Came in and advised Josue how much I was able to put down. He was able to get me a newer car that I been driving and very low miles. Turn around time was only 2 hours so I was in and out. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Thank you Josue

I bought a vehicle yesterday from Joe's and I must say they are great. Skylar killed it she was amazing helping through the process. I had looked at a lot of dealership before going to Joe's and they all passed on me because of my credit my Joe's gave me a second chance. I highly recommend them and Skylar gets a 10/10 on my end. Give that great woman a raise.

I had a wonderful experience with Skyla. She was very nice, down to to earth and she made the whole process so easy. I went to multiple car lots after my accident sat around for hours and nothing happened, but as soon as I saw Skyla that changed. I suggest asking for her and she will get you right!!!

If yaw don't come shop with Mr. Kenneth and stop buying them lemons come tax season. Listen me an hubby was looking for a family vehicle. We wasn't sure on who to shop with but hubby stated it's a Joe's down the street from my job. So boom we on lunch time grind stopped by looked at a few vehicles and Mr Kenneth took it from there. The process was smooth,easy and straight to the point. Not like other dealerships that play around with your time. Mr. Kenneth was very professional, informative and WILL WORK WITH YOU. Tell him MS KIMBROUGH sent you and he gone get you together. Thanks again

Kenneth was very helpful & quick to get me in something sutiable ! I have been struggling for about a month without a car & for a place that would accept my income due to being without a vehicle / unable to bring in money. Kenneth has got me on a road to being able to finally fix that. This is the second vehicle my family has punched through joes. I'd highly recommend them for anyone :)

Kenneth was absolutely the best! He did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. He was super down to earth and made sure I was good and helped anyway possible with what I could spend. This is the 3rd vehicle I have gotten from Joe s and I m still impressed with the customer service I ve gotten here I was in a pickle and they really worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted I can t thank you guys enough. If I can give them a 0 I will . My car has been missing since July I put a police report out for it . Boom . Months later September 19th my insurance emailed me & said my car has been found in a garage . The manager of the garage got my care towed back to joes because they didn t know what to do with it & it was just sitting in there for months . So I goes up to joes on a Saturday night just to see if my car was there & it was I seen that everything was still in my car nothing messed with . The security guard said I couldn t go in the car till Monday because they were close so I goes up there Monday to get my things out the car all of my shoes are stolen my money is stolen everything I had in there , when clearly I just seen it was in there when I went up there Saturday. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING HERE THEY STEAL OUT OF YOUR CARS & THEIR CARS ARE TRASH !

Kenneth, Kenneth, Kenneth!! Y'all Go See Kenneth! We Were In Search Of Our Daughter's First Car and I Came Online To Search For Dealerships. I Came Across Joe's and Read The Reviews, and All I Kept Seeing Was Great Reviews On Kenneth. Needless To Say We Stopped By, Met Kenneth and He Is Every Great Thing That Was Said About Him and More. He Worked With Us and Our Daughter To Get Something In Her Price Range and All The Qualities She Was Looking For In A Car. We Appreciate All His Hard Work and For Getting Our Big Girl Into Her First Vehicle. We Definitely Recommend and Will Be Giving Them More Business!

They all do a great job to be honest . Marvin , Felicia , Brian , Kenny, Josue all cool and very helpful 2 of 3 times dealing with them were almost perfect this 3rd time was a little much but I have faith in them to deliver for minor things but overall I would try them if you need a ride to get to your bags ..

I just saw the GM speak to a customer with so much HATE! It was on a tiktok live! She called to ask for the corporate number and he kept giving her the store number! He was being rude! Cutting her off! And even cussed her out a few times! Please don t shop here

To say I'm sceptical about BHPH is an understatement but I'm happy I came. Kenneth was very, polite, professional and patient with me and my situation. I didnt feel like I was getting beat or dealing with a used car salesman. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. Go and ask for Kenneth and you won't be disappointed!
