6pm. Brought car over and they had me in and out in 10 minutes with plug repair. I will be sure to come back here and give them my business.

I've come into Monro Auto Service a few times now and every time they do excellent work. I've had both Justin and Andrew help me when calling and they always answer all of my questions, very knowledgeable. They explain exactly what's going on prior to starting anything and always give very reasonable pricing. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone needing tires or auto services.I don't know much about cars and get nervous going to new mechanics but with this specific location on Keystone they were so kind and helpful the very first time I will absolutely continue to come back for future services.

I was referred by a friend of mine and wasn t disappointed!! I went for an inspection and actually ended up getting my car fixed the same day ! Steve is awesome ! I will definitely be back to this place ! Great people to work with very kind , accurate & not overpriced thanks Steve for fixing my vehicle in a short matter of time !
