I dont recommend this shop. I called on Tuesday and they said my car was done and it needed was a quality inspection. Today is Friday 3 days later and they still cant do the inspection. I called the last 2 days in a row to see if it was done and they said thet they have not gotten around to it. How long can an inspection take. The only work they did was replace a bakc windshield and a tail light. Im the one that has to call almost every day for almost 2 weeks to get updates. I been told they will call me for updates and they never do. There is no sense of urgency here. Only reason i took my car here was because my insurance recommend it. I suggest not to bring it here if you are with progressive. I had a quote at at safelight for the windshield and they could of done it the same day within 2 hours.I updated my review. They did a great job fixing the car and left it like new. Only need to work on communication a little better.

They did nice work on my Escalade but my issue came from the custom service side. Had an appointment to drop my truck off on a certain day. Dropped it off thinking it s would take a few days to gather the estimate and submit it to my insurance so I m not thinking about it. I go get my rental. Almost 3 weeks go by and my agent calls me asking about the estimate. I m like they never sent it? Call Lockhart and they tell me they will get back to me. A few days later I received a call stating that they had ppl out sick and will complete my estimate in a few days . Really! The truck was drivable and I could have went and got it to stop the clock on the rental per my insurance amount. A few days later the estimate was done and now parts had to be ordered. Another 2 weeks go by before they call to tell me it s ready to be picked up. Get to the shop and express my concerns and was blew off my the shops manager. Told me he would look into the delay and get back to me. I m still waiting on that call and that was in July. I actually had to pay out of pocket for the rental for 2 weeks because they had it longer than my policy allowed.Now before they leave a reply on here trying to down play my experience, I recorded every phone call I had with them AND the exchange in the shop when I was blown off.

Elder neglect. Drew and team have dodged my mother s phone calls for months. They did not complete repairs on her car and told her she would have to bring it back in. She has been calling and leaving messages SINCE JANUARY to get her car back in and NO ONE will call her back. Drew has always stepped out when she calls and will not return phone calls. Something fishy going on over there. Stay away.

2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited1 prior owner before me. 81k milesLiterally the worst experience. After verbally describing, sending photos, videos and writing a paragraph on what happened during a collision to Progressive and Lockhart the communication and accountability was nowhere to be found. I spoke to about 6 different people during a 2 month span on all of the issues after the collision in full detail. There were 2 different times I was given specific days on when to call once the Jeep was ready, both times parts where received wrong but not ordered wrong. Therefor that extended the process of my repair. I received calls asking me to prove myself on repairs I sent photos on from the collision, As if I m wanting them to pay for something that happened elsewhere. I went to pick my Jeep up 2 months later basically and they didn t even perform the basic alignment which I explained the steering wheel is angled clockwise. This was a head on collision, common sense . Had to take the Jeep back again for another day. TENT REPLACEMENT IS BAD!!! AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY DID A QUALITY CHECK GUYS!!!Brings us to today, just left another shop. Lockhart ZIP TIED my passenger turn signal for whatever reason. Also, the flood light isn t working either. As you can see in the photos, these are clearly things you would think they d actually repair. They did not repair the wind noise coming through my door as they said wasn t relayed from Progressive along with everything else miscommunicated. At this point, they skipped over an entire list and repaired what they had time for. I had to argue just for them to do the alignment as they said it wasn't relayed to them. As a collision shop, wouldn t you make sure your client s vehicle drives straight at least? My Jeep literally drives exactly how it did leaving the accident. Like how do I explain repairs to a collision if I don t know nothing about cars??You be the judge. Check the photos. No lies told.Lockhart I m not sending you an email as that seems to be your common response on negative reviews. Just do better. Made an appointment to get an estimate for my repairs. Was not told that my car would have to stay at the shop for 48-72 hrs while they come up with the estimate since my insurance is with State Farm. Lady on the phone did not tell me any of this when I made the initial appointment and came off as unprofessional both time I spoke with her. I scheduled this for my day off and it would have been nice to know ahead of time since I could have planned better around work. Otherwise I'd need to use my car to get to and from work while they're doing the estimate.

Canceled my business with them within 3 minutes of walking into the building.Spoke with my insurance carrier and they approved an early drop off but Lockhart or this work wasn t having it.Was told I was wrong and she couldn t help me with such a nasty tone & death stare you would have thought it was about to be the start of a bar fight.Pure shock how quickly I was treated like an annoying customer. Plenty of other shops and customers out there. Don t have to be treated like trash for not knowing as much.Service: Painting

If I could give a zero rating I would. Especially the customer service. Whoever the lady that answers the phone was very rude the two times I called. I could tell by the tone of her voice. She was very short with her answers as well as unhelpful. The attitude was real. If you don't like answering questions or helping customers maybe front desk isn't for you. When I go to drop my car off I waited in the office for a few minutes before someone came out. Having to talk to the lady in person was even worse. They truly made me feel like my situation was not important. With my car being totaled I had to go back to clean it out and I was unable to take my plate off. I asked if there was anyone who could maybe try to take it off and call me to pick it up later. her response " no we can't guarantee that" . Honestly I am glad my car was totaled because I truly do not trust this place and lord knows what they could have done to my car. If you want good customer service this is not the place.

My car was brought to them after a deer hit me and damaged the front of my car and caused it to overheat. Just got it back and started to drive it home. As I'm driving I look down and it's overheating! I literally just picked it up from them 10 minutes prior! They had me pick it up right before they closed,and of course they aren't open on weekends. And the A/C isn't working either! Did they yell me they "test drive" it and ride it around the parking lot? Like seriously I have never been more upset than I am right now! I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

I got my car fixed here over 1 year ago. I was told at the time that an aesthetic part to my car was on backorder, which was fine. I called back a few times over the first 6 months and was told they still did not have the part and that they would notify me when it came in. 1 year and 1 month after the original date it was fixed, I received a call that they had some parts "rusting on the shelf" and one of them was mine. (Rusting was just a figure of speech that it had been sitting there a while, not actually rusting). Perhaps I should have followed up again, but based on the past times I called, I was told they would reach out. The only reason I am not leaving 1 star is because they did initially finish fixing my car in 2 days, which was quicker than expected. I feel like a business should be on top of calling their clients when parts are shipped in. If there was more damage to the part I was waiting to be replaced, I definitely would have made a bigger deal. Still would not recommend the place.

Dropped off my car for insurance repairs after an incident. My car had 2 working doors. I say had. I went to pick up my car, and the driver's handle is sitting in the passenger seat. They kept blaming me for some reason. It worked when I dropped it off. But no, due to a few other unrelated issues with my car these people decided to tell me it's my fault and I'm on the hook. Never go here unless you want your car back in worse shape than you dropped it off. I would have rather not had my car fixed at all if it meant I had my driver's door working.

BEWARE !!! Collision damage to my Escalade front bumper and left headlight , hit a deer. Geico wanted me to go to a body shop that uses Chinese clone parts and I declined insisting on OEM GM only. I know the clone headlights don't last and fog up . The Cadillac original headlight had a Cadillac emblem embossed in it, clone does not. Geico sent me the money and I went to Lockhart and set it up with them. The girl told me the parts would take a while and would be ordered. Took 2 months but they finally called and I took the truck in. Work looked good but upon inspection they used the same cheap Chinese parts I could have gotten 2 months prior. Since then, lip service. Very deceptive business practices to a customer that has always done service with them and purchased cars.Service: Painting

Was going to take 4-6 to fix my vehicle, then I got a call that the vehicle is going to be totaled...I drove it home from the accident no problems! I got there to pick up my belongings and the car was vacuumed out with replacement parts around it like they're getting ready to fix and SELL it!!How is it totalled if it going to be sold again?!?!

Not the best customer service and technical competency. I had them do some body work on my car and they partially did the job and didn t fix the wind shield washer tank. It leaked and rear window spray stopped working. When I brought it to their attention I had to wait for a couple of hours while they checked and them denying to fix the issue saying it s not their fault. I would have taken my business elsewhere if my insurance allowed me. Really bad service.

This might be the worst customer service I ve experienced. The lady who answers the phone is so rude and never calls back after she says she will. Let me start by saying the workers at Lockhart are very dishonest and rude, especially in the service center. My car went in the shop on November 4due to someone hitting my car and messing up my back bumper. Today is December 10, and my car is no closer to being completed than it was on November 4. Brea is one of the most disgusting person with the world worst attitude. If you don t like your job, just say that, but don t take it on me because I m the customer. They lie and say they will call you back with an update and never do. I ve literally received 2 phone calls since November 4. I had rental but i as told my car would be ready on December 3, then December 9, now I don t have a completion date. I was forced to get a replacement rim for my car when this is their job, took the rim to them, and now they re saying it doesn t fit. Idk how when this has been the same exact rim I ve had for about 6 months. Some of the most incompetent workers. Drew or Andrew was supposed to return my phone call about a part on Wednesday, today is Thursday. The adjuster asked if I could get a rental car because I ve taken the other rental back as I trusted their word about my completion date, and they said NO! I ve read plenty of reviews that stated a rental was offered. Don t offer the angry black woman a rental, got it. I wouldn t bring my son s remote control car here for anything. RUNNNNNNNNN

I had an insurance claim that took them less than 24 hours to replace my bumper. Wow! I've never seen such a fast repair. Also, the woman who coordinates the appointments/paperwork and greets you as you come in, was so helpful and wonderful. "Roz," is what she goes by, I believe, (apologies for the wrong spelling). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. What a great experience! Thank you so much!

Bryan was so friendly and very helpful in assisting me with my ac situation. He got my ac recharged and blowing cold in not even an hour tops. This Company does a spectacular job and I'm happy with everything they've done for me! I'm glad my vehicle was repaired by this team of professionals! They don't lie to you like other places do to try and drain your wallets empty. They are honest and very reliable! I recommend them to everyone I talk to that needs a car repaired!

They have had my wife's SUV for a month and for the past week now they keep telling me we will have your car done tomorrow. When I called to see what all needs to be done they tell me the same thing everyday so they haven't done anything to the vehicle in the month that they have had it . Just sad people call themselves mechanics and have no idea what they're doing.i understand things happen but a month to fix a vehicle is just crazy. Sad excuse for a company

Went in cause car accident. Front end was damaged. Poor communication, when got car back the engine is making a loud vibration and when I told them about it the guy was like sounds normal to me .. it s loud. He refused to go on a test drive to show while gas is pressed its loud. They said wheel alignment was done, but (tpms was on) I checked tire pressure and front tire was at 22psi when it should be at 30... rear was at 14. How do you do a proper alignment without checking tire pressure?I checked under the car and where they replaced the control arm the mounted part is visibly broke still! Now I have to go back and deal with them again.Do NOT go here.... body repair they did good but at actual mechanical repair do not waste your time.UPDATE: upon going back and showing them the part still broken and expressing my concerns with the still loud vibrations, the gentleman was more accommodating and took the car back and provided a rental while they fix the car again. Hopefully when I get it back everything will be fixed. I appreciate that, although the first time it wasn t done correctly, they were nice and accommodating when I went back to get it corrected. I was in an accident and they were perfect! My car was towed there and they took care of everything. They handled the rental for me, texted me with updates and sent me the forms straight to my phone so I could fill them out beforehand in order to save time. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! If I can 0 star, I will do it. They are terrible. I had my car done there after someone rear-ended mine. They replaced my rear bumper, after the job they left random screws and bolts in my trunk. They took parts in my trunk out and never put it back. They also broke some small parts and left them like that. I called them about the problems. They told me to come in the next day. When I arrived, they looked at me like I know nothing about those problems. They said they got nothing to do with those and blamed me. It was less than 24 hrs after I got the car.

My vehicle was in this shop for ONE AND A HALF months. The two delays were the shop issues. When I came to pick up my vehicle the office staff too busy chatting with another employee, didn't greet me. I was simply given the keys to my car and shooed out the door. This repair should have taken 2 weeks TOPS! And there is a decent possibility I will have to take it back in because of some rear end noise.

Brought my VW in to fix my headlight from a hit and run. The lady at the front desk literally had airpods in listening to music the entire time we were talking. I get it, your job is probably really boring, but be a grown up.Then, when I picked up my car, they didn't even fix the damage, they just shoved my headlight back in. In fact, they fixed a part of my car that was unrelated to the accident that I didn't even care to get fixed. They cleaned out my car, which was nice, but i basically spent my 250$ deductable on a car wash. When i brought it back, realizing my headlight didn't work, the manager was rude and made me feel like it was my fault. They fixed it quickly but they were very rude about it.I've recently filed a claim, unrelated, and when my insurance recommended them to me this time, I said "oh god, no."

Would rate lower if I could. Having worked for a luxury group before, I brought our vehicle to them because of the level of service you'd expect from a Cadillac store... Especially with the 5 star ratings... We did not receive it.From the beginning it was bad. Upon bringing it in for an estimate I was questioned on why I brought the vehicle to them when they weren't a preferred shop of the insurance we were claiming.It took them over a week to get started and then stopped the work and refused to complete the repairs after finding some pre-existing damage on the vehicle from a previous improper repair job. Which is understandable, they have high standards and I understand that. But then they charged us $231.67 in "restocking fees" for the parts that they ordered before THEY refused to fix the vehicle. This was on top of the legitimate labor hours for tear down.They held our vehicle hostage, refused to reassemble it to the driveable condition it was in upon arrival. They would not let us move it to another shop prior to receiving payment in full from us when it should have been worked out with the insurance.They were completely un-empathetic through the entire process. No sense of customer service or concern at all. We took it to a family owned collision center in Fishers and received much better service. Wish we had taken it to the right shop to begin with.Lockhart will never get my business again after our experience.

My car got crunched in the beautiful winter weather. But you would never know it. My car looks better than ever and I am so appreciative of the work they did. And during the process, I was kept in the loop the whole time. It was phenomenal.

Dropped My Car Off On Tuesday Wednesday They Called And Said It Would Be Ready Friday. Got A Call Wednesday Evening Saying My Car Would Be Ready Thursday After 2:30pm. Picked My Car Up Friday Morning About 10:45Am Got Home And Notice My Front Bumper Was Uneven... Looked On The Driver Side, The Collision Shop Didn t Put And Screws On The Driver Side Bumper... Smh Please Don t Take Your Car Here... Now I Have To Wait To Monday To Get The Screws.... They Rushed On My Car..... My Insurance Paid...
