Service was good! So glad they found the issue with my electrical system. They communicated well with me while my car was there. All was great. The only setback was when I saw the $14.95 charge on my bill for using a credit card???

Drove my car in because it wasn t running right thinking it needed a simple tune up. I elected not to do diagnostics for additional $138. They discover I also need a new valve gasket as oil was leaking into spark plug area. I approved the repairs. They told me the check engine light may turn back on since they didn t do diagnostics. Sure enough it came back on and same problems were occurring. I brought it back in to do diagnostics. They told me I needed a new mass air flow sensor and ignition coil. I approved the jobs. I come in to pay for the repairs and they said they drove it around and it was working just fine. I get in the car, turn it on, and it shuts itself off and I can t even leave the lot. I wasn t having this problem when I drove it in. They check to see what s wrong and say my wires need to be replaced on Alternator. I asked them why they didn t discover that before? What did I pay for with the diagnostics? He said it was just to check engine codes and that the check engine light is off. I said this is not right. You didn t fix my car like I paid for. He refused to continue servicing me and threatened to call the cops if I didn t leave. Now I m towing my car to a different repair shop. Worst customer experience I ve ever had at any business! This place is a complete scam! Don t trust this place! I will be contacting lawyers asap!

Amazing customer service. My car needed a diagnostic check because I was having engine issues. Not only did they realize that it was a recall for me but they called the dealership to check if my car met the requirements. 100% recommend this place.

I had been trying to get my car fixed since July and nobody would take my warranty or they tried to jack up the price because I had a warranty!!! Took my car to Meineke and they took care of me without an issue at a very reasonable cost!!!! Had my car done in a couple day!!! I ve been driving and checking to make sure everything is ok and so far so good!!! Really great service!!!! I will definitely be doing more business with them!!!!

Sorry but this one is not going to be good.. I was in as a veteran on Veterans Day. I was there for the oil change promotion as I have been for the last 3 yrs. The service was excellent from the veteran at the counter. We talk about our service branch and all.Once my oil change was completed I went to my vehicle and notice the small amount of money(15-17$) I had on the driver side door cup holder was missing I went inside and ask to speak to the young man who did my oil change. I explained to him I didn t want to get him fired over the small amount of money and to just think about he choices and the consequences that could raises from them. He insisted he didn t take the money to which I told him just know you put a job in jeopardy for a few dollars.. I went on my way hoping I had some effect on the young man..nevertheless most of my experience here are good and all the other thins were good except the one thing I will see you guys next Veterans Day..Service: Oil change

Called to ask questions about charges on a bill and Shane spoke down to me and would not even let me speak. Thought they should know how they left her carpet and other areas touched. So pictures will do here I guess. Poor customer service for sure!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

All in all, my visit at this store was very acceptable. All tasks I had requested were performed well and in a timely manner. The new management at this location made me feel very confident about having my vehicle serviced there.

I would definitely recommend anyone to use this meneike location. Mark and his team were very solid professional and flexible in assisting me with my engine light problem. They called and gave a break down of the issues with the car and fixed it in the same day. Very professional people.

They got a 3 because they had great customer service however they labor and work is a ZERO, I went for an alignment my wheel was going left once they was done and the mechanic test drove it they ensured me it was fixed which it wasn t bc now my wheel was going to the right so I had to take it back, they fixed it same day it just took away my time of things I needed to do and it should have been done right the first time

I was there for a pre-purchase inspection with no appointment. The district manager was in the store and had everything running smoothly. He was great and made the whole process easy and efficient.

Horrible customer services . Turn over time to get products or service horrible . Had my car for 4 days never even started work ! When I called to check status they got an attitude saying I if to be worked in and that the products previously ordered were on back order and that would order from another location . Which would make it be a few more days . After that comment , I asked estimated time on how long and he said I just don t have an answer for you right now . This made me drive up to the location immediately after being hung up on and told to have a great day . Once I arrived , I noticed the car had just been moved from the front parking area to the garage . I could tell because it had rained the previous evening and my car was wet . Once I asked for my keys since service hadn t started he said since I verbally authorized he couldn t give me my keys because it wouldn t be safe . Yet work hadn t been started just the initial statement when I left my vehicle. After arguing back and forth about my keys I told him I was calling the police . He said oh well (lol) and I walked out and waited for cops . At this point a technician came to apologize for being the only technician and having so much work . He also apologized for the service being provided . Then I noticed the smart mouth fidgeting with hood , at this point he walks out and finally gives me my keys and tells me to never come again.

My SRX sunroof was draining inside the car, the professional mechanics at Meineke had the hose ordered and repaired with ease. The gentleman at the counter has Excellent customer service.

I wouldn t give this place any stars if that was an option. Let s start with positives. I ve been serviced at this location a few times before and most of the time have had positive experiences. The mechanics are nice, and at the time Mr. Anthony the store manager was awesome, but has been out the shop for a while. Back in September I took my car to the shop because it had been leaking coolant. Many things in system had to be fixed, so I utilized their repair loan through America s First Finance (my bill was about $1350). After the initial repairs my car continued to leak coolant and then my back brakes began to screech whenever I would drive in reverse (which was not present before). Long story short, I took my car to this shop an additional 2 more times, to correct the repairs they did. All along I was patient and friendly, as I had a good relationship with the mechanics. They communicated when they had my car. I go to pick it up, still experiencing issues, and the owner Larry was working that day and was very defensive and highly unprofessional! Not once did I say they did anything wrong or blamed them for my car issues, however Larry the owner took offense to my concerns and refused to help me and called the police because I let him know that I was unsatisfied with the services. Fast forward, after talking to corporate office, they sent me to the Meineke on Keystone that had way better customer service but was still unable to successfully fix my car, they ended up recommending me to take it to the dealership. Now, 2 months later, my car is in worse condition, leaking so much that I have to replace the coolant once a week. And because Meineke is individually owned, there is not much their corporate office can do. I have to pay for a diagnostic with the dealership to provide the loan company proof my car is not fixed in order to cancel the repair loan. Keeping in mind I ve been paying on this repair for a car that s not fixed, and you can t cancel it without being taking up with a creditor until you have proof the repairs are not done. 10/10 would never recommend Meineke period, this has been the worst situation ever, but I ve also had issues with other Meineke s as well. Please do yourself a favor as long as a man named Larry owns this particular shop. Do not give your business!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I ask them if they could help me remove this and they said I have to go to body shop and replace the trunk. So I called my dealership mechanic and I tell them about the problem and they said that it s not necessarily for me replace the trunk and this will cost about $10 or $20 to remove it and if I have to replace the trunk, it will cost me hundreds of dollars. So Beware of going going here and getting your car fix because you could get scam, especially if you don t know anything about cars.

if you love yourself DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS POS PLACE. I had my car stay there for 4 weeks and they did not even finish the car. Thy have 1 master tech that calls off almost everyday so yea your car will stay here forever. They almost charge me almost 600 to fix another thing on my car thankfully I took my car away from this spot the issue was only cost me 60 bucks to fix. They are inexperience and don't know what they are doing.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

At other Meineke locations, I don t pay more than $40, they charged me $57 and then used a $10 coupon to bring it down to $47, after stating that they no longer offer a basic oil change nor what I receive at other locations. The increased price is supposed to include an inspection, but they failed to provide me a report of anything involving my car, which other locations always provide. They left dark muddy material all over my car s carpet, then did not want to listen when my dad confronted them with this. Overall, I feel this place is very unprofessional, for example, they didn t give me a printed copy of my receipt because they ran out of paper .Service: Oil change

Great Technicians that will inform you about what is going on with your car.Update 3/18/2024Yesterday I go to to get an oil change I see that the whole entire staff has been change and that the mechanic that I trust with my car is no longer there. I should have just said never mind and went somewhere else. The person that was doing my oil change I was not comfortable doing my car at all. We are fairly new to the Indianapolis, West 38th St. Meineke.I ve been pleased since day one. The mechanic, Chris, that has done a great deal of work for us is very good and competent! I m pleased with Meineke s eagerness and availability to help in a very timely manner. I talked a lot yesterdsy with the owner Larry, he is definitely a man of integrity. I communicate with Shane quite often on the phone. He is always courteous.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took my car in for an alignment and oil change and left with more problems than I came with. The alignment was worse than before and warning lights were on my dashboard that had not been there before. After taking it directly back in, they tried to gaslight me and tell me the lights on my dash were already there when I brought the car in, which was a boldfaced lie. They fixed the alignment better, but it still wasn t 100%. I eventually took my car somewhere else and paid an additional several hundred dollars to get their mistakes fixed. Will absolutely never return under any circumstances unless it s to get my money back.I should note, I take excellent care of my car, it s only a couple years old and bought brand new. They treated it like trash, left greasy smudges all over the inside and windows as well. It was hands-down the worst customer service experience I ve ever had. I m not a Karen, but I had to leave this review because of how utterly disappointed I was.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
