The manager Mike, is a theif he doesn t qualify to work for Volvo. He kept my truck for over three weeks, charged me $10700 and when we drove the truck out it was still broken, he said we needed to change the injectors, later we find out nothing is wrong with the injectors, we take it to a local mechanic shop, he changed a small wire for $69 dollars, and now the truck is driving like a bullet. Now I m asking the Volvo representatives to refund my money due to him charging us for nothing, he couldn t even find out what s wrong with the truck.

Great service department! Zach and Eddie are top notch service advisors and I highly recommend M&K for your Mack and Volvo service needs. They got me taken care of last minute, and in a timely manner

I was disappointed that there were some issues that wasn t discovered until the unit was reinspected after purchase. The sales manager James G gave me a call back. He resolved all concerns immediately. This location has a high level of customer service and I would highly recommend this business.

This truck center is one of the best I've ever experienced!! Another truck backed into our truck knocking out our headlight. We were in between loads just delivered and headed to pick up at the shipper in a few hours...not with one headlight though. I called this shop to see if they had a light. They didn't, but Freightliner was across the street. So we went and picked up the light and the staff at M & K got us rolling again...unbelievably in less than 20 minutes...we were in and out. The staff were AWESOME! Very courteous and extremely helpful. I could really tell that each one of them cared about the job they did and the customer they served...me. They were AWESOME! Too bad more places don't have this level of customer service...far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back, plus refer others here. We have a small fleet and are in this area every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. M & K Truck Center has definitely earned my business!

Drive 4 hours to buy a truck. Come to find out it was sold a hour before we arrived. Frank Cole could care less if you buy a truck or not. Made us wait an hour even though we had a appointment.

Call ahead they are really busy. When we dropped our truck off, only three service people came to work.*When we picked our truck up it wouldn't start. They blamed the driver (me) for not letting the grid heater cycle, causing it not to start. I said it only had 11 amps showing on the gauge, instantly dropping to 10. It was ready when they went back to get it the following day.Don't blame a driver that has driven for thirty years when your people messed up.

Used Truck sales sucks , I put deposit on a truck but supervisor sold it to someone else . Told me wouldn t sell the truck even someone offer 10k extra , still sold . No commitment

Stay away from this place unless you like lemons and bad follow up with there promises nothing but a rip off,And don't leave your truck there it may come out with different used parts for exchange for the parts you had on your truck when u come in and once you buy don't expect any good service u are better off taking a chance at an auction you get a better truck and you may get one quote and financing and once you sign you get a 3 to 4 percent more but there very nice when you come in but once you buy don't expect to get a hold of anyone they just keep passing you around like a football thats if you get a hold of someone. Stay away unless you enjoy making lemonade.

So the quality of work seems to be good. They replaced some faulty injectors on GMC W4500 for my company. However I'm only giving 3 stars because seems like everything I call up there to talk to the service department the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Now I completely understand it's possible everyone is busy and or already on another line with another customer so why not setup a voicemail instead of having me call kicked back to am automated answering service that I push 1 for service and then sit again forever with it just ringing. It's very frustrating. But that is my only complaint thus far. When they do answer they've always been polite and helpful.

DO NOT BUY YOUR FIRST TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP DO NOT LET THE NAME M&K FOOL YOUThey will scam you and show all kind performing tests which is wrong .I purchased my truck from this dealership couple week ago. My first load 300 down the road it broke down and Freightliner stated truck needs a new box and mk won t work anything with me.My Advice this dealership doesn t check the truck when they get them into their lot you better off buy it at the auction for less.I should have gone to stoops across the highway or big Freightliner dealer.If you are reading this review to help you make a decision about buying from this dealership please take my advice and Do not trust this dealership buy your truck from s or a very popular Freightliner dealership.

I was taken advantage of, being a first time buyer. Picked the truck up on the 15th of November, they had the truck running to disguise the fact that it had bad batteries. One of the recaps was coming apart. To this date I still don't have the proper paperwork to haul loads. And they did not replace the mattress, even though they said that they did.

My corporate office called ahead to make sure they could get our truck look at that same day. Was told no problem by the service department. I called at the end of that day to see if they had finished and was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and would do so the very next morning. I called that 2nd day at 2:30 and guess what? Still hadn't got it in yet. Person on the phone said they would make sure someone looked at it before 3pm and would call me back to let me know if this was done. I'm still waiting on that phone call. I had quit using them before because last time I dealt with them a year or so ago, I dropped a truck off on a Wednesday and they didn't look at it until the following Tuesday.

This place was weird. They don t want you to just come in. They say set an appointment first but will not accept your appointment until you give them a deposit with a cashiers check.

Very disappointed in one of there main truck sales guys Marcus. Called him on several occasions on a truck that was getting some work redone at the bed company as it was overlooked the first go round, never heard back from him. Screened my calls until I finally showed up at his office and went over some things and was assured everything was done drive a hour to the bed company to find every thing wasn't done. So I took the truck elsewhere to get the rest finished cause I got tired of waiting. There s other sales people, this guys a real peice of work, last call was 2 months ago doesn t have time I guess once he gets the sale it s a done deal.Reply: so the other trucks that Marcus didn t deliver as promised with patch gates ect. That must be standard protocol. And Marcus was the one in control of the truck deal. I met with him and went over all the stuff had to come over there cause he never returned one of my phone calls and I had to buy the truck from someone e else because he wanted paid for the truck by the end of the month even though it wasn t complete and I eas always told you pay for something when it s complete.

Terrible company. Have used the several times as its the only Hino dealer in area. And every time I cringe. They dont back up there work and are overly slow. Latest example..Picked truck up after several thousand dollars. Had 1 day and same problem. They took ownership and said would get right on it. 6 weeks later and still waiting. But this is what we have come to expect from them. Nor is this abnormal. It is normal business operations for the last 6 years that I can attest to.

If I could leave 0 starts I truly would!!! This has been by far the worse experience we have received from a mechanic. We dropped off our truck to these mechanics THREE different times after each time telling us that our truck was repaired and ready to go. We literally just picked up the truck again on Saturday and it is having the same exact problem from the FIRST time we dropped it off.btw somehow they deleted one of our workers post but not to worry I have the pics. see below.

Thank you for putting reviews here it really helped me make an informed decision. I was able to avoid this shop and took it to a mom and paps mechanic shop and fixed my truck and back on the road the same day . I had called the place and was told it will take at least 5 days before they look at it. Lucky i read the reviews .

Worst customer service in the industry! Took truck in for NoX sensors, was never called back for any updates, I always had to call, then was told at 2:12pm that it would be done in "couple hours", finally received a call at 9:45pm that truck was done and they put an extra $1,000 worth of parts on the truck that was not authorized. So, after truck being down for 3 days and $2,000 later, hope others have better luck cause I will never have my trucks back to them. Well worth the extra time to take it to Seymour Mack. $50 hour cheaper shop rate and way better customer service! And not near the mark up on parts either!

I take my truck there they says 2 days to fix but they take more than 20 days and change some part it did need to replace they charge me $4500 when I pickup the truck still has same problem nothing change spend a lot off money and lose money 20 days is too much .

Terrible service from top to bottom. Schedule a simple PM at the beginning of the week and was told drop it off froday it will be ready Monday morning. Get there Monday morning and they hadn't even wrote the truck up to get it in. You would think when dropping the keys off to them friday it would be wrote up but nope. Zero communication letting us know they couldn't get to it friday evening or Saturday or even Monday morning. Wouldnt take a lawn mower there for this worthless place to touch

Allen in the parts department has amazing customer service!! Whenever we order parts we always have them the same day. If there is ever an issue with our order Allen always makes sure to take care of us in the best way possible!! Great customer service!! Great experience!!

7.5 hours for a 3 hour job. Needed our power steering cooler changed. We brought the part we also brought the transmission fluid and the antifreeze. They charged us $618 and $0.05 for the job after we brought everything with us and just needed them to cut the bolts off that we could not remove. They were rude the mechanic yelled at my husband we would not recommend this business to anyone.

By far THE WORST dealership in America. I definitely should have read the reviews before coming here. These people do absolutely nothing to help you in a dire emergency situation. From the front desk to the shop foreman to the mechanics, these are the slowest most nonchalant people I ve ever dealt with. Took a whole 5 days just to get a wheel hub that I had to have another shop build and ship in. I checked in early Friday afternoon because they said they may have one in stock. Turns out they didn t. They were supposed to ordered one for NDA (next day arrival) I checked in Saturday to pick up the truck, turns out that the part was never ordered on Friday. Leave it up to them and it s everyone s fault either A: the hub didn t get ordered or B: the wrong hub was ordered but yet the truck was sitting in their shop... so if you need a good place to store your truck be sure to go and check it in at M&K. They ll let it sit up!
