I can't recommend this place enough. I've dealt with other shops before, but I'd never been to Maaco. I came in and they gave me an estimate on my wife's car that was very reasonable. I brought the car back the following week for them to fix it and it was done in just a couple of days. It looked as good as when it was on the showroom floor! Friendly, professional service, quality work at a reasonable price. Go! You won't be disappointed.

The job was done within the time they quoted and appears to be done well(it has only been a week and a half since the repair). It did seem a little expensive, but it s worth the price if the work holds up down the line.My biggest issue is that they left the interior of my car absolutely filthy. This is a brand new car, with just over 300 miles on it. The interior was spotless when I took it to them. I understand that messes happen, but they could have taken the time to clean up after themselves. I was already upset having someone ram their car door into my brand new car, scratching the outside. I didn t also need to see someone trash the interior.

Bought a new tail gate and needed it painted. I called and they gave me a quote on the phone. Good price that included swapping hardware from old door. It was finished on the day they said it would be. Paint looks great. Price was same as quote, so no surprises.

Hello I want to make her own a Saturday after work before they closed I spoke around Associates who gave me a fried price on getting my Fender Flares painted also a year ago I had a spoiler on the rear of of my truck cab painted I picked them up sooner than expected it and it came out great

I had the Shop on Lafayette Rd paint two roof rails for my vehicle. They were aluminum and I wanted them painted matt Black. The price was high, but I agreed to the price expecting to get a quality work product. I inspected the rails once I got them and they were matt black. My disappointment is a result of the lack of durability of the paint job. The paint easily flakes off and is now an eyesore. It appears either low quality or low quantity of material was used or there was no protective sealant used as a final coat. For the amount of money I paid I expected much moreService: Painting

Maaco did a nice job painting the door of my Sonata. Job was completed on the day promised. Price estimate was very good for the work needing to be done. Only thing that was lacking is the clean up of car after painting. Overall, a very positive experience!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Was given a fair estimate to paint a bumper cover for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The job was completed at the price quoted in a very timely manner. The paint on the rear door of my car started chipping. I called MAACO for an estimate. I was impressed with the paint job. It was done in a timely manner. They washed my car and even vacuumed it out and straightened out items on my seats. I was so impressed. They even gave me last minute instructions on the care of the paint job. They didn't paint the whole thing properly, they left the old color an painted, the lady at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful. She pre much told me either you take it or leave it. Not recommend the Lafayette location.Service: PaintingService: Painting

If you have been in a wreck and looking for a fast efficient body shop , come to this one. Went in for body collision , it only took a week for them to fix. Went in for front end car repair. It took longer than they originally quoted, they left some of the zipties that were used to keep it together, and had a block of Styrofoam left under the hood. Also for some reason my car sounds worse since being there. Repair is okay, kinda messy in spots. Probably won't use them again in the future.

Maaco painted my 20+ year old truck and it looks like new again. Everyone who sees it complements on how good it looks. I took it to many other shops and most either quoted extremely high prices, did not return a quote, refused outright or gave a very long lead time. This is the 2nd car that Maaco has painted for me and both times did a great job. You cannot beat their prices, quality of work and friendliness.Service: Painting

Beware! I brought my vehicle to them for inspection/pricing. A month and half to 2 months goes by with no update, even after calling multiple times throughout that time frame and asking for an update only to be told I would receive a call back (which never happened). I finally go up there to see what s goin on/taking so long. They had someone look at my vehicle right then and printed me out a price sheet soon after. I don t understand what really took so long. I told them to give me time to find a mechanic to provide the work that they stated they would be unable to do. So about a month and a half goes by and I am initially unable to find a mechanic. Next thing I know I receive a letter in mail stating that they plan to auction my vehicle unless I pay them about $1500 to get my vehicle back. I never received one single call from them in regards to my vehicle. No one at their company called to find out any info/give me any info/at lease warn me that they planned to auction my vehicle. I called right after I received the letter and was told there was nothing that could be done because paperwork was already entered. The receptionist stated that if I made it there by 4p then I could speak with the manager to work something out. Once I got there, she apologized and said the manager is unavailable and to come back tomorrow. Nothing was ever resolved. My car wasn t fixed and I lost it to them in the process. I believe this could be something that these guys knowingly do.

If I could Raye them a 0 or - that's what they would get. My daughters vehicle was dropped off on 22 Nov 2021. Whenever i called they were very polite on the phone; however, our insurance company had so much trouble reaching them by phone. It was so bad that we became the go between, connecting them by 3 way call. It took them until 1/20/22(est. date) to send the summary statement to the insurance company.It took so long that the insurance company decided they would just total her vehicle because of the lack of communication from Maaco. We had finally had enough & decided to ask our insurance company to send the vehicle to another collision company. I called Maaco & spoke to Karla/Carla & informed her of this move. The insurance company called & informed them of the move & they refused to release the vehicle stating they were never informed of the move. 0858 my daughter received an email saying car was totaled @ 2 pm Different collision company stated they were just allowed to pick up vehicle.Maaco have been unprofessional. They've lied. They've held up this process for us & I would not recommend this business to anyone. I understand there is a pandemic; however, the lies they kept telling us every time we called were ridiculous. I'm surprised, they're still in business. They should be ashamed of themselves; however, I get the feeling they don't care.Service: Body & Trim

I went into maaco after checking two other locations for body paint and repair for my car. Maaco price me at $561 instead of the $973 from a different shop. I turn my car in last Friday and receive it today. The scratch on my car was completely gone and the dent remove as if it never happened. I will be using their services again.UpdateI had an issue in November for my back headlight and bumper on the driver side. I had to go through my insurance to get my vehicle fixed. I drop my vehicle last week due to mailing of the check and got my vehicle back this week. They worked with me on the quote and got my vehicle repair in the nick of time. Rear quarter panel had min that required buffing and paint. The repair came out nice, however the outside of vehicle was covered from sanding in the body shop, wouldve been nice if they wouldve wiped it down before i picked it up. Inside of car has a smell probably from prep the car to paint. It's not a smell after you would clean the inside. Other then that, the repair came out good.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m replying the day after I picked up my car, my initial experience was great. Ashley was great from the time I walked in the door to when I picked up the car, professional and efficient with a smile, there was an ongoing issue between Maaco and Enterprise Rental getting the Maaco discount applied to the rentals previously but Ashley warned me of that and followed up with Maaco Corp an Enterprise to be sure that my rental was charged correctly. The paint job looked good when I picked up the car and I felt that the $522 charge and $97 rental fee was a good value and it was finished in the time quoted. Now, all of that said, today when I went to leave work 24hrs to the minute after picking the car up, the paint is bubbling up in the same spot as the repair! It was a rust spot repair about twice the size of my thumbnail in the middle of the passenger door and the car body has no other issues. I understood there is not a long term warranty of it coming back but within 24hrs?!?!?! I question how thorough the prep and repainting actually were. I will contact the shop tomorrow or stop by weather and time permitting to get their feedback.

I came in to have my right side mirror fixed. They called me within two days . Painted and ready to be replaced. I have to mention, they called earlier than there open time. That's great customer service. I arrived within a hr of the call. Literally 10-15 minutes later, the man is done with my car. I just handed him my keys and took one call. I turned around and he was finished. Absolutely great service. I will recommend and will be back. Good job to all STAFF!!!! THATS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS!!!

They did an excellent job of repairing my front fender after I accidentally hit it against a carport post at my apartment complex. The only issue was, there was a strong smell of paint INSIDE the car for several days after I got it back, but that could just be normal. At least it went away. I've trusted MAACO for similar work before, and I'd go back again if I need to!Service: Body & Trim
