The regular store manager was really not trained to be in a Mechanical Managerial position. Either the owner er or regional manager was there. He saved everyone time, money and energy. He ensured everything as explained. Great technician(Don). Joe was very nice courteous and a great people person....however is knowledge of what had to be done and how was either read off his.computer screen word for word from the technician or by the technician himself. He may grow I to this position. However, he will need to do a vast majority of learning quickly to make it in this business. Best of Luck!

I have a real awful Chevy Cruise that gets me where i need to go except when it decides to leak oil on the insde of the entire engine mid road trip. I called around and ended up at Meineke. Bill knew what he was doing and fixed me up within 2 hours before I had to head back across state lines. Go here if you want an honest quote and good job. I don't think I'm ever going to break down in Indianapolis ever again but if I do I know where I'm going.

I can t say enough how awesome this shop is. Bill and his team are professional and willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. This is an honest shop and you will not be taken advantage of. I was in Indy on business when my truck broke down and required new wheel hubs. This was a stressful time and every other shop was telling me they couldn t see me till the following week. Bill got me in early the next day and I had my truck back that following afternoon. This is a busy shop but they recognized my unique situation and they took care of me. Truly and awesome and stress eliminating experience. Whenever I m in Indy and need service, this will be the shop I go to and recommend.

I really appreciated the fact that they were honest and had integrity and could of easily sold me on a lot of things but was truthful and even showed compassion to my business partner will definitely recommend and will definitely go there again when in the area again and need quality work done on my work vehicle again. Five stars is not enough I would give the 1 million stars and tell anyone the guys were friendly and helpful and most importantly honest...........

Unfortunately my experience was not good. I left my car for a week while I was out of town. I received a call the day after I dropped it off from a technician and told them what was needed for a check engine light as I had diagnostic already done. He stated several things that needed attention, including to fix my hood which they said if not fixed could potentially fly up at any time while I was driving. I was skeptical as this had not been issue with me driving at any time, but decided to do it as a precautionary measure. I was told three days in when I called, they had all the parts and would be completed when I return. I get a call the day I get back that one of the parts they ordered did not match and they were unable to get the part to fix the primary reason I left it there. I then went to pick up my car and was talking with another technician about the hood repair and he indicated the work that was done was hood related, but not related to the latch and at no time would there have been a risk of the hood flying up. So not only did I not get the repair that I took it there get completed, I was misled into spending money on a repair that was not even necessary.

Over the last 5 years, I have spent over $10k (over $2k last month) at this Meineke car center. We took my daughters car in yesterday at 11 AM. They sent her a text that they were looking at it last evening. I called at 3 PM today and it was not even looked at yet. No communication. So after several years of decent service, I guess they are too busy now. I will be exploring Michelin and other local shops to find reliable car care. Meineke is far from cheap, so I know the price should be easy to beat.

Convenient location, easy to book appts, and friendly staff.We had some issues with a set of new brakes squealing for several months. After a few follow up visits, they were able to resolve the issue and everything is working great.

Absolutely exceptional experience at this location. I hit a terrible pothole last night and had a completely flat tire and bent wheel. After getting my spare on, I called this location and they got me in right away. They did an oil change, air filter replacement, bent my wheel back (which was probably very challenging!!), and replaced my tire for a very fair price. Not only that but, when I mentioned taking an Uber home since no one could transport me, they actually offered to give me a ride home. My house was out of there way and the employee still offered and was very professional and kind. I believe his name was Bill. The gentleman that answered my phone call and helped me with an estimate was also extremely kind. I appreciate these people and their services so much! I will be back for future work on my vehicle.

I needed brakes and new tires and came across the reviews for Meineke and thought I would give them a shot. I had my brakes done first and they provided great service so I went back a few weeks later to get new tires. No complaints here.

I went for an oil change and let them know the check engine light had been on for a while so no need to worry about it. I had already ordered a part that I was hoping would fix it, after going to another mechanic several times that couldn t figure out the exact problem. They took the time to hear me out and insisted on running a few tests anyway and in under an hour they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong! It was such a relief to know that I wasn t going to be wasting time and money just guessing on costly repairs!!

I was very disappointed. Just less than year ago and slightly more than 12,000 miles ago, Meineke replaced the gasket on my car's oil pan. It started leaking again and the only way they would honor the warranty on it was if I agreed to do a bunch of other work, which I can't afford right at this time. They refused to redo just the oil pan gasket like I asked. It's terrible customer service. I ended up declining all the work and will take the car elsewhere when I can. I'm disappointed because I've been a good customer and generally happy with Meineke for a long time. I thought they'd make it right but not this time unless I spent a bunch of money. So Meineke is losing me as a long time customer. Too bad for them.

So after a very rocky start due to misunderstandings & miscommunications, Bill & his team took really good care of me & my family. Bill especially went above & beyond to ensure that I'd receive my vehicle back before Christmas! They more than made up for the initial frustrations & I'd happily recommend that you bring your vehicle here as an option especially for hybrid vehicles. I even left a valuable item in the car that was still there at pickup so these are honest people that care & will make things right!

I don't normally do online reviews, but this team went above and beyond. We had a piece of sheet metal kickup and cut a brake line while driving from out of town. The team (Jim, Bill, and everyone) started the day a little early and got us situated in an extraordinarily timely manner and got us back on the road sooner than expected. Awesome interactions. Professional, yet made you feel like part of the family. I would recommend if you need service, consider these folks.

Jim did a wonderful job they did everything that they could they made sure my car was safe they diagnostic they drove it they tested everything out and made sure that my car was safe it was very friendly kind and caring they're amazing people I would recommend them to anyone and everyone thank you so very much for your help and for getting done so quickly I really appreciate it

I took my car here to have the radiator replaced they replaced it correctly but I noticed my check engine light was on and it was not on when I dropped it off. The guy ran the code and told me it was a timing issue I was immediately skeptical so I went straight to my uncle's shop he ran the code and it was the mass air flow sensor. They left it unhooked thinking I would bring it back so the can scam me and the warranty company out of alot of money to replace my timing that doesn't need replaced. Their no way a timing issue would have popped up on his code reader when the mass airflow sensor was unhooked but he never said a word about that smh.. I'll never take my car here again

You do thorough work. But your prices are astronomically high. Quoted me $3000 for catalytic converters. $1000 each then another $1000 for installation. I bought everything I needed for under $300. Paying about $300 for installation. Beats $3000

When we got home from repair, still had issue. They took it back in the morning and made it right. A wire had wiggled loose or wasn't put in all the way and they figured it out. And the battery that their test didn't detect was bad, they installed a new one for free. My car is running great. And, when I needed help for something easy the day before, they came right out and helped us with no charge! (A business card was blocking our "new" car's VIN and we couldn't register w/it in the way-turns out that card had been there 21 yrs before we bought it. And, he helped us remove the front plate bracket as IN only requires a plate in the rear)Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Super easy to get a quick appointment in. I wasn t sure what needed to be done to my car, and after taking it to two different mechanics who couldn t figure out what the problem was I was worried it wasn t fixable. Fortunately the gentlemen at this location were able to identify the problem and get it fixed within two days! Very reasonably priced and you have the option to pick and choose what you want fixed and what you want to wait on. I will never go anywhere else! They kept me up to date on everything and answered any questions I had, very trustworthy and awesome people!

Very good service at the desk. Sent pictures of issues and recommendations. Instructed them on what to perform and they did not try to push the other recommendations that I declined. They were insistent on fixing the safety issues with my tires and I agreed with them. Very satisfied with him
