SO happy. I overloaded my truck (2005 Sierra 1500), and between that and its age/rust, really messed up the suspension. I brought it in, and just asked to figure out what was wrong. He went in detail sending pics along the way, my coil springs were cracked, cracked sway bar, ancient shocks, lose tie rods, etc. he rebuilt the whole front suspension for me, and I can t even begin to tell you how nice it drives. I will certainly be back again anytime I ever need any car repairs again. Fantastic job

Needed a mechanic to restart my computer to adapt to new battery change that was made at local Autozone. Was referred to Eric at Low Dough Auto and my experience was more than I could of asked for. Eric is very honest and informative about what is going on with vehicle and why it needs to be done. He is an individual that truly likes fixing cars and is not trying to gouge you like other mechanics/dealers do. His passion is your reward if you like saving money and having A+ service. Will be going back for other services in future!

This place is an hidden gem I am glad I came here for my Car brake pad replacement.Eric was wonderful and humble and a great guyFixed the issue and told me that rear brake still has life.The best part was the price which is unbeatable for such services

So incredibly honest. Went to this shop for new brakes and rotors and he called back to let me know my car still had some life left on the pads. Asked me a few questions to trouble shoot my concerns and now I have an appointment for a fluid flush. So glad to find honest individuals who care about their customers and won t take advantage of them. I was fully prepared to pay the $ for the service (which is a steal, you should call and ask about it), but instead he saved me some money in the meantime and I m absolutely coming back for my brakes in the new year. He also did a free tire rotation! He diagnosed the issue and the rotation at no cost. Thank you so much for your help. Thank you even more for not taking advantage of my ignorance. I wouldn t have known the difference and I genuinely feel like it s businesses like this that deserve our patronage. I hope others see this review and know that they are in good hands. Will come back. Will recommend. You re fantastic!

Was referred here by a friend, and I can truly say that I received top tier care and service. I was experiencing A/C issues, thinking I needed to replace my compressor and condenser. I was quoted for the assumed impending work, only to discover that the issue was entirely something else. Eric, instead of replacing the assumed faulty components and taking my money, let me know the actual issue, did not charge me, and also offered to serve as a second opinion on quotes I receive for future services (since I'm moving). It took less than 30 minutes to get my brake pads changed, and my appointment started right on time. The owner is also very honest; he told me that I didn't need my pads replaced and I could get a refund from groupon if I wanted! Eric is a great communicator and very friendly. I received a Groupon email and gave him a call. We had to reschedule a couple of times, but we finally got the car in to him today. He replaced the front brakes in about an hour. Very quick service and my boyfriend was very pleased with his work. I will be taking him my car next for servicing.Service: Brakes

I came across a Groupon to have my brakes replaced for a great price. The owner was very polite and kind. When it came to replace my front brakes, he noticed my back ones needed it as well. He gave me a great deal and matched my Groupon price. I am not mechanically savvy, but he answered all of my questions and concerns transparently and honestly. He even took a look at my leaking sun roof and told me exactly what was wrong. He didn t have the tools to do the job but told me exactly what I needed to do! This is been my go to mechanic for over a year and has helped me on several occasions. It's amazing how good it feels to know this guy not only cares about your car and the job he does, which he does extraordinarily well, but also cares about the driver. The absolute best prices, and good efficient work. They even recently allowed me to have my car towed there after a wreck and worked with my insurance. Eric is a knowledgable, honest, and reliable mechanic, which is extremely hard to be found these days. When convinced by other auto stores to do many expensive repairs on my old Toyota, Eric fixed in minimal ways within a day. I'd strongly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took off work and scheduled an appointment weeks ago. I arrived to the establishment after a 40 minute drive and the door was locked. I called the owner to find out what time they were going to arrive, only for him to tell me that I was not on the schedule. I screenshot the multiple reminders I got for my appointment in the days prior and sent it to him. He had no logical explanation as to why I was not on the schedule. Now I have to take off work again and find another company to perform my repairs...AFTER PURCHASING A NON REFUNDABLE GROUPON!

Booked an 11:30 am appointment on brakes arrived right at 11:30 && they started working on my car immediately! Didn t take long at all,they were very nice && let me know what was going on throughout the service.Prices are the best I ve found around town I will definitely be back for more services. I have been a DIYer on my car for many years. Because of bad mechanics, over pricing and lot's of other things. I have a lot of tools to do work on my car. This last weekend i got in the middle of replacing the breaks on my 2013 Honda Accord and got pulled away because of work. I came across Low Dough Auto in Groupon and found they were on Facebook, you can schedule your car on Facebook. I messaged Eric, who I assume is the owner and he had no problem using the parts I bought and labor rate was very reasonable. The best part is I dropped my car off on Tuesday around 8:45 AM and car was ready by 10:28 AM. They replace 3 of my brake pads and rotors in under 2 hours.... AMAZING.
