Great service, communication, and installation. They removed the hard wired radar detector and dash cam from my old vehicle and installed the dash cam in my new vehicle. Very clean installation.

I had a complex Stereo setup Procedure done On my truck there at Jr's audio. Jose showed me great Respect and professionalism. The system is installed perfect and sounds awesome. I Would definitely recommend Jr's audio For all of your Music and accessories installation!!

I had a fantastic experience with JR Audio and Parts. I messaged them on their website about needing a quote and received a text that same day with my quote. I was able to text the same number back days later and got a quick response with answers to the additional questions I had. They had an appointment available that same week. The install took less time than estimated and they did a great job. They let me ask all the questions I had and followed all of my request. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has car audio and accessory needs. Thank you JR Audio and Parts!

If I would give them 0 stars I would. First h he person answering the phone had a attitude, THEN, when asking about prices you are told something totally different then the website depending on the cars you have. More expensive car, more money. An alarm 280 o. Website , 620 dollars, was my quoteridiculous. And don't ask questions. You will be told. "That's the price, if you don't want it don't get it. I won't , trust and believe that.SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE AND GET BETTER SERVICE.

I called to ask if they install speakers already purchased elsewhere.They were only to change the Rear speakersShe said yes and was able to schedule me the next day.My daughter took her car. Dropped it off.Couple hours later, picked it up.While driving home. Could not hear anything from the driver door speaker.Called, left msg, they Said to bring it in next day.She arrived, told them the issue. The lady said the speaker was attached so it wasn't their problem.Speaking to my daughter on the phone, my daughter said the lady didn't have time to speak to me. So my daughter put me on speaker.The lady didn't want to speak. Didn't like me pointing out it worked when NY daughter arrive there.Seeing the recent, you can see where door was written, scratched out.You can also see the box is not for door speakers.Lady Said person who called mentioned about four speakers.WRONG...when I called to schedule, I only asked if they Install speakers.The lady wanted my daughter to hang up on me, and Saud she wouldn't talk to her while I was on the phone.My daughter is 17, and this is not to be left for her to manage.After my daughter repeated what all I was saying also.The lady speaking Spanish. Spoke to a tech.He did something my daughter couldn't see on the door speaker and Bam.The speaker worked.WHY DID THE LADY HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT.That's not good customer service to refuse to speak to the customer.Refuse to accept responsibility.As I said to her.The only speakers I was changing was the rear. Why were the door speakers even touched.My 1st and LAST time to use this business.Best of luck if you do.

Terrible experience. I had scheduled my appointment a week in advanced to get my car windows tinted. They get ahold of me the day of my appointment telling me they have no product to do my tint? They offered another percentage of tint, I asked for some type of discount due to inconvenience of my time an money. They don't offer discounts of any kind, they stated it wasn't their fault that they didn't have any product? This is not how a business should be ran, they should at least gave me a discount since I had to choose a different percentage for my tint. Unbelievable. Dont go there they have bad communication and not one ounce of care for their customers. At the end of the day I had to go somewhere else.

Went to JR Audio to have 4 of my speakers replaced as 1 of them was blownand i thought they all needed to be replaced anyway.. It turns out that the speakers were already high quality aftermarket speakers, and the "blown" speaker just had water and corrosion in tje connection.JR Audio called me immediately after discovering this and offered to fix my corroded connector in addition to my door switch that was an unrelated issue.Most shops would have just replaced the speakers and pocketed the money, but this shop showed a lot of integrity by informing me of the current speakers so I could make an informed decision. I'll definitely be back, and would reccomend this shop to anyone.

Got a third party radio installed and it was easy and simple. Very much affordable for a 06 Malibu while other competitors were asking HUNDREDS more.

I picked up 3 Memphis 12 s and they sound amazing in my truck. Very helpful. Very professional. Very courteous. I told them my budget and they worked with me on it.

Took my Tahoe in for wiring and a LOC converter.The converter is hooked up at the WRONG location so the subs I have aren't working or moving at all cause they are not getting a signal,I told them that wasnt the correct location but then here I am... $$ spent still no bass, And on top of that what ever they did caused my AIR BAG MSG to come on which has never been on before the wiring...I paid them non refundable cash, now I have to pay another shop to undo their mistake!!

This wet back got mad because I didn't want to by sum for my radio after I came there for a wire harness so he said he don't wanna sale me anything and was very rude also tye place us roach infected

Nice guy running the place. Seem to have a good selection of audio gear and boxes. I needed an oddball fuse that they didnt have, but I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Horrible. I made an appointment to get a car radio installed I talked to them three different times only for them to call me 50 minutes after I dropped my car off to tell me they don t install certain radio types.... They never mentioned that to me even when I told them I had the unit myself very disappointed 0/10
