Very nice and friendly! Got me in at my appt time. Informed me of work I need done and wasn t pressuring me to do it right there. Which is appreciated but my follow up work I will look to go back to this location to get it fixed. Thanks for a great oil change and experience

Took some time for me to actually write this review because i was trying to be completely sure they were incorrect. Sometime last year i had brought a vehicle i had recently purchased to this location to see what exactly was wrong with it. I gave them a brief break down on what it could possibly be but told them i was very unsure being that i had just gotten it.I had asked them to do a compression test on the vehicle to make sure the engine wasn t blow before i went to throwing money at it ( they did not do a compression test). In fact they called me back roughly 20 mins later and told me his tech started the vehicle up and ran the codes and everything is pointing to a blown engine. I then ask hey did you do a compression test which he replied no. Which made me a bit upset because that was the main thing i wanted because i can run the codes and start it up myself.They didn t even move my vehicle into the shop it sat right where the tow truck dropped it. He told me he wouldn t charge me for taking a look at the vehicle which i assume is because he did the bare minimum of what i asked. Not only did he waste my time he wasted my money on getting ittowed there and getting it towed back.With me not being satisfied with their answer i started to look into the vehicle myself and found that i only needed a few sensors and a intake manifold which only costed me $500 in parts and my own labor WAAAAAAY cheaper than the new engine they told me i would need in order for it to run again. Very disappointed in the lack of effort they put forth to make sure they diagnosed my vehicle correctly. I ve been to this shop plenty of times before when Shane ran the location and had great experiences , once Shane left i feel the store has went down hill. I will not be returning to this location.

This shop is the best they always provide excellent service and is more affordable than the dealership,I will always recommend them to people I have been a customer for quite a few years and have never been disappointed.

I was at the Indianapolis location # 1592 for an oil change today 10/30/2023 at 3:37 PM. While my vehicle was being worked on, Mark. the service writer, informed me of my bill for $24.53 (I supplied my own and filter because I wanted to use motor craft.) I told him I left my wallet in the truck and needed to go grab it. The vehicle was still in the shop in a service bay. This was at 5:23 PM. I went into the shop to get my wallet from my center console. In my center console I had $220.00 in cash, but my wallet was in my duffle bag on the front seat. I closed the center console leaving the $220.00 cash in there, grabbed my wallet from the duffle bag to pay with my credit card. I proceeded to pay the bill in the office. The technician pulled my vehicle around and apologized for taking so long because they could not figure out how to reset my oil light but he finally figured it out. When I entered my vehicle to leave, I checked my center console as I was pulling away and noticed that all of the cash was missing. I turned around immediately and called the store to inform them that I was coming back. When I arrived, the service writer said that the technician did not take the money and that the technician was the only one in my vehicle. I told the service writer that it was there when I went to grab my wallet to pay. He continued to mention that they did not take the money. He did not even offer to ask the technician while I was there if he took the money. At that point I walked over to the glass door leading to the shop. The only technician in the shop was Wendell, the tech that worked on my vehicle. Apparently, Mark, the service writer, already asked Wendell if he took the money. When I opened the door, I confronted Wendell about the money. He proceeded to say that he did not take the money. He mentioned that he already texted the owner of the franchise and stated that a customer mentioned he had money missing from his vehicle. Wendell continued to justify that he had no reason to take the money, swearing on everything. He kept mentioning that I must have lost it somewhere else. I told Wendell that when I went to grab my wallet while my truck was in the shop, the cash was in the center console. Now it is gone. This was the last place I saw the cash. I saw it in the center console when I went to grab my wallet. I feel like this store is covering up the theft of my $220.00 in cash. I do not feel that my concerns were handled properly. I would greatly appreciate someone from Meineke corporate reaching out to me to help resolve this issue.

Service was good, they inspected my car, took pictures and were sent to me. Only thing I disliked is their prices, $85 for an oil change is too much, along with their tire patches was told they charge $54.99 (So I drove down the road and was charged $25 total for two patches) and not to mention Meineke didn t add air in my tire when they said they did, tire light came on right away as I drove off

Very professional and polite, told them that I needed my front brakes replaced and they went ahead and did a full diagnostic for me as well. They also gave me an estimate on services they knew I needed as well as ones they suggested, but never once did they try to pressure me into anything I didn t want done with my vehicle, I just made my choices and they completed the work. There was even an issue where a supplier brought the wrong parts and they made sure to keep me updated and informed on what was going on and also reassured me that there was not a more serious issue it was just them waiting for the correct parts. I would definitely recommend this shop to others!Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

The guys are really nice and took care of my car. They didn't tell me that I needed more work and that was disappointing. Now I have to go back to see what the cost is going to be. See the pictures that they took on my file.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. My car was towed to Meineke after I hit a pothole. I needed a new tire and rim. When I went to pick up my car the cover was missing from my rim. I asked the Meineke employee where's my cover he said it must have fallen off when it was towed. I told him no it was there when I left. I then asked him for the picture he took of the rim before I left. When he noticed it was there he said he would replace it. A week later I show up to have the new cover put on and it wasn't there and neither was he. The next thing is my sensor light and engine light came on my car was missing and cutting off. I contact the employee again and told him my car is running horrible. He said I needed to have Cadillac reset the sensor. I asked him why wasn't I told this when I picked up the car. He said some Cadillacs reset themselves after running. I didn't believe that. I took my car to Cadillac explain what happened when they raised my hood myself and the technician notice the cap was missing off the brake fluid it was off to the side so the brake fluid reservoir have been exposed for a week. After Cadillac checked out my car the wrong SL sensor was put on my car. I had to have the brake fluid changed to make sure it was clean. My car was missing because Meineke did not connect a hose after they got done doing their inspection. Cadillac connected the hose at no charge. The other work cost me an additional $376.00 I know Meineke is not known for tires and normally I wouldn't have taken my car there but since it was a Saturday that was the only place close that my car could be towed to. I did ask to have the district manager contact me. And he has not. I will never take my car to Meineke for anything again. This Meineke is in Plainfield off Washington Street. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I have to in order to post this review. D Dunlap

Usually go here for oil changes, but this time went for a tuneup as well. Great communication, considered my needs, demonstrated great knowledge regarding my requests, and worked with me to the best of their ability. What more can you ask?

Fine service but hard sell on additional services including a radiator flush as my antifreeze was low, including informing us that just adding fluid could cause bubbles leading to over heating. Seriosly

The experience was awful.The oil change required was not reset & it caused me to drive back from my home to reset it. The guy in the front office didn't even say sorry about their mistake.They also messed up with my sound system.This branch doesn't worth a single star.

Very disappointing service. Diagnosed with one issue. Paid $750 for the repair only to find out it didn t fix the problem. Then told it would be another $850 to fix the problem. I declined the service and had it looked at somewhere else. The new location informed me that it was not put back together properly and parts were missing and detached (see picture with missing mounting bracket). Avoid this place at all costs.Service: Engine repair

This isn t how to get experience. I called on Saturday and asked for an appointment on Monday to have my electrical system checked out. They told me to be there at eight no one showed up To open the door until about 830. Then I Waited for a long time just for them to come back and tell me they didn t have the proper equipment to test the system correctly. I was very disappointed.

They quoted us 1700 on the exhaust and we got it done at Ralph's muffler for 600,..and they had the parts on hand. They was trying to highway rob us, we will not go back...

I went for a routine oil change for 19.95 with a coupon only to find out the coupon was not accepted and the oil change for my 2021 Chevy Malibu was 69.95. Also the Serviceman alerted me about needing to change my engine air filter and my need to add fuel injection cleaner to my fuel line, but did not alert me about my check engine light which was on and even continued to be on 3 day later!. Overall, the car service was OK, but the customer service left me unsatified.

Really helpful staff. Did a great job with doing what was needed to get my Nissan Frontier running again. I definitely recommend this shop as a place for auto/truck service and maintenance.

Great experience but the special price of oil change $19.95 did not reflect on final bill which was 32.50. If you going to run a special than it needs to be right.

I took my daughters car to them to fix seized wheel lug nuts. While it was there, I also asked them to change the oil and 'look it over'. Lug nut problem fixed. Oil and filter changed. They did the work at double the price. $785 for a Honda Alternator, that pretty much tells the story. Lesson learned, the car dealer may not necessarily be more expensive, and, if you are needing to take the car to Meineke for repairs, it my be time to get rid of the car.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I took my noisy old truck in at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Mark and his crew gave me an estimate on new catalytic converter and exhaust manifold. They were able to get parts, and get the labor done 8n just a couple of hours had my truck back same day. AWESOME JOB MARK AND CREW !Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Asked them to change the oil and look the car over before a road trip. Van has 70K miles and was in need of brakes all around. They were quick and returned the car to me the same day. I believe the labor costs were reasonable. Part costs were in-line with my research.
