I cannot speak highly enough about Midwest Auto Dent Repair and Tom's team for the incredible job they did on my wife's new Ford Bronco. After a recent hailstorm, her vehicle. This was my second time having the opportunity to come out and work with Tom and his team with repairing an influx of hail damaged vehicles. Just as I expected, everything was exceptional, from the time you walk in the front door you can tell you re in a professional shop, the decor is great and even the shop itself is beautiful (check out the great shop floor). Watching Tom interact with all of the customers and insurance companies just confirms what I already knew Tom to be, a true professional who takes every detail and interaction to heart. Each vehicle I saw and worked on was thoroughly inspected to ensure all of the damage was noted and accounted for, and when the repairs were done each panel was gone over with a fine tooth comb to be sure that everything inch was returned to pre storm condition, they even gave every hail car a thorough cleaning before returning it to the customer. Time and time again it was awesome to see and hear the customers going crazy over how great their cars looked. 10/10 I would feel confident in sending anyone with dents, dings, or hail damage to Tom and his team at Midwest Auto Dent Repair!!!

Tom and his crew does great work. Took my SUV after a major hail storm. They fixed stuff I never thought was possible without major body shop. I can't say enough how much they went out of their way to make sure all the work was fixed and perfect. I am a little picky and everything was looking better than the day I purchased it. Definitely give this place a shot first for any dent repair, window tint, and or ceramic coating before going anywhere else.

I had about a 2"x2" medium depth dent in the roof rail above the left rear door of my car, that actually crossed a body contour line. I took it down for an estimate, and Tom was able to complete the repair right then. When he was finished, I couldn't tell there had ever been a dent at all. His work was nothing short of superb!The roof rail looked every bit as good as when the car was new. Tom was very professional during my visit, and his shop is also very clean, organized, and professional looking also. I wouldn't hesitate to use his business again, and I'd be happy to enthusiastically recommend him to anyone else.

Tom was great! I had a dent in my back passenger quarter panel. He got me squared away in just a day. He puts pride in his work and does an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Tom and this shop go above and beyond expectations. When I first went in for an estimate, I had three guys looking at my car. It's rare to get that kind of attention any more, I felt heard.I have full PPF on my car, and two of the best shops in Chicago wouldn't touch it because of the where the dent was. Tom got it done for me in 30 minutes at the shop minimum. I can't tell where the dent is, and saved me in PPF (saved me about 1k+). Some of the dents he was fixing is truly remarkable in the shop. He is one of the best if not the best PDR guy in Indianapolis and I will be recommending all my friends to go to him.His shop's services look great too and whenever I am in the area - I will be using him for other things (Detailing, tint,etc).

Had the dent quoted 2 months before I had it repaired yet the price didn't change. They did an excellent professional work with my "eye sore" dent. Everyone was very friendly. Smooth transaction, communicated thru email/text. Got my car same day. Highly recommend.

Absolutely best decision I could have made, going to Midwest Auto Dent Repair. Tom was great to work with and made my car look brand new after being completely destroyed after baseball size hail everywhere. I would highly recommend to skip the chain body shops and go straight to Midwest Auto Dent Repair.

I would recommend Midwest PDR to anyone looking to get hail damage repaired. Tom and his team were not only fast and efficient but were very professional and did a great job on my car after it sustained significant hail damage. Not only did Tom repair my car to complete perfection, he was able to get my windshield repaired through insurance after they had initially refused. My car was in, repaired, windshield replaced, and completely ready within 5 DAYS. I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for making my car look brand new again.

I am VERY happy with the job done by Tom at Midwest Auto Dent Repair. You would never know I had a nasty dent at one time. They also took out a few smaller ones. The customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place! I hope to stay dent free, but if not, Midwest Auto Dent Repair is who I m going to call!

I had hail damage on my 2019 Silverado and needed it back quickly due to a prior commitment. Tom worked with me on this and was able to get the vehicle back to me in time which was very appreciated. The truck also looked fantastic.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom! I had lots of hail damage to my car and he did an amazing job! The car looks great, he stayed in constant communication so I knew exactly what to expect! I hope I don't need any more dents repaired, but if I do, Midwest is where I am going!

Tom and his crew are extreme talented. My new vehicle was damaged by hail, I honestly never thought Tom would be able to completely repair all the dents. He repaired them all and my Truck looked as good or better than when I drove it off the lot. Great Job!!

Tom and his crew did an amazing job removing dents from my RAM pickup from the June 2023 hail storm. Insurance wanted to do replacement hood and roof, Tom said he d have no problem fixing them with paint less repair and he followed through. Taking another vehicle for the same damage and would definitely trust them with any minor dent or ding.
