Henry of Mobile Mechanic - Rescue Me LLC responded quickly to a quote request for an alternator replacement. The quote was more than fair and proved to be the final price for the service. The work was performed in an efficient and careful manner. He also identified an additional issue that he corrected at no extra charge. He was courteous, professional and honest. Henry came to do an oil change and rotate my tires. When he went to rotate my tires, he immediately notice there was a problem, showed me the slice in my tire and recommended that I not get them rotated by rather that I needed an alignment. He said that if he did the rotation, it would likely ruin another tire. He suggested a very reasonable shop for the alignment. He did the oil change quickly and efficiently. He offered to return after I received an alignment. Thankfully, his honest assessment of my tires and his not doing work that didn t need done just to make a buck, helped me to stay safe. I did end up getting new tires as well, but will call Rescue Me in the spring for a rotation. Thank you Henry! I would recommend Rescue Me to anyone. Henry is an honest, knowledgeable and thorough mechanic.Services: Tires, Oil change

I wish I could give 10 stars! This company is amazing and so is Henry! Very quick, very responsive, and very compassionate about what he does. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. He never once tried to up sale his services and I was very surprised with the cost! Much cheaper than I ever expected! I will never take my Lexus to another business. THIS IS MY FOREVER COMPANY!! Thank you for saving my life, saving my wallet, and creating the peace of mind I needed when transporting my children! First impressions are EVERYTHING, and this company just restored my faith in man kind!

I was referred by a friend. Being mobile, I drove my car down with hers, and he worked on both our cars today. Allowed us to hang at her house and do our own thing while he did repairs. He assessed, estimated, and followed through with no surprises.I will always go to Henry first from now on for any car repairs. He was on time, very professional and honest, and very, VERY reasonable. He is very polite, on time and courteous. I had a issue with my car and he let me know what exactly was going on and explained what he had found before doing the work. He does a very good job and took care of my car like it was family. Very courteous and cares about your vehicle. My car is back on the road now thanks to him. I had to change this review from yesterday I was told that the vehicle was in good shape however, after driving it home the serpentine belt squeaks very loudly and I was told to use a belt dressing and that would solve the problem. However, that did not work. the reason I had this vehicle inspected was because of the squeaking sound so today I contact the same person that did the inspection to have it fixed and he didn t have time is reasons were people were going out of town for the holidays and needed their vehicle fixed well, so am I . Oh well go live in your learn paid $75 and trust this person. Well I won t use them again will not refer them. No need for any response from this company. There s no excuse and there s nothing to talk about. I ll take my business elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am so grateful that Rescue me came to my help when my drive belt broke twice. I would definitely recommend their service because I am out of state and I couldn t have trusted anybody other than rescue me. They are so professional and Henry really saved me a lot of money that I could have wasted on taking my car to a shop for a minor fix including towing fees. I was in desperate need to get my brakes fixed so I could take myself to and from work. My truck sat for two weeks in the driveway. I tried my hand at it only to discover that my lug nut studs were stripped. The parts I got would t fit and I didn t know what to do. He came along and was able to fix my studs and get my brakes situated. We drove to the auto parts store twice to get what we needed. If it wasn t for Henry my life would ve been a lot harder. Very precessional, knowledgeable, and a really down to earth guy. I HIGHLY recommend his services. Will definitely call again.Service: Brakes

I have ave waited almost 9 days to get my vehicle fully repaired. New brakes were put on brakes still went to the floor. I was told by Robert the mechanic that the owner was out of town & they would be back friday! Get a call Friday to tell me he s fixing his vehicle and he needed all day to fix his own! I was told that they would come back today only for them to not answer any of my call nor call back!! I blame my friend for referring me to such any unprofessional company for a service that was payed for in advance! Of course I got no receipts or any paperwork from companies!!!!That s what I get for supporting a company that s not professional!!!!!Service: Brakes

Henry with Rescue Me Repair is a rare find. He has performed general repair/maintenance & inspections on 3 of our vehicles ranging in makes & age. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. One thing that sets Rescue Me Repair apart from the others, is his ability to be mobile and perform house calls. I was visiting Indianapolis and my windshield was very dirty from road debris during the snow. My washer fluid didn t work and I wasn t able to clean the windshield without pulling over to manually wash it. During internet search I found Rescue Me Repair. They replaced the windshield washer pump on site at my hotel. Henry was polite, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

This dude told me to amscray because I sent Vin number and he asked me what the number was. If you are a mechanic a vin number should not be a problem.Verbatim after he told me to call someone else.When you need somebody to fix the power steering pump after whoever puts it on for you, I charge an additional 50% on top of original quote
