These guys are the best! We bring both our cars here on the regular. I've been going to them for close to five years now and I trust them, appreciate them and really can't sing their praises enough. They have always been great with me, fair prices, honesty, and the guys in the front office are always nice and informative.I would be willing to bet money that those who have left bad reviews about this shop are people who neglect their cars. The best thing you can do for your car is to get your regular oil changes, let Meineke do a free inspection and keep up with the maintenance needs when they catch them early for you. Waiting and ignoring regular oil changes and maintenance will cost you a lot more than taking it in regularly for the basics.I'm so glad I found them when I moved here. Top notch!

About a week and a half ago I developed a nasty flat tire on the highway. When I realized what was going on, I exited the highway and turned into the first parking lot that I found, which happened to be this one. As a woman who doesn t know much about cars I could see the tire was destroyed. I went to talk to the guys in the shop and they came right out to help me with it. Mike and Cole and the men working with them were absolute angels. They stopped what they were doing to switch the flat tire in the front wheel with one of the back tires, and then put the donut on. They worked quickly to get it done because I mentioned that I was heading somewhere important. These men were amazing. And they pointed me in the direction of the nearest tire shop to get the tire replaced be they didn t have the one I needed. I figured I would have to compensate them for their service, but they didn t charge me for anything and declined my offer. I experienced wonderful, genuine, caring people at this shop.

Help women with their repair needs not try to over charge them. Thank GOD I got the repairs I need at an affordable cost without going through your finance process again. Unfortunately I put my trust is you guy's again and was disappointed. My breaks now stop on a dime, no more grinding sound. At the low price of $476. when you all wanted to charge me over $1000 dollars. They fixed what I needed which was an immediate need for my front breaks and told me I have some time yet to get my back breaks fixed unlike you guys told me. Really happy that they welded the hole in truck you all found for a little of nothing. Would have been again scared of what you all would have quoted me for that repair. Also they completed the break flush you all said I needed for the total price of $476. Women need your help and honesty, not be overcharged PLEASE!!!

I appreciate the service and the knowledge of Andrew. The service was fast in a timely matter. The mechanic was nice and greeted me when I walk in and the place was very clean as well...5 stars

I took my car to this place and asked them to check it out. I noticed that they were way understaffed and was hesitant. My husband said they worked on his car. They messed up my AC unit when my car was overheating and I called the same day. They asked if I could bring it back later since they were understaffed and then said bring it back later again. They never fixed my car and felt entitled to my money.

I was very pleased with the service. I was able to make an appointment to service the car. During the check, we were made aware of the need for new brake pads. We had that done, along with an oil change and a check on our back lights. We were out in no time and back on the road.

Car is still stuttering, which may be the further diagnosis they suggested. I turned down a coolant systems check to see if there was a leak but I was under the impression they would still top off the coolant as it was part of my oil change package. I understand not everything they suggested was approved and do plan on returning. I'm mostly confused about why they didn't refill the coolant.

It was my first time to come to this shop. The service advisor Demetrius was very helpful. They were able to attend to the car immediately and gave me feedback right away. All in all i can say Meineke did a good job.

So this my first bad experience with Meineke! They said I needed this and that to get my car running sent an invoice for three bands towed to another shop and it s two wires that they purposely cut and a sensor or two! I m livid that a woman comes in and you tell her anything! But thankfully I had the funds to tow car to another shop and get the honest work done! Pendleton Pike location only one of them were certified to be even working on cars but all hands were on deck and that s scary!

My dad has had me bring my car here on several occasions. Normally I get excellent service and am very happy. I have given good reviews. This time it is negative. When. I got my car back from repairs. The radio did not work. I was told to call Honda and get the code. Funny they left a part in my car and wanted it back all the sudden they could fix my radio. This should have never happened. Should have been done before I left. Let Down with my service this time.

Went in about a month ago. They took my $$$ to do a wheel alignment and then told me that I needed tie rods on both sides of front end.Yay? EXCEPT they were fully aware that the additional repair would require yet ANOTHER front alignment.After I got the tie rods done, I called Best-One of Indy on 62nd St. They got me in right away and advised me that "because of a needed repair (different repair) they would NOT be able to service my car today." ZERO CHARGE and we're so sorry we can't fix your problem! INTEGRITY is priceless!!Best One now has a loyal customer in this gal !!Had to call Meineke today to take me off their mailing list. Like I would actually USE a 10% off coupon from them.

Never going here again they messed up my car and wanna charge me to fix what they messed up. Never had a problem with my car now I can t drive it.

Oh my God where do I start?!? Demetrious and Christian were truly heaven sent! Meineke s took great care of me and mother s car, never tried to get over like most car places do with woman! Went above and beyond with their custom service let us know what was going on every step of the way, no surprise fees or repairs we couldn t afford! Just really top tier all around with my repairs on my car to the customer service to just being real honest human beings!! I m truly thankful I was referred them from Hank from Discount Tires!!!

Hit a pot hole on 465. They immediately ordered my tire and after one hour, I was back on the road again. Outstanding customer service and response. Would give ten stars if I could. Thanks.

I'm an avid customer of Meineke and trust them with the care of my car and have for many years for 2 different vehicles. I find the customer service to be superb and in this day in age this goes a long way. I have recommended many friends and family for this reason.
