Amazing job diagnosing the problem with my tires and alignment. Been to 3 other places - no one else could help or diagnose. I m so grateful for this crew! They are very helpful and have great prices!

Usually, I have a great experience with this Midas location. The staff are friendly, straight forward, and don t try to add on extra unnecessary repairs. My last experience, however, was disappointing. I went in for routine maintenance, as well as an issue with my tire pressure and a high pitched squealing noise my car would start to make after driving for 10 to 15 minutes. I don t know much about cars, so I thought it could be an issue with the steering but I wasn t sure. I even showed the mechanic videos of the noise my car would make to prove something was wrong. I was told twice that the mechanics didn t notice the sound it was making and that the tires just didn t have enough air. I asked they test the car again because I was concerned they just didn t drive it enough for the sound to start. Again, I was told nothing was wrong. They said the steering was fine, the brakes looked fine, the tires looked fine. They just said to come back if nothing changed.Within 24 hours after getting my car back, the tire pressure light came back on AND the squealing sound has only gotten worse. It usually goes away when I hit the brakes, so now I m thinking that s the issue, but why would they tell me they checked the brakes and everything looked fine? It makes me think they either A - never actually checked to see what the issue was, or B - they did notice an issue, but decided not to do anything about it. Regardless, I m going to be taking my car back to a different location because I do still enjoy Midas pricing and options but I don t trust the mechanics ability to find and resolve the issues with my car after this experience.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A couple weeks later the engine comfort underneath came off as I m driving and only one screw was holding it on and bent it pretty bad. I called and talk to the manager and said there s really nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed, in the manager was very unprofessional .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went in to get an oil change and some lube on my back brakes. The whole time they talked about being honest and that I shouldn t let friends work on my car. They tell me my front wheel hub needs to be replaced, costing $1200. When I leave my car is now making a horrible noise it wasn t making before coming in. I take it somewhere else for a second opinion and they see my front wheel wasn t put back on all the way and my wheel hub is perfectly fine. Will never go back to this Midas.Services: Brakes, Oil change

In May of 2022 - I found their manager was in a bad mood. I received poor service. Was quoted just under $1k for a brake job on a Honda - this pricing was higher than the dealership. I think I'd rather go elsewhere now. My brakes were changed by another mechanic for half the price Midas quoted. In 2021 they provided very good service. The oil change service was quick and you need an appointment for service.

Came in because my starter went bad in the jeep I bought two months ago. They let me bring the new part in and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Jacob was super helpful and went out of his way for every customer that walked through the doors while I was waiting. Next morning I tried starting my car and turned out my catalytic converter, o2 sensor, and transmission fuel line was stolen overnight. Getting it fixed at another Midas location where my friend works. My luck is awful with cars but I appreciated the service that was provided here! And I apologize to Brandon and John for the stressed out phone call the next morning before I knew what was going on.

I had to use this shop unexpectedly the other week due to a sudden noise and was a little worried since it was not my usual place I take my vehicle. I was very impressed with how quickly my vehicle was taken care of ! I had several questions and the staff answered thoroughly! I may have found a new shop to start taking my family car to!

We came in on short notice before close time with a very serious issue. Kyle and Scooby immediately got to work to get us back on the road. They went above and beyond, and their professionalism and kindness are truly a rare quality in today's world. I will be a return customer and encourage anyone who needs work done to come see these fine folks.

I don't understand that when I ask to replace my brake pads that I have to pay for a "brake inspection " on top of parts and labor. $170 turned into $500. Not acceptable.

My engine was overheating this morning on my way to work, so I pulled over to the first shop I saw. I could not be happier with the service I received. I'm from out of town and had gotten a coolant flush over the weekend. Well, that person accidentally failed to screw the radiator cap on tightly, so I lost coolant while driving. Midas quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue in less than 30 minutes. If I lived here, I would come back in a second - these guys are wonderful.

Let me tell you a little about my experience at this particular Midas. Hopefully after you read this you'll go somewhere that employs competent mechanics.I showed up to Midas at about 7:30 one Friday morning. My car was burning oil so I took it in to find the leak and get the problem fixed. I first handed over my keys and was told that the guy servicing my vehicle would take it for "a drive around the block" to see if he could smell the smell and determine whether the smell was indeed oil.About 15 minutes later I look outside and see that the guy STILL had not returned with my vehicle. I grew impatient and even asked the front desk guy if he went to pick up groceries.Soon after he arrived, they popped the hood and determined that I had an oil gasket leak. I was informed that the part wasn't in stock but that they could get it "in just a few minutes". I then waited in the lobby for my car to be repaired.A little less than an hour had passed when I inquired about the status of my vehicle and was informed that they hadn't even acquired the new gasket! By this time I was livid but didn't show it because I didn't want them to purposely do something harmful to my vehicle. Only for them to do so inadvertently!I waited in the lobby for another two hours (yes, three hours to change a gasket) and finally my vehicle has been parked out front for me. So I went to the front desk, made my payment and retrieved my keys. I opened the door and start my vehicle only to discover that starting it was not the same as before! Upon turning the key, rather than the engine turning over immediately it took about 2-3 seconds before finally turning over.I went inside to talk to the clerk, then they took my vehicle back inside and looked at it for a few minutes. After coming up with what was either a lie or a severe lack or misunderstanding on their part, they returned to me. I was told that some oil had been spilled onto my spark plugs while changing the gasket but not to worry as it will "burn off" shortly and it should start normally soon.It has been three weeks now and my car still doesn't start properly. I'll have to change the spark plugs myself. I'm kicking myself for not having them replace them for me, but I was anxious to leave and start my five hour drive home. All in all I wouldn't recommend this shop to ANYONE! The guy who worked on my car couldn't change a gasket properly. How could he be trusted to do anything that requires more skill? I suggest if you need work done on your automobile to keep driving. Unlike the hand of Midas, what they touch most certainly doesn't turn to gold.

I prepped my wife on what to say and do when going to a car shop, including avoiding any upsales, and they still managed to charge her $50 for an OIL CHANGE. She even used a coupon for a $25 conventional oil change with a tire rotation - so there is no chance they didn't know what she wanted. She told them she didn't ask for that, and they said too bad, it's done. I'm disappointed in the way they do business, will never go there again, and advise everybody to avoid this shop.

They said they drove my car twice and found nothing wrong when I took in for overheating. I drove it home and it was smoking. Took to Belle Tires, was smoking and they fixed right away for couple hundred dollars. No more MIDAS

I think this location was pretty honest about the service. Every mechanics is always going to try to sell, but as long as you know what you need, you can definitely decline the unnecessary service. I did and they were not being pushy about it - compared to Midas in Carmel area when i went in 2018.

We went to Midas to get our brakes fixed a few months ago. Everything seemed fine when we dropped the car off. When we went to pick it up, we were told to pay a price more than $200 dollars over what we were quoted. Apparently there was a miscommunication with the manager, but instead of making it right, the employee threatened to dig old brakes out of the garbage and put them on our car if we did not pay the full amount. After driving away, we noticed the brakes were sounding worse than before. We took the car to another shop and learned the brakes Midas had put on were not even installed correctly and could have failed at any time! When we called the manager with these concerns, he was unapologetic and lied about our initial quote. Bad service and even worse car repair, avoid if at all possible!

Good customer services. They do a good job. The problem is their parts supplier. I requested a new A/C compressor and their supplier was selling it for over $800.00. Plus the cost additional items. I was however, able to get the same part online for $170. I beleive that is how these brick and motor stores are going out of business.

We heard a scraping sound coming from our car, had no idea what it was and stopped here on Saturday. They were so helpful, told us it was just a loose screw under our bumper causing the undercarriage to drag. They tightened the screw and didn't charge us!! That is how you ensure a repeat customer! Next time we need anything done, we're definitely coming here.(We first tried the CarX down the road and they were rude, wouldn't even look at the car, and told us they were closing soon...at 3:20--in spite of 4 dudes standing around behind the desk!) Go Midas!

Stay away from Keystone location. Charge you for service they never perform. Manager never honor appointment times because he never look at them. Beware of shop charges they make them up as they go and when you ask the manager told me if he told me every shop charge it would be hundreds... that's why they don't pay. I sit for 6 hours to see angry customers storm out cause either service was not complete as promised. Please stay away from Keystone store. Thank me later.....

I had some minor problem with my car, I hear rattling noise when its Idle. So I took it to Midas and they diagnosed it for free and they even showed me where the problem (some loose part hanging below engine) they let me in their workshop. Put some clamps to it and done. Charged me reasonable price and happy with the service.

I had a great experience with Midas today. The customer service (Marshall) was excellent, my car is running very well, and I am more inclined to use this company again. Their diagnostics were right on point, and the car is running great. Thanks!

First off don't let this place quote you. I had a bleeder screw that was stripped and this place wanted to replace the whole caliper. Have you people ever heard of an easy out or bolt extractor. The only reason i didn't want to do the job myself is that its 0 degrees outside. You should be ashamed to call yourself technicians or mechanics, Be vary weary of this place they will charge you insanely high prices and quote you on things that you don't need fixed....

This location has some questionable customer service! I had the 1st of 2 catalytic converters replaced on my truck in September. Trying to coordinate this with John, the ASSISTANT MANAGER, had its challenges. He said he would call me to let me know that my custom-made converter would be in 3 days; 5 days later, I had to call him to ask the status and only then did he informed me that it would take another week! After the converter arrived, and was replaced, not only (again!) did I have to call John to find out if it was fixed, I still had issues with the engine light coming on. So, the worker that replaced the converter, scobee, strung it out over 2 months, telling me to come in week after week, telling me to try different things to stop the light from coming on, which didn't work. And, as you would imagine, he told me to replace the 2nd converter...So, I asked John for info about it and he said he would call me (he didn't). Only after I walked in, HE LIED, SAYING HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME to inform me that I HAD NOT 2, BUT 3 CONVERTERS (and produced a diagram of the entire exhaust system) AND HE COULDN'T FIND IT WITH HIS SUPPLIERS!?!? THE REASON WHY WAS THAT MY TRUCK HAD 2 CONVERTERS AND HE SHOWED ME A MUFFLER, CALLING IT A "CONVERTER"...I talked to scobee, who showed himself not to be trustworthy, said he would go talk to John; he walked into the garage area and stood there for moment and walked back out, saying John "said" I told him I needed a rear converter (RIGHT!) and that it was a miscommunication on my part... (WHAT IN THE H*** ARE THESE GUYS TALKING ABOUT!?!) So, this location DIDN'T WANT MORE OF MY MONEY AND GLAD I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Midas fixed pretty much all issues going on with the car. I already knew what was going on before I had the car towed up there. They didn't charge any extras and also gave me the military discount.
