Had my vehicle to bleed brakes. Found out they poked a hole in the cap in my brand new master cylinder and had to take it to different shop and had to spend another $150 dollars on new master cylinder and and another $160 to have it installed and now can t be reached

Had an issue which I needed quick help with. Gave Mike a call. Even though he had all the work he needed, he still said come on down, I'll help you out. He swapped out my Oxygen Sensor in my 2001 Miata in about 20 minutes time. His price was MUCH less than any of his competition. He knew exactly where it was, what to use and did so in a courteous and professional manner. I'm in Irvington and he's close by as well. He'll get more of my business going forward. Mike and his crew are the best you will ever get. They do not ever give up and they always make sure that you get your vehicle back in working condition. I have a 2004 Acura that was all but dead, and he brought it back to life and made it road worthy. Now I have a 2011 Dodge Nitro in which needed some TLC and updated maintenance. He got all dashboard lights off with their repairs. I ALWAYS recommend Mike's shop to anyone and everyone that ever asks about needing a mechanic. We received outstanding service from Mike's Mobile Mechanic. They went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was fixed and back on the road in no time. They did not try to break our wallet with outrages prices like most shops do. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easter Sunday and needed to drive 5 hours back home for an early morning flight the next day. Brakes were shot and fully expected to be stranded in Indianapolis for at least a day, but Mike and the team fit me in same day for a very reasonable price. One of the mechanics caused enormous damage to our radiator while replacing the alternator, but allowed us to leave the location w/o informing us or the staff. Upon returning to the shop less than 20 mins later, Mike discovered the issue. That mechanic was terminated AND Mike kept our vehicle overnight to replace the radiator. Mike also sent us home via Lyft, and provided us with a few extra COMPLIMENTARY services that were coming due (saved us an extra $470).Mike shows VALUE in his work & APPRECIATION in his customers.

Excellent service. When I tell you that Mike saved me thousands of dollars, I m not exaggerating. It s not a fancy place by any means and it s not in the most affluent part of town. But the service is top notch and extremely affordable. He knows what he is doing and is not trying to fleece you. It's so hard to find someone trustworthy and capable. Mike has worked on my vehicles on several occasions and I've NEVER had an issue. My Mom even used him a couple times. I won't go anywhere else for repairs. Had him work on 2 of my cars and completed the jobs fairly well however I had 1 more car I needed some help with and I was trying to contact him about it finally got ahold of him after a few calls. He got a battery and got the window up for me and said he would be back in 2 days to take a look at the rest of what we told him so far it has been 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of him. He is a good mechanic and does really good work for a great price but his communication is really poor . I plan to still try and hire him as my mechanic for other things but this is just a friendly note to others have a good day.

Traveling through Indy from Wisconsin Thanksgiving week got in a minor accident and found Mike on the internet. His response to our emergency call was amazing. Looked at our car we needed a new tie rod. He went to a 24 hour shop to buy the part. He replaced the part and did a string alignment on the tires. Very knowledgeable and professional and prices are very good. He was our angel that night. Got back on the road to Virginia and car is great. Thank you again Mike.

Mike was very Professional and took care of my Impala in a very professional way. I am very satisfied with my service.. Mechanic's get a bad rap but my needs for my car were met and exceeded. I called Mike thinking I had a MAJOR issue with my vehicle. He could have easily taken advantage of me because I was expecting a very expensive fix but, he didn t. He let me know that all I needed was spark plugs and a coil and he worked on my vehicle in FREEZING cold temps and got me up and running. It is so hard to trust people in this industry because they can totally take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I will recommend Mike to all of my friends and family and I will go to him with any future issues. This right here is a good guy and great mechanic who will get you right! Thank you for your help!!

Mike is an incredibly professional and likeable guy who does what he does with great intentions to help people in crisis. On a day where everything is closed down and my brakes are shot, Mike is up at 1 am making my life better with the best prices and customer service you can find. Mike started with good intentions to repair my vehicle but hasn't completed the repair on my Saturn. Mike promised to continue repairs on my car but it remains parked behind my garage. I have it scheduled for mechanical repair elsewhere. He now has a history of leaving cars in disrepair without informing the customer. I paid him cash for his initial diagnostics and work performed. He never returned as promised. Not a good way to treat customers.

Mike showed up on new year's eve at almost dark and then drove me to pick up a part. It was cold and windy and I told him he could do it the next day if he wanted to go home for new years eve and he said no. He was done with the job in about an hour. Faster, cheaper, and more convenient than taking it to a shop. Will use again and recommend.

Told me it would take 2 days to change a timing chain. He has had my vehicle for 3 weeks he has taken my motor apart and just left it setting. Won t answer none of my phone calls. Ignores my text. I will never have him service another one of my vehicles. I would not recommend.

Was staying in Indianapolis for the night on my way to Charleston, South Carolina when my water pump blew at 8 pm on a Saturday night. I got a hold of Mike and he came that night, figured out the issue and was back the next morning to replace the part and I was back on the road by noon the next day. I was an out of towner as well but Mike didn't try to screw me over by any means and the pricing was very fair. I thought I was going to be stuck in Indianapolis till Monday waiting for a mechanics shop to open but Mike ended up saving the day and did a great job.

Mike is great. He goes way above and beyond. He is only one person so people on here complaining about not being to get ahold of him need to realize that. The truth is you get way more then you pay for with mike. He puts his whole heart, back and considerable skill into his work. He always does great work. You get way more then you pay for with mike. You need to charge more Mike so you can hire some more people and not get burnt out!!!

Mike was extremely professional and fixed ALL 4 brakes and rotors on my Chrysler! If not for him I would have been stranded with a tow bill @4$ per mile! I can't thank him enough!! Will absolutely be telling all my friends and family! Thanks again!!

Mike was great, I called him with one issue, he ended up fixing something else (I bought the wrong part) he easily could ve charged me for an unnecessary repair and still had me buy the right part but he didn t. He was able to get the repair done the same day I called. He also drove my friend to the part store to get the correct part. His price was cheaper still than what he originally quoted.

I tried to hire this guy twice in a week to come work on the suspension of my vehicle. The first time I tried to hire him he strung me out for 2 days before not showing up. The second time I tried to hire him he told me he was going show to call him and keep reminding to make sure he was coming then on the third call caught a attitude with me and told me calling him was only going to slow things down before not showing at all. This is a very bad way to run business and a very poor business model. If you are not going show up have the common curtesy to inform the person you cannot make it. Allow them the opportunity to make other arrangements.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I found Mike on the internet after my car wouldn't start early in the morning. He quickly came to my location and jump started my car. He then followed me to my destination, went to the store to get a new battery, and installed it for me. I called asking for help fixing my car as soon as possible as I needed to get to work the next day. He said he had a job in the morning, but would be by in the afternoon before I had to leave for work at 4. I had high Hope's because he answered the phone at 10pm and seemed very nice and HE SWORE UP AND DOWN that he knew exactly what the issue was. By 5:30 he still hadn't shown up and I had to call out of work. I texted him and received no reply. I called Monday of the next week and got no answer. Ghosted me. EXTREMELY unprofessional.Edit: notice that his reply didnt address a single issue that I brought up. Get your car fixed by someone else.

Horrible customer service and professionalism.my truck has sat for over 2 months with the motor taken apart. He has been paid 100 and did not complete anything. Actually made it to were no one will work on the truck due to the motor being in pieces. After all his lies and procrastination I simply asked for motor to be put back together. Which he stayed he will get to when he can. I m a single mother of 2 that now has no transportation because of this crook. Save your money go elsewhere

Called him at 3pm, and he was able to get me in his schedule the same afternoon. Very polite, and got my ball joint replaced in half an hour. 10/10 will call again.

I will update review if I can ever get ahold of him to have work done. But at the moment nobody is picking up, no way to leave a message, & the other phone # advertisinmed is no longer in service. I'm sry but if you're in Business & a Mobile Mechanic available 24/7 365 like you claim don't you think that you should have a Phone # in service & working as well as be available like you claim?! Just my assumption. My husband is unavailable at the moment but he's a Mobile Mechanic & doesn't have this problem. SMH hope to be able to hear from you soon, but probably won't & will have to take my money elsewhere. Not a good way to get & keep Business, just saying.

Best mechanic in the city of Indianapolis and it isn't even close. He helped me save over $1100 on a job that the auto shop quoted me for $1500. I highly advise Mike to anyone for any car repair! The best in Indianapolis.
