The man is a real nice guy. I had a bent rim. He said "I can get it fixed". He did. They have new and used tires. It's a good place if you're budget friendly. It's a mom and pop shop. I highly recommend the establishment.

Wow, super group of quick, efficient and easy to work with customer friendly automotive specialists. Picked up 2 new tires for under $100 balanced and installed. Don't buy the hype, their tires are the same as major shops around town.

Told me to come into a back side alley entrance into the shop and then he walked away, waited for an hour not wanting to disturb anyone seeing that they already knew I was there. Until I finally went up to one of the working employees and asked whether they could repair my tire or not and he went and looked through a mountain of tires and told me they don't have my tire in stock. This is the poorest worse possible choice for tire repair, I was worried about being mugged just going that deep into a narrow one way alley full of potholes. This place should be shut down

Extremely dishonest guy !! I had a small snow accident and needed to change one wheel, they wanted to charge me $30 to do it and was absurdly rude when I said "no, don't want it". So I went to a Tire Barn nearby and it got done for only $10. I would give it ZERO star if I could.

5/13/2020Went to Exxon gas station. Was there less than 5 min. Had to be at work at 3: 30 pm. It's 5 min driving distance from the house. I had ten min to get back. While pulling off I heard my tire pop. Backed up into the parking space immediately in front of the gas station.I had the vehicle towed to LLantera El Pacifico. It was my second time going for service. So, that is how I knew where to go. They where still open. The man there asked if it was body work or to be fixed by a mechanic. Well a tire is not considered body work. I said mechanic. He said park it over there. I had the tow man leave it where he told me to have it parked. I did this on my lunch break. I went back to work.5/14/2020I walk to the car shop to explain reason vehicle is there and to have my flat fixed. The lady in the shop sais " park it here in the shop to fix."I said ma'am it has a flat. The man in your shop told me to park it over there. (t it less than 1 min walking distance away. )Cant you fix it over there. She said no. You must park it here. I reminded her again that the man the night before told me....My thoughts: I am not paying for another tow when the vehicle is literally a few steps away for the entrance. The man from the night before was not at the shop. It was his day off.�I drove the car into the shop.She had the the mechanic there look at it. He said, It will not do any good to change it. Why? The rim is bent. I said it is bent because she had me move the vehicle instead of changing it where it was. Your staff told me to park the car over there.� After he�complained�that what all was not happening around him was not his fault. I just listened.I told him I was not going anywhere. I wasn't�moving the car until there was a resolve. So, do you have a rim?Its a body shop. He goes, looks, comes back, and sais, I don't�have one.I paid for the tow last night. You may pay for the tow to send it to my home which is less than 5 minutes away from this shop. At this time the police arrive. They ask what happened.The shop people explained their�side. Once complete I was allotted�to explain my side. The police told them it was a civil matter. I had already told them I am taking them to court and asked them if I needed to call my lawyer.Since�I would not move my car they told the police officer they were going to close down the shop for the rest of the evening. The police officer said that I would need to leave the premises if they were closing the doors. He also stated since the rim was already bent. It was not going to make it worse by backing it out the shop. He also stated they are not responsible if they towed the vehicle outside their shop doors.The police officer informed me they the� had called a tow truck. I said so you are willing to have it towed outside your doors, but not to my home? Thoughts to self: what type of sense does that make or customer service is this?The police officers left. I called mom and let her know what was happening. Mom said have the car towed elsewhere�and never do business with them again.Mom wanted to pick me up from the shop because it was pouring down rain. I told her no. I did not want to be late for work.�It'll�take you an hour to get here. I have an umbrella. I will walk.While on the call with the tow company, Alex grabs my attention. He said, if you find a rim; I will put the tire on for free. Then tells me I love you. I would like to take you out� sometime around here. I said what is your number.I get in my car. I am pissed. My spirit reminded me that the police offer stated they are not responsible for vehicles outside the shop.� I called the folks I used the day prior to tow the car. I had it towed to another shop.The guy that was off that day that told me to park elsewhere arrived the same time as the police. When I left the shop instead of there being two people there where six. It is pouring rain. You want to take me out, but never even offered or have yourself or your staff offer me a courtesy ride home. I would not trust after such nonsense!

I didn't want to buy a tire from them and they wanted to charge me 10 dollars to put in air. That's called theft. I had to leave that place with the tires down just because they don't ask to buy one from them. Be careful with these business tips because the owners only want to steal from people. She was the owner's wife and an employee or son.
