I went to Midas Auto Repair for a rear brake pad change. They charged me $111 for the brake pads and $78 for labor. The customer service was extremely poor. My own brake pads, which I had brought in, were taken without my consent and only returned after I asked, with no apology offered. The staff members I interacted with were rude and unprofessional especially the lady on the counter. Their responses were dismissive, especially when questioned about the high cost. There was a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. I strongly advise against using their services. Save your money and time. definitely not recommended.

First time there and I will be making this my go to for oil changes and other services. On line appointment request is easy to navigate, the check in quick and efficient, the front room and waiting area is clean and well kept.Service was quick but not rushed, they installed a wiper blade even though I had not purchased it there. And Mike and Adam were both polite, professional and informative.Great impressions were made on my first visit to the facility. .

Had to get expensive repairs done, and the mechanics laid out what was needed and the costs before they worked on my car. Was nice to have that transparency, especially when they didn t need to and could have just slapped me with a bill at the end. 10/10 don t want to have to go back, but when I need to I will

Immediate service. , staff was very friendly and address my tire issue quickly and got me back not the Road, Jeff was kind of enough to remain in touch to see how my vehicle was doing . Highly recommended

Chris and the guys are always kind and caring. Been going there for awhile now because I trust them. Update: fast forward to 2/19/24. Chis is not at this location and it is terrible. Rude front desk. Actually heard her yelling across the room at a customer while he was on the phone that his car was 20 years old after she heard him complaining they had not fixed it the first time. The place is filthy. Bathrooms are dirty. Her behavior alone is enough to make me not return. I was there 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. And you better believe I also told my friends to not go there again after today s experience. Such a shame. I have trusted Chris with my vehicle care over 8 years. Midas is not the same. I recommend you not go there.

They were able to work with me and my schedule as far as when I could come and drop off my work vehicle and get the brakes done / I had to stay while they worked on the van so I brought a good amount of work to keep me busy while I worked. Interestingly though I only got a small portion of my work done because they got to my van and completed it so fast! , I can t say I am at all mad about that! Great job!

Service 10/10Parts/Labor 10/10Thank you to the Midas team for being fast and efficient on my car but also making sure they take their time and do everything right! Huge shoutout to Chris!! I came in Tuesday having the worst day and he s made my entire week come yesterday! I will be back again and I love being a consumer to the Midas family!

Arrived for my 10:30 appt. Pulled truck in at 10:42 and started "inspecting". Finally pulled cover off before lifting at 11:00 to inform me they couldn't perform requested service due to leak. 40 min for what could have been done in 10.

Always a great group to have your car worked on.They are honest sincere and don't try to take your money for things that don't need to be done.Every one I have dealt with has been really good at keeping me updated on things and the costs. Thank You again for your hard work

I came in for vibrations my car was having and they recommended new tires. I was skeptical that tires were the problem, but they ended up fixing the problem really well and now my car feels great.I also had/chose the wrong tires at first, but they were very accommodating and helped resolve the issue without any hassle. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Very thorough in checking my car engine over even though I just came in to get an exhaust repair. The price I was quoted for service that I received was very competitive and the quality of the work was good and done in timely manner. Well, I was having a problem with my water temperature gauge, so I called Midas to schedule an appt. Fortunately, they were able to get me in the next day at 10:00am. Went in for an $50 oil change and was given a statement for over 1000 bucks for various problems they "found" with my car. Then when I told them no, I only wanted the service I asked for, they became agitated and condescending. Some the issues they told me I had, I knew were lies such as piling up garbage onto my air and cabin filters like insulation stuffing from furniture and various nut shells. There are no nut bearing plants anywhere near where I live, so I'm curious where they came from, or if they were just trying to play me for a fool. But it looked like years of build-up on lying on top (not imbedded in the grooves, just piled on top) of the filters, and I know they'd both been changed within the last year. I would not recommend going here. They've become crooks since Midas took over.

Chris and the gang at Midas of Avon know the meaning of service. Chris is always willing to anwser questions to take care of the right stuff on your vehicle. The rest of the gang carries out the high qualitt work in a timely fashion to get you back on the road in no time. -Trent
