Found, and ordered parts for a 25 year old piece of equipment. Service guy went above, and beyond to find the parts needed. They even pressed a barring for free.Great selection of product, and ample stock of new inventory.

I'd be interested in what your labor rate is for large equipment that you sell that is not under warranty. My motorhome generator was serviced at your transportation division in Indianapolis for a labor rate of $205/ hr. Motorhome dealerships average $150/ hr. In Indianapolis.

Worthless parts room without their computer system, they won't sell any parts to anyone, not even to places like kennworth who works on their trucks. Kennworth needed a gasket to get my truck back up and running, and without a computer to tell them where it is, they can't find it. Everything is discontinued as well. They don't want anyone's business when it comes truck engine's.

Although we weren't customers, earlier this week we called to see if we could tour the facility because our kids get excited seeing all the big trucks. We get told no problem, just come on in whenever.It was apparently a problem. We get basically given a very cold shoulder at the office front desk and told that they can't give us a tour or let us look around. It is sort of on me for not taking down contact info from the person on the phone, but still, I find the miscommunication unprofessional.Only reason I'm not resorting to one star is because I feel weird giving a bad review to a business I didn't actually utilize or try to utilize.

We are owner operators out of Pflugerville, Texas and my driver/husband dropped off his Kenworth T600 here for service and let me just tell you that we couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service and the work done to our truck. Mark Curran was very professional along with the entire crew that assisted my husband! They got our truck in and fixed the issue. Customer service sucks. Every time a service person shows up they tell you they are taking the equipment even when you are obviously using it. They never tell you what day or time they will show up or even give you an option to schedule it to fit your schedule.

The worst service I ve ever experienced!! I dropped off a Stihl chainsaw to be worked on, they had the saw for 3 weeks before I called to see what the hold up is, they had no idea...they never called me back, two days later I called back and they still didn t know. I got a call back the following day and he said it needs a carburetor, I asked for an eta and he had NO IDEA needless to say it took this SHOPPING MALL sized building 6 weeks to REPLACE a carburetor on a freaking chainsaw. Not rebuild...REPLACE!!! I wouldn t recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I bought a speed loader for a weed water and chain saw blade for my pole saw both times being there every one was extremely helpful and made sure I got the right product. I would go back there for all of my lawn care parts

Good day Mac Allister,I reached out to Leeboy late last week on a problem I have with one of your dealers. I brought my 07 Leeboy 7000 paver to GR Michigan Cat. I called Tuesday evening spoke with Nate the service manager. I told him my auger had stopped working and I was finding silver bearing balls on the ground. Nate said drop it off sounds like an auger bearing probably cost $500-$600 to fix. I dropped my paver off Tuesday around 4:40p. Wednesday morning I received a call from Nate he said my machine barely limped in and I needed like 5-6 different things to fix my machine. ( just rambled them off). I asked how much to fix the entire list of what he claimed was wrong. Nate said It would be a couple grand. I specifically asked how much is a couple grand!? Nate said funny you ask (with a chuckle) Nate said in between $2000.-$3000. to fix everything he just talked about. I said Nate if you can keep it closer too $2000. I want the entire list done. Nate said as it gets closer to $2000. he would call and let me know what was left to fix and see if I wanted to move forward. I told Nate right there if it was gonna hit $2700. I would still want him to do everything on the list. (mind you this is Wednesday morning and no official quote??) I then received a call Thursday morning from Nate stating it was gonna cost another $2000. because Leeboy didn't bhave some individual parts and they had to order a whe unit costing more money. After hearing all of this I starting calling people from Michigan Cat in the higher office asking why this is happening like this and why my prices keep going up and my machine is not getting fixed. I've reached out to Mac Allister Machinery I believe they are the owners of Michigan Cat and I have not been able to get anywhere. with them as well. I was told by Michigan Cat they would put my machine back the way it came in and I could come pick it up this Tuesday 10-27-20. Nate gave me a price to fix a list of things Tuesday about 5 or 6 things and Nate said he could do all of those things for in between $2000.-$3000. We had finally received a quote via email sitting in our junk mail from 6:33a Friday morning we only found it after texting Nate (around 2p) asking where our quote was he send he sent it that morning. No call to go over the quote or anything again I'm expecting a quote in between $2000.-$3000.?? Can I please get someone to reach out to me about this problem? I purchased a new cat 259d skid loader a year ago. It has 130 hours on it and has always been stored inside. Recently the alternator went out it was covered under warranty, I replaced it myself. 7 hours later it died at my house and won t start. It s been 4 days and still no one has shown up. The worst part is Macallister is charging me $265 for the tech to drive to fix a new machine that s under warranty. Don t buy a cat machine and definitely don t buy from Macallister.

Wade Barnett is a very nice guy to deal with anything here, I ve done a overhead valve adjustment from them, The guy name Matt has done a very good job. I can say that he s a very very good mechanic.

MacAllisters is really great. I rented an aerator, and it was ready, clean, loaded up on my truck in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend for rental needs.

This will be a shocker.i walk in to the parts counter and ask for Cat filters for a 6NZ,and the guy ask for my serial number.apparently he don't no his motors very well.

NOT happy with this dealer. Been stuck at a truck stop for 36 hours now waiting on a part from them. They refuse to answer the phone or return calls, even to say the parts will be later than promised.

They take a while to get a truck in to check it out but they are very thorough and worth the wait because they do things right
