We shirred off all the lugs and lost a tire on the interstate outside of Indianapolis with 5 ton of lumber on the trailer. We reached out to KDC before 8:00 in the morning. They answered our call, referred us to Jason who took time to look at my pictures, and try to help us any way he could! Excellent customer service to say the least!

We use KDC for DOT s and Tractor & Trailer repairs. They are very responsive, provide competitive estimates and are always excellent with communication. Bobby Perry is our regular service tech. He s awesome! Very thorough, attentive and prompt. It s nice to partner with a company that we can trust.

This company went above and beyond to get us back on the road! Traveling from California to Ontario Canada when we had a tire failure that required body work to get us moving again. The man in the pink sweatshirt (Elliot) went out of his way to get us fixed up and back on the road ASAP. Great company, so glad we found them. Highly recommend.

They're the best body shop you'll ever find anywhere. Whatever you might need done. They can do it and it'll be done better than anyone else. You'll definitely be impressed.

Went there for regular maintenance and oil change and the truck is leaking oil from the engine bay , do yourself a favor and avoid this place by all means even if they offered free service .. they CAN'T CHANGE OIL PROPERLY ... Reported this incidence to enterprise corp.

We have used KDC the last four years for our annual DOT trailer inspection. They have always been responsive and quick to schedule service, but I feel I was overcharged on our last service. I am leaving one star only for the customer service I received from their trailer billing department. I could not get them to explain how they can charge us for three hours labor when they were here for less than an hour. They told me there is a two hour labor minimum for DOT inspection, but they could not reasonably explain to me why replacing the Break-Away Kit involved charging us for an extra hour in labor, even though it took him about 10 minutes to replace. We are less than a half hour commute from their shop, so there is no way to justify a three hour charge if they were here for less than an hour. When explaining this, I was just told they weren't going to punish the mechanic for being good at his job and that they should of charged me even more per hour as we are just a miscellaneous customer. I wish I received better customer service on this matter.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Impressed with this KDC because of the people working there. I don't often need this kind of service, so I wasn't sure what to expect or where to go. Everyone I encountered was prompt, helpful, and courteous from initial contact to finished job. The repair seems to be done right and at a reasonable price.

These guys are awesome. I purchased two trucks from an online auction that were located in Indianapolis. They both had some issues that had to be taken care so they could be transported. They were able to get both trucks running in record time and at a very reasonable price. In addition to this I had to send them back over to torch off a bumper so we could properly load the truck. Upon asking how much I owed them for the bumper removal I was told not to worry about it that they appreciated the business. Definitely stand up people. Will do business again if I am ever in the area.

BEWARE/Worst company to work with on getting things fixed. I've had my Vehicles up there many times to not have my Trucks get fixed, while guys stand around. But I was charged this time $600 for work that was not even complete and still not working.For a 15mins Lift gate Fix, I was scheduled 3 times and missed work 3 times, with still no Fix. Beware of dealing with this company and find a company that actually cares about their work and Time management/appointment scheduling. I have 4 trucks that I used to bring to their place,but we will not Be back. BEWARE/DANGER.

Painted and repaired a car for me. Couldn't of turned out better. Lots of compliments. Staff overcommunicates with updates to ensure you get what you want. I will never take body or paint work anywhere else. Super fair rates.

KDC has cost my business thousands of extra dollars with their lack luster truck repair work. They may be able to fix any trailer issues you have, but their truck repair is TERRIBLE. They will work around the real issue so you come back multiple times, and what they do repair will be done incorrectly and half assed. I have went elsewhere for my repairs for the last year, and I am STILL fixing all the "repairs" they did on my truck. If you have a trailer issue they may be ok, but DONT go to KDC for your truck repairs, you may as well toss your hard earned money out the window..

Awesome. They were really cool and fixed my truck really fast. They hung out with my bulldog, then before I knew it, had me fixed up. Will definitely come back here if I need trailer work done

Great Place! They have gotten me in 2 times now with only a 1 hour notice for Truck repair when everyone else is 1.5-2 weeks booked! Great Truck Mechanic there with 8 years at Cummins prior.

Great customer service I went there for a new air tank on a school bus and they showed me a place to go they had the tank I was looking for very educated people working here I definitely recommend them for any work needed

The worst shop ever do not take your truck here This place will screw you around and won't answer the phone when you call the give you a date they could fix it and take 2 weeks longer to run up the price Throw your truck in the garbage before you take it there
