Went in for an oil change on a Saturday and to my surprise they were able to pull the car in while checking in (no waiting, no customers). Kevin and RS were both great, Kevin has good customer service skills and RS is efficient and quick. I was sent an inspection invoice that pointed out reasons to come back. Was offered a $10off coupon for that days service, I didn't however received tire rotation or fluids topped off perhaps I had to ask even though it's advertised as part of the oil change...

I walked out feeling valued as a customer. Christian the advisor there was professional and the guys in the garage love what they do. It shows when you re waiting for your car to be serviced. Very great experience and I feel very confident with all the new knowledge I have about my rotors and pads and serpentine belt. Christian valued my time by updating me through each phase of the process. Any questions I had he answered and provided additional info to help me understand the urgencies behind certain repairs/replacements.

I know this is a long a long review, but I want people to know how good this place is so please read it. If you're ever in a real tough spot with your car, then this is the shop you take it to. My starter broke down RIGHT before I was trying to leave the state to head back home. I was already financially challenged so I couldn't really afford to put anymore money into my car, especially since I was staying in a hotel. I brought my car to Meineke, told the customer service representative my situation, and they hooked! Me! Up! The guy at the counter was very considerate! Even though my car was a nightmare for them to work on, they gave me the best discounts they could so I could afford to get it fixed! When they weren't able to get it done within the same day, they gave me a lyft to my hotel AND back to the shop to pick up my car! They worked hard on it for HOURS, even way past the stores closing time! Again, if you're ever in a tough situation with your car, then take it here and they will take care of you.

Stopped in for an oil change and wow was I surprised. I got an oil change and a complete inspection of my car including tire rotation. They even gave a discount for retired military. The service manager was very polite and knowledgable and told me everything that my car needed however he never pressured me to have more done than I needed. Great job Meineke!!

It was a great experience. I love this place. My 2nd visit. I like receiving the printout regarding the overall issues of car. Front desk employees were very polite also. Sitting area clean and water was offered for free. Will go again.

Took my dragging muffler off and charged me $80. When I said I could have done that myself, they told me they could put the damaged part back on. Said they were saving me money. Staff was otherwise friendly. Just feel jipped. Took them 5 minutes.

When I need work done this is where I go.I have a 2005 jeep liberty that I purchased brand new and has been a great vehicle, things are starting to wear out.Whether my appointment is a scheduled appointment or an emergency visit these guys always get the job done.Sometimes I feel they're a bit high in pricing, however I feel confident in the work they do in making me feel safe on the road in my jeep.I've went other places before and been dissatisfied and disappointed, having to return my car and have work completed.So knowing that the guys at Meineke do the job correctly the 1st time is a huge bonus !I've been a customer for about 4 years and am happy with the service I received, the clear communication, their honesty and concern for me and my vehicle.Thank you to Meineke team !!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE went in for brake flush and they gave me my car without any brake fluid.Called them back and they just put an excuse that I had a major leak which isn't true.

I went for a change of oil and filter. This is a rental through Hertz and by the Lyft program.And as soon as I came in I saw the two front desk associates busy talking, so I waited.After 5 minutes of hearing personal conversations, one of them said "what can I do for you", and I told him what I needed and the status of the car and rental information.He said, you will need to leave your car and we will call you if it gets approved by hertz, not to mention that he didn't gave me a chance to tell him I had the voucher approved already by Hertz.I ask him for how long you will need the car here.He said from 1 hour to 4 hours. We don't know for sure.And I told him, I won't leave the car for that long just to see if it gets approved, when it was already approved.I left, because clearly they don't know what they are doing.I went to Pepboys and they took care of it in an hour.Not coming back to Meineke.

They did a good job but I had to reset several things because they were looking for a way to reset the mileage after the oil change and Subaru doesn't have a reset option.

Went in for a minor vibration and ended up needing more work done than expected. Why do auto shops mark up parts so much? Something I can buy for $120, they charge $300! Still have a slight vibration.

Good guys that mean well just slightly overcharged on the labor. I honestly believe that it could have been cheaper but they got my truck fixed within 2 days. I did have to bring it back for the same issue but they fixed the problem with no charge. Good mechanics, just a little pricey on parts and labor.

New manager is great. Only problem is they did not rotate tires the last few oil changes as included causing my front tires to wear down faster than the back tires now requiring me to buy new front tires.

The manager Kevin is always very helpful and always has answers for whatever question I m asking. He got my daughters car in the last minute and I got an appointment the same day that is rare these days.

The manager (Schuyler) was very friendly and accommodating even though it was very last minute due to a tire blow out at 4:30 am that morning. The estimate to fix my son's car was very expensive. When we went to pick up the car they charged $157.00 for absolutely nothing. I will not go back to this place again. The only good thing was the communication was clear and you were able to stay in the loop of what was going on with the process.

No good communication, didn t fix the problem again, to many different workers, paid 2,47.000 bucks for nothing, car only ran for two days , now it s parked. If you can t work on certain cars let us know, ripping customers off . People need to know about this bad place, an not take there cars here #%#&@.

The manager was professional, perceptive, and helpful. The servicing was done effectively, and efficiently. Meineke head charge the air conditioning system and change the filter in the spring, then it had repaired a system leak in June. This time the leak was clearly in the compressor which had to be replaced, but the portions of the repair that read on previous efforts were under guarantee. The guarantee was honored without my needing to bring the matter up. I have been dealing with this Meinecke shop for three years now, and will continue to do so so long as I can.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

WORSE EXPERIENCE! Went Friday morning for an Oil Change, now my car isn t driving right! I need a whole new rack & pinion!!! A $55 dollar oil change just costed me $500+

I appreciate all they have done for me and they are good what they do. They are an excellent team and they help you with all your Car Care needs. I definitely would recommend them for any work that needs to be done on your vehicle. I've never had a problem with them and they are very easy to talk to. Great management and great staff. Jesus the manager is phenomenal and knows what he is doing. He is very understanding and doesn't rip u off or overcharge you. He understood my problem and got it fixed in a timely manner. He sure is good at what he does and I will definitely be coming back.Services: Auto brake replacement, Oil change
