Good price-bad customer serviceI walked into the front office to check in and greeted Mark by saying good morning He proceeded to say be with you in a moment He seemed frustrated but I knew I had an online appointment for 9:00am and I was just a bit early. He decided to help me and kinda rushed me off to the seating area and stated coffee is on the wall, water is in the fridge . Shortly, a white gentleman came in without an appointment and said good morning Mark eagerly stated Good morning sir . This was not a mistake or just him not hearing me. His lack of care for African American customers really broke the morale of the business down and made a rather pleasant day, not so pleasant for me. I hope I do know have to encounter him again, as I do not feel welcomed

I ve gone to meineke for years for my oil changes and recently for a new tire because mine blew out. They got me in quick & got everything fixed within 8 hours. Definitely recommend them!

These guys are great! I took my car in for a timing belt replacement, general inspection and service. They offered me a courtesy car when the repair was taking longer than anticipated due to adding brake work done. They also delivered my car upon completion which was a huge help considering my work schedule wouldn't allow for me to pick it up until the following week. Great communication, great team. Was able to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation same day for my 2016 Lexus. My service advisor Brad was very professional and did not do any high pressure selling. The technician T.B. performed a 35 point inspection and send me photo documentation of everything he checked...it was awesome! In and out in an hour and all for a great price! Will definitely bring my car here every time I need any service on it.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Long story short, I paid almost $2k for services that should ve been caught during the several times I ve been in the store for maintenance and I N S P E C T I O N. After I paid the bill, I walk out to my car and it doesn t start. The tech comes out, pops the hood and starts me up, no problem. I drive home, park the car, all is well, right? WRONG! Why did I go to my car the next evening and it didn t start? It s Saturday evening, the shop is closed and doesn t open until Monday, so what am I supposed to do? You mean to tell me that I paid $2k for services that could ve been caught during general vehicle inspections that I requested, not only has the car not started once but twice, and I have to be inconvenienced and wait until Monday to have it towed and seen about again?! Meineke you will refund me all of my money for services unrelated to the engine misfire and for my inconvenience. Once you correct that mistake, I will be sure to never spend my money with Meinke again. This is the 3rd location in Indianapolis I ve tried. The first location I visited fixed my starter during my first WINTER in Indy. I got my car back and the heat didn t work. I just received a whoops from the technician.Count your days Meineke

I went for a noise in my front end and they said I need front struts. $1800 later I got them done & the noise was still there. They said it was something else was wrong. After saving some money I went somewhere else & they said it was my struts again. I called Meineke & of course it was 3 days too late (1 year warranty) so I had to pay again. The new mechanic said they were defective or improperly installed. I was stuck paying twice when they should of found the issue when I went back. Watch out!!

Frustrating and unfair. Came in for oil change, asked to have piece of protective plastic dragging from under car removed. Had made an appointment at 8:00 am in order to get in and out almost 2 hours later I leave and plastic is still on. I was told I could leave my car fir two more hours! He could easily have had someone go into parking lit snd remove it and didn t. Won t return.

Brad and his team are the mechanics I've been looking for since moving to Indy in 2019! Straightforward and respectful, especially if you're a woman coming in alone. Brake lines went out on my truck and these folks fixed them quickly, as well as let me know of a broken shock and a few other items that needed attention. No high-pressure sale - just let me know my options.Really like their online via text/email notifications; as well as speaking with them on the phone. Very nice folks.

I have previously used this Meineke at Madison Ave, it was under a different manager then, they helped with oil changes and tire rotations, brakes. All was well. This time my Jeep was towed in. Wednesday night around 11:45 pm. Spoke on Thursday morning,said they would confirm issue with diagnostics. Spoke Thursday pm said it would take 7 hours to fix. (Some would say this is a gross exaggeration it should be 2-6 hours.) Fine, knew that mine was a tow and they probably had a busy schedule that I would need to be squeezed into. But when I get a text Friday afternoon at 3:44 to say "Things are going great on the jeep! It won't be completed until tmrw afternoon". If it takes 7 hours and it has already been there 2 days and it is going to take a third. I have a problem with that. If it is that the job takes 7 hours, but it will not be worked on continuously then that should be communicated to the customer. I was without the car for three days, I work, and it requires me being able to drive. This cost me a lot in time and money to try and complete my responsibilities and there was not shred of remorse or apology from Brad the manager. He just kept saying "I said the work takes 7 hours." This is awful customer service with no thought to the impact on the paying customer, who, incidentally, is expected to pay everything in full despite the poor attitude. Hugely disappointing. This only has one star because I couldn't post it without at least one. This had better prove to be a job well done, or there will be repercussions.

Nothing but positive things to say about this location. Brad (the guy at the counter) was not only very professional but also very friendly and welcoming. Drop my vehicle off at 5:30pm and less than 48 hours later everything was finished! Great work!!

I took my vehicle in on Saturday. I loved the email work estimate they send. Give you the needed work and options to accept or deny. Absolutely no pressure. Brad was very kind. Fast work. Being from Kentucky broke down in Indy, I would say the costumer service was amazing. On the other hand I only made it to Bloomington before being stuck on the side of the road again.

I will never use any Meineke ever again. Techs failed to properly secure oxygen sensors after removing to replace catalytic converter. This caused the sensors to melt and cost me over $1,100 in repairs at another mechanic. I was treated extremely rudely when attempting to let Meineke make up for their tremendous failure. An employee told me he would contact me about fixing the situation after speaking to their boss, but not surprisingly, I have been utterly ignored and dismissed since.UPDATE: After posting online reviews, a local Meineke representative reached out, but did not offer compensation beyond a free oil change that I rejected due to not trusting the company. They also heavily implied I was lying.UPDATE 2: Corporate replied to feedback I submitted on the official company website, but offered no solution to the issue.UPDATE 3: Regarding the "response from the owner" below, I have no desire to reach back out to Meineke after the local employee I spoke to in person mocked me and did not contact me like he said he would over two weeks ago; local representative Zach Parker also reached out by phone, implied I was lying and was not helpful. I only want to hear from Meineke if you are offering to reimburse for the work I had done to fix your atrocious mistakes on top of the inexcusable treatment I received.

I went for a basic oil changed and was informed that this will be the last one they'll do for me. Why? I was told by the manager Mark, that corporate said I don't buy any other of their products or services! I'm shocked they would tell a 20 year plus customer this.

Needed a professional mechanic opinion on my car this afternoon and without hesitation the mechanic came out for an inspection and checked it out and then brought Chris A. out to it and didn't want to charge me for something that wasn't going to help. The time taken was much appreciated and was handled 100% professionally. I brought my car here for an oil change not long ago and not only was it quick service but also noted things about my car with pictures and video. Never before happened at Firestone, no matter how much I'd ask for some kind of proof it wasn't ever documented this way. Thanks for great business. Money well spent.

This place proved they are trustworthy.My car was making weird noises in the wheel after a brake job driving from Chicago to Louisville. Went here based on name and reviews and told them I had a recent brake job and might be that. Got a rental and continued on to Louisville. They told me they would call/text me with an estimate.Got a call next day saying it was ready. I asked "what about the estimate?". They replied "It was loose lug nuts...already done"I picked up the car with no charge. They said they also double checked the brakes to make sure it was safe.I appreciate a business with integrity and honesty. They could have taken me for a ride...I was both out of town and from out of town, the car couldn't be moved, and I suggested brake issues. Instead they did the right thing.

My first time at this address, but I've had my car serviced with this company many times, but this spot was a new one for me, it is very close to my home, so it has become my go to place for my oil changes, I did wait a little longer then expected, with a appointment made, I'll give one more time to see if it goes faster, because 1 1/2 hours for oil change is a little too much, that's the longest time I've ever waited for a oil, I had to pre schedule for this simple oil change

They did Rotors, shocks, suspension, and all that goes with that. My vehicle is running smoother and feeling great on the rode.
