The staff was incredibly nice and flexible. I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion from them and not only was it in good condition when I gave it a test drive, they fixed some of the problems I noticed the same day.They are professional to work with, yet have very casual and easy going vibes.

Siham was thee absolute best my best car buying experience I ever had. SAM HER Husband welcomed us with open arms. They are so polite and so helpful this was the most amazing experience . Looking for a safe and suitable car for my newly licensed daughter, we came across Keystone Autos. Sam, the salesman, helped us find the right car.I felt comfortable throughout the buying process. Felt like I was being dealt with fairly and honestly.But it was after the sale where I was the most impressed. We weren t going to be able to get back to the lot to get the car for several days. Sam suggested he help out by bringing the car to us. Since a new headliner was already on order for the car, that worked perfectly to give him time to get it replaced.Upon delivery, he informed us that all went well with the replacement, except that the interior lights hadn t been reconnected. He immediately set a date to retrieve the car (leaving us with a replacement vehicle) so the repair could be completed.Additionally, there was an administrative issue with the title I had to take care of. Sam refunded the cost (since I had already paid it once) without hesitation.So while there were a few minor hiccups, Sam took care of each them perfectly and very timely.I wouldn t hesitate recommending Keystone Autos when looking for a used vehicle.
