All these reviews are telling the truth 100% truly is the best shop in the city! My mother went in there the other day for a radiator flush a simple thermostat replacement and gave her great service and a great price! I highly recommend this shop above anyone else even if you have to tow it there it would be worth it.

This place is the place I trust with my car. I came in asking for a double check on a diagnosis that said I needed $450 in repairs. Ken ran the diagnostic and told me how to fix it myself for $18 at an auto parts store. Their integrity and comparable pricing is why I will be returning and why I recommend this place to my friends. They have treated me fairly every time I ve brought my or my wife s car here. Definitely worth trying.

Had a fairly severe issue with my vehicle and they got it fixed up faiely quickly for a reasonable price. Excellent service and a good experience. They dont do body work but if you need engine work these are your guys

Me, my wife and kids have been going to K&K for years, Ken is a very honest man, him and his staff are very friendly and kind. He has always provided the service on all of my vehicles. He fixed what is wrong, prices are very affordable.I would recommend K& K auto shop over any one in Indiana. Trust me once he works on your vehicle, you will return.

Ken and his crew are honest hard working group. They have saved me so much money. Ken makes you feel like your the most important person in the room when he is talking to you. I have been going to Ken for over 9 years now and only once did I have to take my car back to get a fix re-fixed. No body is perfect all the time, but they do a great job of coming close to perfection. If anyone has negative reviews to write they didn t give Ken or his crew a chance or had unrealistic expectations.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car here and was met with professionalism and responsiveness. They were always transparent with me and honest about my vehicle. They very much easily could have said I needed repairs and took my money but instead they were honest with me that the car was not worth fixing anymore. I greatly appreciated them being open with me instead of just taking my money like so many other automobile repair shops. I cannot say enough great things about them! Their work ethic is amazing.. I encourage anyone to take their car to them and please understand that covid happened to the world happen to all of us we are at the mercy of companies making parts that are needed for repairs so please be patient we are all in this together if you will trust in them they will take great care of you please tell all your friends and family this is the best place to go if you want the right service a great price and professionalism.Service: General repairs & maintenance

K&K increases my trust in them with every interaction. Each time I've had a vehicle serviced at K&K, It has been a quality repair job. I felt that all communications were honest. The rates seem reasonable. Actual costs have typically come in at or below the estimated cost, no unpleasant surprises. There have been several times when I thought the vehicle might need something more but K&K said it was not a problem or not yet necessary - saving me excess repair costs. After years of trying different shops I think that K&K might become "my shop".

The K&K team truly treat people like family and are very easy going and knowledgeable. They offer great services at a really good price. If you don t want to have to worry about getting a bunch of services you don t need, come see the K&K team!

Great, professional, and honest service at a fair price. What more could you want in auto service? Typically pretty speedy too. If you're in the neighborhood, you're in luck! Visit K&K to service your vehicle. They've been good to me about bet you'll get the same treatment.

My family has been taking our vehicles to K&K for well over a decade now. Ken's honest, reasonable, and dependable. In fact, he's been known to call me to say he noticed my vehicle in the lot before I even call to tell him what was wrong with it.

I have gone to plenty of family and friends to support their business, Never again! I took my car to K&K they had my car fixed in a day with less money out of my pocket! It s a shame when you try and support people and they don t even fix your car but want millions of dollars for Labor! K&K definitely has my business!

I guess you would call me a "Shadetree mechanic." I've often worked on issues on vehicles others won't touch. Sometimes it's routine stuff and other times, not so much. Every home mechanic needs a reliable, honest, and inexpensive backup garage to handle the screw ups or things that are beyond that person's ability to do. This is how I first found K&K well over a decade ago.I was working on my girlfriend's car and accidentally disabled it. In a panic, I called around to find a place that would fix it and came upon K&K. That shop came recommended. I called the shop and told the guy what I did and asked if they had the tools to fix it. He assured me he did so I towed it to the shop and fix it he did and for a surprisingly low cost.Reputations are important. Some handful of years later I was miles across Indy on its south side dealing with tenants in my rentals. The subject of auto repair came up. One of the tenants told the others to take his car to K&K as he does a good job at an excellent price. I was surprised.I wasn't surprised some years later on Facebook someone posted asking for a garage and K&K came up.Flash forward to weeks ago where I neglected a condition of my vehicle that resulted in it being partially disabled. I dropped it off at K&K's nearest competitor on a Monday evening. Despite my having an appointment with these people they finally got back with me on Wed morning with a jaw-dropping estimate ranging in the 1000s of dollars. I told the guy what I wanted done and he insisted the price was what it would take. I told him to put my vehicle back together and I'd come get it.I called K&K who said they would look at my vehicle. I dropped it off Wed evening and by Thursday they were done and did what the other guys wanted (minus one thing) for under $500! So impressed was I, I told K&K of another issue I was having (and overlooking) They fixed the issue as well though it did take several more days for parts to come in.If/when I need help with my vehicle I will gladly call K&K first and I will highly recommend them.My only complaint is communication. I'm sure they're busy but I found myself calling them asking for updates. Other than that, I'm a fan because K&K will not try to sell you a dealer's laundry list of things you don't need. They won't over-inflate costs and they will do as you ask them to.

I've had work done there twice so far. Good work done, price seemed ok. I asked for shocks replaced but they told me mine were still good enough, I think that's a good sign they have some honesty.

Has had are red 2001 mishibi galant and was taken there because of it would die while driving got it back died on top of the hill on 56 street almost lost my life because of it called him his excuse was because the plates on it where upsidedown 2 week later got it back while going to the store the same thing happened again I would never take your car there and I'm taking it to Mike mobile off Washington Street

2002 Ford EscapeAll issues I've had with my vehicle have been completed by K&K with outstanding results. Two summers ago my 2002 Ford Escape had oil on a couple spark plugs and they fixed the problem. Two weeks ago I replaced the spark plugs myself and they didn't have a trace of oil; that's good quality work that lasts. My latest repair was a misfire in the #4 cylinder. I attempted to fix it myself by replacing the coil with a new coil I purchased from a local auto parts store. The car still wasn't running right. I took it to K&K and they found out the new coil was bad and now she's running like new. K&K does honest work at a very fair price.

Good repairs from honest folks! I've done business with Ken and his crew several times now and have no complaints whatsoever. Ken realizes that sometimes folks have money issues and allows people to obtain their own parts to save some . Now... understand that if you're bringing the parts, it's going to be YOUR responsibility to order the right stuff as it's just common sense that they aren't going to be responsible for other's errors! This works out well for me, because I used to be a bit of a "shade tree mechanic" myself. Now that I'm handicapped, I can't do a lot of the work but I can sure handle sourcing the parts. Just make sure if it's not K&K obtaining the parts, the extra time and labor that may be caused due to parts fit and quality issues are NOT on them. Because fair is fair, after all.

DO NOT GO TO KNK AUTO. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I called for a price quote on rear brakes for my 66 Chevy c20. The guy that answered the phone said he would have to look at it to give me a price. I dropped it off with the parts i had and then I got a rude call from them that they need more parts and they are charging me double because I didn't have all the parts an couldn't get the parts to them. Then I find out THEY ARE CHARGING ME 95.00 AN HOUR Because I brought my own parts that I bought at autozone and O'Reilly's ($200 cheaper) down the road. If you let them buy the Napa parts that are super high you get a cheaper $50 an hour labor rate. I went elsewhere so they charged me $150 to look at it and to put 1 wheel cylinder on. Rip off conartist.

Got the best service from a veteran that you can ever dream of. If you need service ask for Mason Miller. The dude's got it down! This just happened to be parked in their parking lot.

My daughter took her car there to get the front struts replaced, we had purchased the struts and put them in the trunk. When she called to see when the car would be completed she was told it had been done for three hours and they "didn't appreciate having to look for things in the car". They couldn't figure out how to open the trunk but didn't call and ask the owner or call a GM dealer. I'm not sure I want someone working on my vehicle who can't figure out how to open the trunk or can't pick up the phone to ask someone who does.

what a rip off, went 3 times with a problem $3,000 dollars later, still have problem. bill was always more than quote. hope i can recover part of my money. i"m suing. believe me pleassse don't take your car to this rip-off.
