While they did a beautiful job on the bodywork, the mechanical work left a lot to be desired. Mark used an axle from the junkyard including the strut and brake calipers. I have spent an additional $1600 out of pocket replacing parts. I have yet to receive a detailed receipt for the work done. It has been a year.

Mark was very friendly and shared information that will be helpful in keeping my truck looking good. The shop is busy which is helpful to me, it means community's people are using him because he is good at doing repair work.

Mark's did a great job on fixing body damage for the vehicle. However, if you want your vehicle to be fixed the right way without cutting corners to get you out of their shop, go to a better repair shop. They did not fix the wheel bearing on the vehicle costing me more time, money, and headaches.

I have used Mark's shop on a few occassions to repair a front bumper, help with broken headlights, among other services. I have to say that Mark is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and respectable auto service providers I have ever used. When you go into the shop and tell him your problem, he assesses the damage, explains exactly what he would recommend along with other options, and allows you to know that they will do everything in their power to fix your vehicle. I cannot say enough about Mark and his crew as I have used them multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience.

Great experience! Mark gave me a quote promptly. He and his staff were friendly and attentive. The work was done on time and as promised. Don't let the small building fool you, after all, it is a body shop. I would definitely use them again!

Wow!!! What can I say. Mark is not only a great human but he does very good work!!! Reliable and he does exactly what he says he will do. He s upfront and honest and I would never go anywhere else for my car repairs/work!

Terrible place to do business with. My car was in an accident and they wanted to know where i wanted it to go. I said mark's. Big mistake. He took forever to look at my car and came out it was totalled. Then the insurance needed to pick up the car and he kept it to get more storage fees. Which came right out of my settlement. I called to try to talk to him about it and he said "that's how i make my money" complete joke.

Had to take the vehicle back twice to get it fixed and even now the clear coat is cloudy. I'll will have to find another shop to fix it correctly. I gave 2 stars only because Mark is a nice man.

Scheduling a repair could be a problem, but all body shops are backed up.The work is very good. Did s nice job on my truck.

We dropped off a car for an estimate. A couple weeks later and we get a call that car is done. The work was good but I would have liked an estimate or call so I would know how much it would cost.

3 weeks of going in never was able to get a quote, always told they'll call me back never did. Idk about how their work is but customer service is terrible.
